• Rosedale (7/5): - The location was great the bed was comfortable, the instructions were incredibly clear and easy to follow. The room might need a dehumidifier as the room smelt damp but I know it's hard with an old building. The projector is a good idea however having to cast off your phone seems a bit clunky. Might be better if you put a streaming stick in the projector for people to login to netflix prime ect. The bathroom needs a lot of work as the bracket for the shower is broken and it was quite difficult to have a comfortable shower.

• Gloria (6/5): Bona localització però habitació molt i molt senzilla - Bona localització, en un barri molt interessant. L'allotjament és molt i molt senzill, amb mobles molt inestables i un lavabo i vàter molt gastats. La porta de l'habitació no sembla gaire segura. No entenc per què et diuen que si arribes tard a la nit hauràs de pagar un recàrrec si després la clau es recull d'una caixa.

• Lauraine (7/5): Brilliant - Good size room, comfortable bed, had a good fan, fridge and microwave. Host was amazing, quick, polite communication, was able to let us stay in the same room after deciding to stay another night last minute. Absolutely loved how big the mirror was in our room. Projector ‘TV’ was also amazing. Property was brilliant although location was a bit tricky to find (probably fault of our uber driver who dropped us off on the wrong side) and there is no sink in the bathroom so you’d need to walk to the other room with the shower bath & sink in it to wash hands.

• Romana (7/5): Shoreditch ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für kreative und unternehmungslustige Menschen. - Das Zimmer liegt im Künstlerviertel Shoreditch. Zu Fuss erreicht man viele Vintage Markets, Streetfood Markets, Sehenswürdigkeiten und vieles mehr. Mit dem Bus sind es nur wenige Busstationen oder zu Fuss etwa 20 Minuten ins Zentrum. Zur Tower Bridge / Tower von London sind es 5-6 Busstationen. Es gibt auch eine Overground-Bahn Station in der Nähe. Das Viertel bietet viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Lokale. Es ist ruhig gelegen und dennoch im Zentrum. Unser Vermieter war sehr nett und freundlich. Wir konnten sogar früher einchecken, da wir einen frühen Flug hatten, und unser Gepäck deponieren, da wir einen späten Rückflug hatten. Somit konnten wir die ganzen sieben Tage voll ausnutzen. Im Zimmer gibt es eine Mikrowelle und einen kleinen Kühlschrank. Somit kann man sich etwas selbst verpflegen. Das Zimmer liegt in einer eigenen Wohnung mit insgesamt drei Zimmern. Das Badezimmer und das WC teilt man sich mit den zwei anderen Zimmern. War bei uns kein Problem. Wenn jemand nicht hohe Ansprüche hat, ist dies eine sehr gute und günstige Unterkunft. Leider hat es keinen Kleiderschrank im Zimmer und auch keine Kommode. Somit muss man seine Klamotten im Koffer liegen lassen. Auch Abstellflächen sind bis auf einen kleinen Tisch begrenzt. Das Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig. Vor allem die Bewohner über uns waren leider sehr gut zu hören.
• Helena (7/5): Zu empfehlen für einen Kurztrip - Es ist alles da was man braucht und die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft für einen kurzen Aufenthalt Man sollte nur wissen, dass die Wände sehr dünn und das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss ist.
• Olav Gabrielsen (8/5): Good value for the money. Central - Spacious. Neat and tidy. Quiet. Good bathtub. Large fridge. Easy to get to. I did not feel safe leaving the window open during night. It was hot when I woke up to say the least.

• Baks_man (8/5): Very good - + loved the location of the hotel, walking distance to the tube, and transportation hubs such as Liverpool Street station, bus stops, and 30 minutes to Tower Bridge. + possible key pickup check-in, I don't understand why the host doesn't sell this feature as a benefit, the description indicates a penalty for late check-in. + clean, nice-smelling towels ++ I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the hotel staff for their warmth and tactfulness when I had an unpleasant experience in London, sorry again for the key

• Sarah (4/5): Disappointing - Location was pretty good Didn't feel clean, very basic accommodation in an old apartment that needs maintenance. You share an apartment with 2 other people which is a little disconcerting given there are no staff/you don't know what kind of people might be staying. Apartment is a bit generous given there is only 3 lockable bedrooms and an old bathroom. Wouldn't recommend especially as a solo female traveller.

• Lofty (8/5): Brilliant basics in a great location - Great location in the heart of Shoreditch, comfortable and clean room with plenty of space. The only downside is that the walls and ceilings are paper thin, so there is a small risk of noise disturbance. The hosts actively encourage good neighbourliness, so all I heard were a few steps from above.
• Marcus (10/5): Perfect for a budget friendly trip to a nearby concert. Clean and easy to check-in. - Perfect budget friendly option for a short trip to London. We went to a concert nearby, and it fit the trip greatly. Lovely to be able to sign in to your own accounts on the projector and watch YouTube and Netflix. Staff made it a breeze to check in. All bedding was freshly cleaned, and we found the shared bathroom not an issue at all. If I had one thing to say bad about the property, the only one, would be that outside of rooms, in the outdoors hallway, it often smelt of smoke. This however doesn’t to be anything to do with the owner of this property, and perhaps other residents staying at other apartments in the same complex.

• Alex (6/5): A bit overpriced for what it is - Location is great, about a 15-20 minute walk from Liverpool Street station. Communication from host and instructions to get inside were great. The room is very basic, the building is quite old and creaky so I could hear every movement that guests next door or upstairs made. Thankfully there weren't too many guests in the apartment. I think for the old conditions of the building and the very squeaky floors, £70 a night is a big ask. I wouldn't go back.

• Morgan (8/5): Handy bolt hole - Cheap, great position just off Brick Lane. Bit tricky to find and access but that's most likely my own shortcomings. Shared toilet and bathroom which I didn't realise but again likely my fault for not reading the small print.

Shower curtain, a small space heater, little hands towel, notes on how to turn on the fridge and hairdryer and other little things that cost very little but would make stay more comfy.

Very well located near the subway and bus stops. We were allowed to store our bags after check out at no extra cost. Everything was fine.

More importantly, the community environment is a safe and quiet residential area! In addition, the self-check-in is very simple and clear, and the owner is very helpful and can solve many problems. • Emilie (6/5): London is expensive, so this room is fine - Nice location in London, good spot to go to Victoria Park for instance. Big bed. Easy instructions to enter the room. The neighborhood is quiet. The building is very old, the bathroom and toilet would need renovation. We hear the upper neighbor walk on the floor. There is no way to open the window (or we didn't find how anyway). Getting shampoo and soap from the dispenser is requiring too much patience. Overall, an okay place if you just wish to sleep there a couple of days.

• Pär (5/5): Passable - Location was decent with a 30 min walk to the city. Close to Shoreditch with a lot of e Restaurant option. Room had a projector and travel adapter. The host claimed that the original room had a water leak and I was offered a different option that was "better" 5 min walk away. I didn't have much option to accept as I was informed of this first when I reached out to them for check-in instructions. New place did have an odd smell throughout and the overall standard of the room was low quality.
