Andreavolo91 (8/5): Basic room but equipped with everything you need - Basic room but equipped with everything you need and clean. Great location in the middle of nature and just over half an hour from torp airport. The guy who greeted us was very nice and helpful. Good value for money
Whats (1/5): Terrible - The lake, thw dinning Hall in the guesthouse next door. Everything. Booked two twin rooms with a bathroom each considering we are travelling as a family of 5 with a baby, a toddler and a pensioner. When we got there we were informed that the place had been "double booked" by some unknown entity due to a gathering of some group and therefore they could only offer us rooms with no bathrooms. After we expressed our serious requirement for rooms that include bathrooms, we were given keys to a room that "was of a lower standard but included a bathroom". We went into this room and it was disgusting to say the least. Dirt on beds, toilet a horror scene, floor disgusting and I can go on. After again expressing to the staff that the conditions were not sanitary for children, we were told that probably we should see the rooms without bathrooms because they are better and the one we had just seen wasn't ready yet but they just gave us a key because we insisted we need a room with a bathroom. The rooms without bathrooms were not twin room, they were dorm rooms with 8 bunk beds around the place. Horrified, disappointed and exhausted we stayed here and tried to avoid touching anything we didn't need to. They did come and clean the sink of one these rooms when they saw it as they were showing it to us, and also gave us a discount (we didn't ask for this, we just wanted to fly out of there) of 250 Norwegian krone on the whole stay which initially coat 2100 kroner. Could work for a young person who can afford to sacrifice hygienic standards. For a family this would be a no go. Pictures lie.
