• Gastón (6/5): - Nos gustó la limpieza, la ubicación es buena. Tiene aire y funciona, tiene vajilla, heladera. La cama es cómoda. Es muy ruidoso por las noches, el ingreso son 4 pisos por escaleras, no apto para gente mayor. La experiencia nuestra es que el baño se tapo el desagüe.

• emanuele maria (7/5): La valutazione si basa sempre sul rapporto prezzo/qualità e quindi direi discreta. - La posizione nel cuore dei quartieri spagnoli e la vicinanza al cuore pulsante della città è innegabile. Di contro, per informazione, bisogna fare i conti nel weekend con la movida che nonostante il terzo piano si sente molto. Questo naturalmente è il pegno che bisogna pagare per soggiornare in una posizione molto strategica. Appartamento molto carico e pulito. Comunicazione e servizio check in automatico funziona molto bene. Alloggio al terzo piano non menzionato ma leggendo le recensioni ci siamo preparati con l'occorrente per 1 giorno lasciando le valigie in macchina e quindi non abbiamo avuto grosse difficoltà. Dalle foto si mostra una terrazzina che non abbiamo avuto modo di vedere o capire dove fosse (era uno dei motivi per cui avevamo scelto il B&B). Appartamento in linea di massima pulito anche se sotto la copertina del letto abbiamo trovato dei capelli (sono delle piccolezze a cui l'host dovrebbe fare e dare molta più attenzione).

O espaço estava exatamente como descrito no anúncio — limpo, organizado e muito aconchegante. A localização é simplemente fantástica, perto de tudo que precisávamos, o que facilitou bastante nossa estadia. MUITO perto da rua do maradonna, da estação trem/metrô, e de ótimos restaurantes (MUITO MESMO). É vizinho (literalmente) do camarotta spritz (bar famoso que vende aperol a €1). O anfitrião foi super atencioso e prestativo, sempre disponível. Nos sentimos em casa desde o primeiro dia. Realmente um lugar que da dó de ir embora Recomendo muito e com certeza voltaria A escada para chegar no apartamento é um pouco complicada (uns 5 lances), e bem estreita. Sendo essa a única coisa que teríamos para citar como ponto negativo. Mas, nada que não tivesse sido mencionado antes no anúncio. Fomos cientes A rua é um pouco barulhenta uma vez que os arredores são bem movimentados. Nada que tenha atrapalhado a gente, mas talvez seja um ponto pra quem tem um sono mais leve.

• andrea (10/5): Soggiorno più che gradevole - Posizione ottima, in una zona molto allegra della città. A due passi dalla linea 1 della metro. Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile🙂 Grazie Ps I gradini fino al terzo piano aiutano a mantenere la linea che viene messa a dura prova dalla cucina partenopea 😅

• Tomasz (10/5): Lovely place! - Very good apartment in the city center. Nice place in perfect place. Clean, comfortable easy to find and very good price. The bathroom was beautiful. I really recomment if tou want to find real Napoli A lot of stairs. If you go with bags you have to be ready for it!

• Lexi (5/5): Noisy central apartment - Riccardino; spacious room, large bathroom, good water pressure, powerful AC and decently equipped. Good wifi. Good for young couple or friends. Garbage outside entrance, 3 flights of very narrow steep steps, very loud, could have been cleaner. No bathroom carpet, and not enough towels for so many people. Not good for families or anyone looking to sleep well.

• Courtney (8/5): Very good - The apartment was modern, comfortable and clean. They allowed us to drop our bags early which was helpful. The party lights in the shower were so fun! The stairwell was steep and it was a mission carrying our 17kg suitcases up to the apartment. There's a bar on the corner that gets quite loud at night which was difficult to sleep through.
