- Nthabeleng (1/5): - Location I did not feel safe , the house has a potential of being modern and their interior needs a revamp , bedding style is just old style , I did not sleep there as it felt like some ordinary old style look and I had no sense of safety , I had cancelled my booking after viewing , haven’t received any communication from the host .

Booked a stay and was not received but referred elsewhere. No apology either for whatever happen. My booking was confirmed 2 days in advance but no one there to receive me. Had to stand on side of road in the dark with my wife, in a place I didn't know. Will stay elsewhere in future

- Mashudu (5/5): It is okay as a stopover and continue travel next day not comfortable. - Location great closer to Mall and town. The place is very cold big and open space with lots of beds. Would be better bedroom separated with comfy couch in seating area and kitchenette separately.
- Brettt (5/5): Passable -
- Joshua (1/5): Bad - The privacy, as I was the only one in the house. The bed was unbearable, springs were stabbing my back all night. There was no host present in the house, front door was left unlocked.

- Romeo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Thando (6/5): Pleasant -
- Stephen (6/5): Pleasant - This is more of a PSA than a review: the property is at 21A, not 21. This alone wouldn't have been enough to confuse me, but there's also no sign anywhere. And the only staff working when I arrived (after circling the block a few times) had no idea what "Woodhills Guest House" was. Once there the facility was fine. Clean and comfortable. Checkout is bit weird; they want you to leave the keys on the table, but you need the key fob to operate the gate. So there's a sprint involved.
- Ferdinand (9/5): Superb -
- Mbali (8/5): Very good - Location very conducive for where we were going.
- Lanie (5/5): Passable - That there is no reception for the keys collection
- Nontobeko (8/5): Very good -
- Nomcebo (6/5): Pleasant -
- Ingrid (5/5): Acceptable for a one-night stopover in a quiet area. - Clean and functional serving the simple purpose of an overnight stop.
Owner was helpful and friendly. Nothing fancy, decor very plain. Fluorescent lights in the rooms rather dismal.
- Swanepoel (6/5): Pleasant - Good value for money. Comfortable beds There is no signage on / outside the property, it looks like a house. We drove past it a few times before deciding to stop and ask.
There was no water, we couldn’t shower. It might not have been due to a fault of the host, but some notice would have been appreciated.
- Somfesi (8/5): ❤️❤️🥰🥰🤟 - Everything There's no sound proof
- Thabang (10/5): Exceptional - Location and clean room with everything you need to make your stay pleasant. To this day I haven't received receipt after requesting for it on checkout.
- Nicole (9/5): Good value for money - The high speed internet
Smart TV
Comfortable bed The water in the shower was lukewarm
- Diego (9/5): Balance between price and comfortably - Good location, near to the main road, we can use the kitchen, even when we don't expected that. There is not comfortable Queen bed, only joined small beds😕
- Zamaokuhle (10/5): Best lodge in Piet Retief - The place was very neat, they really care for hygiene. It has access to shop, very close to Woodhill mall. The place is not clearly labelled outside as a lodge and the name is not place boldly outside to make it easy to find. And there's no direct labels errors which can guide 1 from the streets.
- Elsie (9/5): Superb - The place was neat and easily accessible Nothing
- Nondu (7/5): Good -
- Lakheni (8/5): Didn't end up staying at the property, we were moved to an even better property - We did not end up staying in this property. Upon arrival, we were informed that there was an issue at the property that would impact our stay and we were moved to another property. The other property was great and we enjoyed our stay. The hosts communicated well with us before our arrival.
- King (8/5): Very good -
- Lbotha (8/5): Thank you for a pleasant stay - Nice and comfortable. Nothing
- Kevin (8/5): Very good -
- Thomas (8/5): Very good -
- Celia (8/5): Very good - Clean and comfortable and pleasant for a one-night stopover. Conveniently situated close to shops and easy to get back onto the highway. There was no signage indicating Woodhills Guest House and access was tricky. Look for 13A!
- Jean (9/5): Perfect for a short stop - Efficient, friendly, comfortable, clean!
- Erasmus (8/5): Very good -
- Thokozani (8/5): Very good - The people were very helpful. The place is beautiful and it's located in a quiet area of town but not far from the main road Nothing
- Dumisane (10/5): Exceptional - The facility is clean, free wifi not far from the center
- Makgoe (8/5): Very good -
- Masiko (10/5): My stay was pleasant and excellent . - The location was wonderful quiet and peacefully allows you to work with no interruptions again the house had WiFi to connect for no limits electricity shadings don’t disturb you. Nothing I did not like the place was exceptional and consider coming back.
