- Candice (8/5): Nice apartment with a few problems. - Good location. 15 minutes walk to kings cross. The building is new. The apartment is functional with good layout. I like the furniture and the decorations. Beds are comfortable. The unit came with kitchen and washer/dryer, which is very convenient. When we got to the building, no one was at the reception desk. We waited for a long time. Finally we called the management and they send someone to open the door for us. The room was not cleaned well for us. Used soap was found in the bathroom. There was a small paper bag on the bed. The power sockets, except the ones in the kitchen, were not working. A nice maintenance man came to fix the problem. However, some still did not work.

- Gregory (10/5): Excellent Flat in an excellent location of London - The location of the property to both the tube and train station is so convenient. A less than 10 minute walk . Great shopping as far as convenience stores for lighter food needs . Also plenty of casual dining within a short walk . Two beautiful parks nearby . The property is excellent. Very clean and safe . Front desk security is a plus . HVAC works perfectly. Sheets and towels were plentiful and great texture. Kitchen is well stocked with coffee maker , dishes, flatware , etc . Refrigerator with ice is a plus . There were three of us staying there which worked out perfectly. Initial communication with management was very good as well as check-in. Truly a “ Remarkable Gem”.

- Bernadette (10/5): Perfect location, comfortable and spacious flat, and an easy, stress-free stay—ideal for a business. - The location was ideal for a business trip—being right near King’s Cross Station made commuting and getting around the city quick and efficient. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance, which made grabbing meals after work easy, and having two grocery stores nearby was a big plus for convenience. The flat itself was very comfortable and spacious, giving us room to both relax and get some work done. I especially appreciated the generous closet space, which made it easy to stay organized during my stay. Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. Everything about the stay was smooth and comfortable.

- Suze (9/5): Spacious apartment handy to King’s Cross/St Pancreas stations - Very spacious two bedroom apartment in a relatively new building within walking distance to Kings Cross/St Pancreas stations. Handy to the Coal Yard precinct which has loads of restaurants and bars. Great place to stay if you want to self-cater(kitchen was reasonably well stocked with what you need) or need more space than a hotel room. Easy check-in by collecting the keycard from reception/security desk on arrival. Some noisy neighbours a couple of nights but that wasn’t the property manger’s fault just disrespectful guests. Could do with a few more basic kitchen items.

- Brigitte (9/5): Ruime slaapkamers met een gezellige woonkamer en openkeuken! - De ruimte! Beide slaapkamers waren ruim, het kinderbedje stond op afstand van het bed en dat was heel fijn. Daarnaast was ik verrast dat er is gezorgd voor een eetstoeltje voor de kleine. Echt een pluspunt! De kids hebben genoten van het bad en elke deur in het appartement heeft een goede strip tegen geluid en dat was verassend en goed over nagedacht !

It is an apartment building so you must be mindful with noise, but nothing unreasonable. It’s in an excellent location, easy to get anywhere in London. I had a great time during my time there. I wish there was free parking available

A metró állomás kb. 12 perc séta távolságra, bolt a közvetlen közelben. A franciaágyak kényelmesek, de az extra ágy nagyon kényelmetlen volt, felnőttnek nem ajánlott. Az apartmanban nem volt fűtés az első nap/éjszaka, de másnapra megoldották.

- Elia (8/5): Good stay in a clean and comfortable apartment located about 10 minutes walk to Kings Cross Station. - It was a bright well equipped apartment on the first level . It was clean and comfortable. There were 2 big bathrooms with showers and one had a bath tub which was good to have. The location was great - a 5 minute walk to the Coal Drop Yards shopping/ cafes area and about a 10 minute walk to Kings Cross station. It would have been nice to have been provided with some milk and tea.

- Audrey (9/5): Superb - Very clean and spacious. Not quite 10 minute walk from King's Cross. Beautiful building didn't use rooftop terrace as it was raining but it was superb. Would stay again Futon bed is very uncomfortable and very hard. Shame there was no TV channels so we couldn't use TV at night.
