• Guest (8/5): Excellent - No breakfast was served...That said, the apt is very modern and clean and the owner immediately responsive. It is centrally located and is a very clean studio apartment. My own preference, if it was my apartment, would be to use the area where the beautiful hot tub/bath as a living room space. That said, it is quite nice.

• Marinelli (9/5): Bellissima esperienza in un bnb molto comodo e pulito. - Struttura molto moderna in una bella palazzina. Ottima posizione a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. Estremamente pulito ( lenzuola profumate , non mi capita quasi mai ). Sistema di condizionamento ottimo e per nulla rumoroso. La comunicazione con l’host è stata molto rapida ed efficiente e abbiamo apprezzato molto il servizio navetta che mettono a disposizione dall’aeroporto. Le uniche “pecche” se così si possono definire sono il fatto che non ci sia una vera e propria zona bagno dunque è un po’ scomodo per appoggiare le cose e per phonarsi i capelli. L’altra nota un po’ negativa è che essendo vicino al centro e sopra ad un locale, c’è spesso molto rumore fino a tardi e le finestre non sono ben insonorizzate. Insomma due cose di poco conto perché per il resto tutto splendido.
• Óscar (7/5): Parece de lujo, pero tienen que mejorar ciertos aspectos. - El jacuzzi de la habitación estaba muy bien, la ubicación está genial, las instrucciones para entrar muy claras, la cama era muy cómoda, había espejos gigantes que le daba un toque sexy y el personal era amable. La alcachofa de la ducha del techo estaba rota y había desconchado el techo, se filtraba agua de la ducha hacia la habitación del retrete. El minibar al estar dentro de un armario se calienta y apenas enfría.

• Melina (10/5): Καταπληκτική - Πολύ όμορφο δωμάτιο με ανέσεις . Πολύ άνετο το στρώμα του κρεβατιού. Ευγενικο, εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό αν και δεν ήξεραν αγγλικά. Πεντακάθαρο και όμορφο Δεν ήταν τόσο πρακτικό σε κάποια πράγματα.

• Wiktoria (7/5): Ogólnie super miejsce, ale popracujcie nad mechanizmem spuszczania wody. - Piękne widoki, super okolica, jacuzzi z widokiem na telewizor, ogromny prysznic. Wszystko przemyślane. Mechanizm spuszczania wody. Jest głośny i potrafi się włączyć w nocy, a wtedy nie daje spać.

• Kiran (2/5): Unfinished room and (literally) unresponsive management - None of what I'm about to say applies to Stefania, who let us in, cleaned the room, and was always helpful and friendly despite the language barrier. My issues are with the property and management, not her. These guys only care about taking your money. The room is not finished. The hardware to hold the shutters open hasn't been installed, so they'll constantly slam shut. The sink tap is loose and the toilet leaks water around the base. The room door is flimsy and isn't sealed against light or sound, so you'll hear the other occupants and they'll hear you. The layout is also bizarre, with the shower, tub, and bed all jammed next to each other, but that's visible in the photos, so I won't fault them for that. Just know not to book this room with someone unless you're comfortable seeing each other naked and on the toilet. None of these issues were addressed for several days because the phone number given for help in the room (for Gianmarco) is a disconnected number. Once I got the right number, Gianmarco (or whoever) was completely unhelpful. He seemed to know that the number listed in the room was wrong, but hadn't fixed it. He was combative when I asked about late checkout. When I asked about the shutters, he said he'd send Stefania to fix it -- she folded up some cardboard and shoved it under, which didn't ultimately hold up in the Palermo wind, but again, I don't blame her -- the problem is that they didn't finish installing the shutters. When I mentioned the toilet was leaking around the base after every flush, and provided a photo, he simply stopped responding to me. He had my money already, since prepayment is required by the property. Don't compound my mistake by giving them your money too. Edit: Within an hour or two of me leaving this review, Gianmarco messaged me on WhatsApp, not addressing anything I said, but personally insulting me.

• Jordan (8/5): Lovely apartment. Modern, clean. Would stay again. - Really nice. All staff very helpful. Room is beautiful and near a lot of the main attractions. We were able to walk to most things within 15mins Small issue with the shower where it kept overflowing out the cubicle.

• Sam (4/5): Disappointing Stay Despite Good Location and Friendly Staff - That being said, there are also a few positives worth mentioning. The rooms themselves are nicely decorated and clean. The location is great – close to everything you need – and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned daily, which we appreciated. Overall, while the hotel has potential, the noise issues and unreliable hot water made it a frustrating experience. If you’re a light sleeper or looking for a peaceful stay, I would not recommend to sleep Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5) We stayed here for a few nights and unfortunately had quite a disappointing experience, mostly due to the lack of soundproofing and general noise levels in the building. The rooms are extremely poorly insulated – we could hear every word and movement from the rooms around us. One night we were forced to listen to a very loud and intimate scene from a neighboring room, which seemed to echo throughout the entire building. Another night, guests came back very late, talking loudly and using the jacuzzi in the middle of the night, making it impossible to sleep. To make things worse, there were moments during our stay when we didn’t have any hot water, which was really frustrating, especially after long days out.

Suggested restaurants and landmarks to visit.. the place was clean.. we love the jacuzzi and the shower box that gives a very elegant look.. only the noise it makes when you use the water then it makes a vibration type noise when the water drains...

Great to have a lift with being on the 3rd floor. Hot water was minimal. You couldn’t have two short showers in a row with both people getting hot water. Also loud pumping system when using water/flushing toilet. Soap dispensers not topped up. Not enough enough storage for staying more than a few days. Sometimes housekeeping hit and miss.
