• Gabriela (10/5): - El lugar muy lindo, todo muy limpio y cómodo. Está cerca de la playa y al centro se puede ir en colectivo que pasa cerca. Tenía cafetera, microondas y dispenser de agua. Sólo le faltaría una pava eléctrica porque nos costó mucho conseguir agua para el mate pero el hospedaje muy bueno 😊

Il sabato sera la porta era rotta e un cartello diceva "porta rotta", quindi hanno visto il problema e non l'hanno sistemato). Il problema grosso e' stato che alle 3 di notte giravano persone ubriache per il corridoio e ci siamo spaventati e abbiamo chiamato la polizia urbana). Lasciare la porta apert il sabato notte in una zona portuale e' stata una gravissima leggerezza.

• Colla (9/5): - Camera confortevole e spaziosa, letto molto comodo, posizione vicino al porto e alla spiaggia, mezzi pubblici vicinissimi per raggiungere il centro. Il contatto con il personale tramite whatsapp è stato d’aiuto e veloce. Nella piccola hall è presente un angolo con macchina per il caffè, forno a microonde e acqua. Consiglio di fornire bicchieri di carta appositi per il caffè o tè. Quelli di plastica non sono adatti e inquinano.

Personale sempre presente tramite chat e qualsiasi problema bastava scrivere è subito una risposta Cosa non mi è piaciuto? Le persone rientravano la notte a voce alta e disturbare le persone che riposavano e capitato quasi tutte le notti

• Gaia (6/5): Da migliorare le camere, posizione buona - Ho apprezzato la posizione comoda per spostarsi sia verso il centro che verso il mare. Accogliente l'ingresso dove a disposizione si può trovare acqua e caffè gratis. Per il prezzo pagato direi economico. Purtroppo le camere sono attaccate tra loro, nessuna privacy, si sente tutto, dalla sveglia del vicino di camera alla gente in strada. È sostanzialmente un appartamento condiviso, con gente che entra e esce a qualsiasi ora, senza preoccuparsi di non disturbare. Il bagno un disastro, doccione ossidato che spruzza acqua ovunque e con la tenda il bagno si allega, devi lavarti contro il muro. Lavandino leggermente intasato e maniglia della porta rotta. Basterebbe fare manutenzione per sistemare alcune cose. Aggiungo la tenda/proiettore che non copre assolutamente la luce che entra dalla finestra e rende impossibile fare passare aria senza rinunciare alla privacy.

• Veronique (8/5): - La modernité de l hôtel et des équipements de la chambre, la mise à disposition d un micro ondes et d'une machine à café dolce gusto dans les parties communes..la propreté et la facilité d acces à l hôtel.. la proximité de la plage Le lampadaire de la rue qui donne directement dans la chambre et le rideau pas occultant, donc lumière toute la nuit ..la route principale est très bruyante ainsi que les personnes qui s installent pour discuter sous notre fenêtre la nuit..

• Daniyar (4/5): Nice location, but damp, noisy room and no blinds. - Located in a nice, walkable area with plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. Convenient transport links (metro, tram, and bus) allowing easy access to the city centre and the beach, as well as to the airport. The room was quite clean and the shared spaces were pleasant, though unremarkable. The room did not have any windows except a sky light. Though we were warned about this through text message, it was not clearly advertised on the Booking.com website and was therefore misleading. The lack of any openable windows meant the room was poorly ventilated and damp. The skylight was located directly above the bed and did not have covers or blinds. This meant that in the morning it was impossible to have a dark room, significantly disrupting sleep. The room also suffered from very poor sound isolation, meaning that noise in the neighbouring rooms and in the hallways was very audible in the room, causing significant inconvenience and disruption, especially when other guests were noisy late at night and early in the morning. Furthermore, though the room did have air conditioning, we were explicitly told not to use the cooling function of the air conditioning, meaning that the room often became uncomfortably warm. This is again misleading advertising, as the air conditioning was effectively not usable for its intended purpose. Overall, the damp, poorly ventilated room with poor sound isolation and a skylight preventing a dark room early in the morning meant that the stay was not very comfortable at all.

• Martine (10/5): Great location, clean and well appointed room and bathroom. Will definitely stay there again. - Location was perfect for us. Entry instructions were clear, although they were in Spanish so took a bit of Google Translate to work out! The check-in procedure was very smooth and trouble free. The Nanit was perfect and we will definitely stay there again.
• Stella (1/5): - Clean Hard to reach the reception. They didn’t send an email aboit the door code and didn’t pick up the phone. Even though I mentioned the arrival time to be between 10-11 pm when I book, nobody was waiting or expecting my call. I had to wait outside over an hour. The reception hour is very short, 10 am - 4pm. I couldn't see the staffs first 2 days. They replacement the towels every 3 days.

• Julia (10/5): Ich komme bald wieder! - Das Hostel hat eine sehr gute Lage, sehr nah am Hafen, und nicht weit vom Strand. Die Kommunikation hat sehr gut geklappt, und ich konnte mein Gepäck schon morgens im Hotel lassen und den Vormittag nutzen. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich eingerichtet und auf dem Gang gibt es eine Wasserfontäne für alle Gäste.

Приветливый персонал, очень чисто, апартамент достаточно просторный, собственная ванная комната (это очень удобно), кондиционер работает также на тепло (в марте это актуально). Пляж в пешей доступности, просторный. Также в пешей доступности много достопримечательностей и остановка на трамвай, который довезет до аэропорта. Очень не хватало чайника, чтобы погреть воду, заварить чай, кофе.
