• Eva (8/5): Schöner Aufenthalt in Hollywood - Kleines, gemütliches und sehr sauberes Apartment in guter Lage mit allem, was man braucht für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Sehr bequeme Betten und sehr sauber sowie ordentlich. Die Kommunikation war immer schnell und eher viel, besonders, weil man sich an einige Regeln halten muss und den Schlüssel selbst organisieren muss – dieser ist nicht direkt am Apartment zu finden, sondern ca 3 Minuten weiter weg und dorthin mussten wir ihn wieder zurück bringen, das war alles etwas umständlich. Schlüssel-Verantwortung ist in dem Sinn groß, weil man den Schlüssel finden muss, abseits des Apartments. Wenn man mit dem Taxi und Gepäck ankommt ist das umständlich. Außerdem muss man ihn dann wieder dorthin zurückbringen und sicherstellen, dass alles den Vorgaben und Regeln entspricht wo und wie er angebracht und verstaut wird. Die Check-Out Zeit mit 10 Uhr ist etwas früh, besonders, wenn man von weit weg anreist und einen Jet Lag hat, da gibt es vom Gastgeber keine Flexibilität für eine Stunde länger. Auch das Gepäck kann man nirgends lagern für eine kurze Zeit (uns hätten 2-3 Stunden sehr geholfen) – aus diesen Gründen würde ich nicht mehr dieses Apartment wählen – ist für ein Urlaubsgefühl zu stressig.

Die Betten waren super gemütlich, schöne Größe der Räume, toller Blick über LA und jeden Morgen mit wird man mit dem Sonnenaufgang geweckt, wenn man möchte:) Die Küche könnte etwas umfangreicher ausgestattet sein, ansonsten war alles super

• Fernanda (10/5): Excelente localização e custo - Infraestrutura do prédio com lavanderia disponível e garagem, localização, limpeza, conforto, Wi-Fi muito bom. A comunicação foi rápida, cordial e muito clara. As duas camas são no mesmo ambiente, falta um pouco de privacidade.

Easy walk to Runyon Canyon and downtown Hollywood, free secure parking Getting and returning the key was a bit of a hassle with lockbox on street, neighborhood is a little seedy, but car was secure in garage. Posizione eccellente, in pieno centro ad Hollywood che affaccia sulla Walk of Fame, vista dal balcone stupenda sulla skyline, servizi ottimi e appartamento spazioso, con garage e lavanderia incluse! Niente da dire, era semplicemente perfetta.

• Luc (10/5): Great stay - Good location - The appartment is well located, and I'm not only talking about the proximity with Hollywood boulevard and its main attraction but in LA in general. Downtown LA is accessible via the subway in 30 min. The Griffith Observatory and Universal Studios are also close. As for Santa Monica beach, it is also accessible though we did choose to take the car to go there. (be careful of traffic) The appartment is well furnished, you will find plenty enough utensils to cook, a hair dryer and an iron. A bigger iron board would've been appreciated though. An upgrade that could be done could be a towel dryer. Do note that multiple towels were provided so you can just rotate the towel usage. In proximity of the appartment, you will find a mid-size grocery store (Ralphs) which is plenty enough to respond to your needs. A duplicate of the key and badge would've been helpful and a bigger iron board.

Lo que más valoramos fue la atención exquisita de Daniela que en todo momento estuvo pendiente de nosotros y eso es de agradecer. Les sugeriría un poco más de atención en ciertas áreas en cuanto a la limpieza, simplemente algo a mejorar sin más.

• Siddharth (7/5): Could’ve been better - Location is good, near Hollywood. Property is clean and silent. This is a studio apartment (and not a 1 BHK) Room is spacious, and sufficient for 4 persons. Bathroom is spacious and fully equipped. The checkout and check in time are too tight 10 AM checkout and 4 PM checkin is a very tight window If someone arrives early in the morning, they would’ve to wait.

Helpful host who came to fix the TV when it stopped working. Quick communication with the host. Futon is very uncomfortable for sitting on and impossible to sleep on. One of the beds has a futon mattress on it that was firm and uncomfortable. We put 2 comforters on top of it to make it more comfortable. Would have been nice to have a wash cloth towel available.

• Šarūnas (4/5): Smelly, "cockroach'y", the owners are not so friendly. - This place was close to the walk of fame, but that is the only upside of it. Oh, and they gave us a parking space. There was a really bad smell, something like some spray for insect killing or something. After a few days that smell disappeared, but we started smelling something else, like something was rotting. Also, there were cockroaches in the apartment. I do not recommend this place at all.
• Sherrie (9/5): One of the best rentals we’ve ever had! - This was a gem for sure. Excellent price, great location made for easy walking to restaurants, groceries and attractions. Property managers made check in, our stay and check out seamless. Can’t say enough good about our experience! Having previous with an AIRBNB rental did give a few recommendations to make it perfect! Very minor and more conveniences than anything else.
• Sharon (7/5): Great location and size. - The size and location were fantastic. Would have been nice to have a couple of bottles of water in the room when we arrived. Air con was nice but very noisy and kept waking us up during the night. Only bath towels available. No hand towels for the bathroom. The shower was very low and difficult to then wash your hair plus the water temp went from hot to cold all the time.
