- Mason (9/5): It’s very comfortable to stay at - A lot of space in the apartment, good amenities Nothing, was pretty good

- Steve (9/5): - The one bedroom apartment we rented was fantastic. Very clean, well provisioned including some good coffee. Parking under the building was convenient ($35 for two nights) and in the shade which is good for Phoenix in the summer. Great sheets, comfortable bed, nice shower - all you need in a place to stay. Check-in was really wonkey. There were a couple of young folks at a folding table in the lobby. Did not look professional and seemed confused. They just did not seem to have a grasp on hospitality and procedures. We felt very "on our own". There were not departure procedures so that was a bit awkward as well. The link to the "check-in procedures" sent via email led to a dead link.
- James (6/5): Modern but annoying - Clean, convenient location, pool. Annoying check in process (digital), parking was pay-parking which was not indicated on the main page on Booking.com (you had to open the sub-menu to see, the main menu just said “parking”)
- Andrea (10/5): Great stay for the price but $20 per night parking is ridiculous - Fully furnished apartment, very quiet and the bed was cozy. Check-in was easy. I did not use any of the community amenities since my stay was short. Paying for parking!! Approx $20 per night.

- Robert (1/5): Apartment was nice, but it would be helpful to just email the instructions and be more clear - It was clean There was no clear check in. I was emailed a link for instructions to check in, but at arrival the link did not work. There was a 24/7 phone number that also did not work. A tenant let me in and I was able to check in, but I was charged twice! It was only supposed to charge me the 150$ hold but it threw an additional 500$ on my card. I’m still working it out with the hotel. Not to mention the body soap and lotion bottles were empty, and no staff to help with either.
- Alona (10/5): - The apartment was clean and comfortable, and complex had all the necessary amenities. I really enjoyed my stay.
- Kitchen (10/5): Safe, Great location, Very nice apartment! - Safe, location , clean , amazing staff , easy check in and check out. This was my first solo trip and I want to give a huge shout out to the property manager Marquis. He was so hospitable and protective. He made me feel at ease coming and going and greeted everyone with a smile. No complaints
- Brandon (8/5): great overall experience. would recommend for stays of over 5 days - it was a great location in midtown with easy access to transportation. the room was spacious and well appointed, particularly for longer stays. the directions could have been a bit clearer as to location of entrances and elevators and the layout of the room, but it was ultimately undertandable
- Dominique (10/5): -
- Allontae (10/5): -
- Jacquelyn (8/5): Safe and friendly neighborhood. Affordable and modern amenities. - The properties is very modern and clean. Fully furnished and has everything you might need. The bedroom that has its own private bathroom had zero water pressure in the shower. It was so terrible. I could barely wash out all my shampoo.
- Joshua (8/5): - Good value, very nice to stay in a full fledged apartment. Room was well furnished and spacey. Did not make use of amenities but they seems very good. Entrances to the hotel building were difficult to find, although the instructions were largely helpful simply including a floor map of the building with clearly marked entrances would eliminate any confusion.
Parking, paying $20 a day to parking in the garage is insane. Thankfully there was street parking available although it was hassle to find an open spot.
- Alex (10/5): Comfortable and easy - Close to the airport and clean Nothing
- Cheryl (10/5): I really enjoyed my stay - Comfortable and roomy. It was nice to have onsite laundry and kitchen The floors in the unit were dirty

- Ximena (10/5): - I liked the building, the room, and everything was comfortable. I felt safe throughout my stay. The staff was really nice, and the location worked well for the purpose of my visit, so I have no complaints. My only suggestion would be to provide clearer instructions for check-in, especially at times when no one is available. I called just to confirm, but it would be great if the instructions were clearly written and explained in advance.
- sandra (7/5): - The apartment was nice and clean had everything to make our stay 10/10 We had trouble checking in, wasted a good hr trying to figure it out no one we could reach over the phone, the lobby door was locked, after 15 min there was someone walking in the lobby they unlocked the door for us. Then checked in we had no idea the room was in the building across smh.. also very confusing and frustrating our room # was 4 digits starting with 13** walked around over and over as we try calling and no answer we were overwhelmed by then untill someone stayed there help us out saying our room was in the 3rd floor rooms go by the 2nd digit .
- Brandon (8/5): Nice and quiet - Mostly everything No vices
- Deandra (1/5): - The receptionist had terrible customer service.
- Bruce (9/5): This hotel room had all the amenities I needed in a great central Phoenix location! - The unit was in great condition. It was spacious and had all the amenities one could need for a short or an extended stay in Phoenix.
The on-site staff were always immediately available to assist with questions and/or concerns. While a parking structure is available (street parking can be available), it is not included in the price of the unit.

- Williams (10/5): -
- nora (10/5): - Apartment was cozy and cute Parking space; no housekeeper unless you see them in the hallway
- Sheilliyah (9/5): -
- Paul (7/5): - Location Our room smelled like “weed” the whole time and we also had a water leak, that flooded the floor
Both of these issues were addressed, not resolved during our stay
I had to keep towels on the floor to keep water from spreading
- Deborah (9/5): It would have been a better experience if sentral alloy had explained that the apartments were not in one building but s - Clean, modern and comfortable I had a problem with check-in at night . There was no one there. Finally reached someone by text. Also lighting is minimal between buildings.
- Van Why (10/5): -
- Kathleen (9/5): Comfortable - Security was great. Room was comfortable. Team response was immediately after opening the office. Concerns were fixed asap. First impression was not good. We arrived after midnight so was on our own to check in. Getting off the elevator on the 2nd floor I saw a hallway of worn dirty carpet. Then the stench from the trash bin closet next to our room was strong. The smell of old smoke was in the room. On the patio was an empty beer can & cigarette butt. The frig didn’t get cold enough to have food in. Also the freezer froze up which was odd.
- Leauna (10/5): This was by far the best place I have ever booked - Everything was wonderful Loved everything
- Leauna (10/5): -
- Sharon (10/5): Very nice place and good manager! - Very nice place and good manager!
- Jesus (10/5): Very nice place to stay - It is very clean and the manager is good.
- Roberto (10/5): -
- Domanick (6/5): Enjoyable and quiet night sleeep. - The location was convenient to access downtown for food The walking to the room. Our room was in the very back and the second elevator that was closer to the room was not working.
- Dr Jacqueline (10/5): In town to see a specialist at Phoenix Children's Hospital for my daughter. - Check in was a breeze and the accommodations were very nice and comfortable. I would have liked to have had more towels.
- Vikas (6/5): Totally fine, totally safe, totally soul-less place to stay - Everything was totally fine- it was clean, safe, and a roof over your head. There is one actual human for the entire premise, and she was phenomenal. The place just has no soul, it reaks of private equity. No humans around, this isn't hospitality. Just simply paying for a soulless, clean, safe, place to sleep

- Mastro (10/5): -
- Mika (2/5): Hidden major fees for pets and little staff around to help, would never stay or recommend again. - It was a one bedroom apartment so it had basic apartment amentities I brought my dog, knowing it was “pet friendly” from the listing, but wasn’t given anywhere to input a pet upon check in. The check in at the front desk was entirely on an iPad and the only staff in the area was on a computer in the back of the room and didn’t speak to me basically at all. After leaving she sent me a text saying I had an “unauthorized pet” and would be charged $150 in addition to the $150 deposit for the room. Annoying considering I didn’t hide my dog and didn’t have the option to add my pet to my stay. Then when I checked out the next day, I also had a regular pet fee of $75 on top of the $150 pet charge and the $150 room cleaning fee. Altogether the charge for one night with one well behaved pet came out to almost $700 which is insane for a mediocre hotel in Phoenix. There was nobody in the lobby so I had to contact customer service to alert them and waited 45 minutes for staff to show up. When she did, she was apologetic and helped us clear the unnecessary charges. Aside from her help, this hotel felt so scammy with hidden fees.

- Michael (9/5): - Location was great, close to everything. The facilities were new and had good amenities. It was a good value considering other options. The bed was not very comfortable unfortunately, but was my only real complaint.
- Fang (8/5): Thanks for the lady when we checked in on 12/17, 2025, who was friendly and helpful. - we like the apartment, clean and comfortable The inconvenience of the service. after 6pm cannot reach anyone on the phone. A girl has dark skin seems did not have a good training, did not know how to talk and to express, Being a receptionist, it was rude.

- Tahna (10/5): Alloy was a great stay. polished, laid back and quiet - First, the neighborhood that the complex resides in is pretty relaxed. The outside is quiet and it is clean. The entire area is polished for the most part. When walking in the women at the desks were pleasant to speak to. The actual residents whom live there are also nice people, I was greeted by many residents on the property and elevator. My unit that I stayed in was fantastic. It was spacious, clean and quiet. I enjoyed the balcony and the bathroom’s open layout. Over all I enjoyed my stay and I would recommend Alloy. Thank you. I didn’t like that the thermostat wasn’t clear about how to operate it and turn the heat on. Another concern I had was with the lights in the bedroom. After returning from an outing I came in and flipped the light switch ‘on’ and the lamps in the bedroom did not turn on automatically. I wasn’t sure what happened, but after leaving the light switch flipped on, I moved the base of the lamp with my hand and then they eventually turned on.
- Samantha (9/5): -
- Saul (3/5): Not worth the price and all the extra charges. - Neat. AC noise outside window. Most importantly charged me more than stated and I will be going over this with my lawyer.
- Alazmi (3/5): -
- Leqeata (10/5): Amazing staff! Will definitely book with this property again. - The property stay was very comfy and relaxing. The gym was a plus! Tv in bedroom.
- Richard (10/5): Very clean, well equipped apartment - Clean, great facilities, good staff on site, spacious well equipped apartment in a good neighbourhood - easy access to restaurants and bars etc I couldn’t find a good place to set up a work station in the apartment - luckily there are good co-working spaces on site.
- Lilian (8/5): -
- Chris (9/5): -
- Chantel (10/5): My stay was great, my check-in process was ready easy the women at the front make my experience painless and give me gre - I love to property! It was beautiful.
- adda (10/5): Everything was perfect ,units are very confortables, well design and the location is super convenient. - The stuff is incredible .
- Shanique (10/5): - Easy to book Pretty inside and out
- Jibriel (10/5): -
- Madeleine (1/5): Awfully uncomfortable - Nothing The staff was incredibly rude and charged us for incorrect additional fees. The trash chute next to our room smelled like someone died. Noise from outdoors went all night.
- Stacie (8/5): - I liked how there was an AC in the bedroom and another one in the living room. It was fully set up with everything you could think of needing for a week. Not many complaints just the fact that our upstairs neighbors sounded like they were rearranging the room all the time.. heavy footsteps and dragging noises. Our balcony didn't have the best view, felt like I was just looking into the apartment building but still was pretty seeing the tall buildings.
- Elizabeth (10/5): Fantastic home away from home in Phoenix - I really loved the Sentral Alloy, in fact I didn't want to leave! The Sentral is a very lovely apartment/condo complex and some of the units are rented out as hotel rooms. So what you're getting is a one bedroom apartment. It was a beautiful stay, loved the place. The check in was wonderful, lovely helpful people working there. The kitchen had everything we needed, nice big refrigerator, dishwasher and supplies, and it just felt like a home away from home. The bed was comfy and it had a closet with hangars, washing machines, everything you need for a long stay. It even had a little balcony. Lots of space to get work done and just hang out. It also had excellent air conditioning which is a really big plus in Phoenix. The area around it was safe, and the Valley Metro Rail (trainline) is just two blocks away so easy to get around from there. I'm looking forward to my next trip to Phoenix so I can stay here again! Nothing! This was an excellent property.
- Carolyn (8/5): Good but had to wait after long drive - Comfy Had to wait for room till 6 pm
- Christina (10/5): Great atmosphere and communication with host. - The home was very nice and cozy. It was beautifully decorated and spacious. I would have liked more cookware.

- Gerard (10/5): -
- Lankenau (9/5): - Nice and comfortable unit. Checkin was a bit of a problem since they used my first name as opposed to last name on reservation. A map showing entrance to building would be helpful on checkin screen.
- Xin (8/5): - Nice facilities
Close to metro
Food and other things nearby Felt like getting nickel and dimed for early check in
- Cédric (10/5): - Schoon, grote ruimtes, prima locatie

- Justin (9/5): -
- Desmond (10/5): -
- Rob (8/5): - Nice rooms, clean, good location, walking distance to food and restaurants
- Micah (8/5): - I love the affordable price and comfort of the apartment as well as all the amenities. Unfortunately, my room (1315) wasn't exactly in the best of shape which was the only reason for an 8/10. When entering the room once, the security latch completely broke off with extreme ease. Alongside this, the toilet didn't function properly and you had to hold the buttons for a moment to get it to fully flush.
