Ci è piaciuto molto avere Netflix e YouTube disponibili in camera, perfetti per rilassarsi la sera. La posizione era ottima: la stazione ferroviaria e le principali attrazioni turistiche erano molto vicine e facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Anche la lavanderia gratuita è stata un grande vantaggio durante il soggiorno. Tutto era pulito, confortevole e proprio come descritto. Consigliamo assolutamente questo posto!

Не понравилась уборка, пол был грязный и в целом, как лестница , прачечная не убирались давно. В номере стояли цветы в стакане, которые давно сгнили, мы их выставили в коридор и они там простояли все наше пребывание. Но самое ужасное, когда я начала мыть посуду - в губке для мытья были иголки!!!! Я едва ли не поранилась, это очень опасно и неприятно, я сообщила человеку, который нас заселил, он просто принес новую губку, не выяснив абсолютно ничего. Такое отношение к клиентам считаю неуместным!

• Lai Har (6/5): - Hamza was very friendly. While the location was somewhat convenient, it was very noisy at night. We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night. There was loud music in the streets till about midnight and the traffic starts at about 5 am. Our apartment was on the third floor of three flights of steps, which made it quite difficult with 3 pieces of luggage. The apartment looked much better in photos than it actually is.

• Giovanni (10/5): A Traveller's stay - nopt a tourist one - The staff is very caring and helpful. They picked me up where the car left me and did help me with my suitcase up the stairs. The apartment has an enjoyable jacuzzi, a functioning kitchen and in the basement, you can use a washing machine as well as a dryer for your clothes. A staff helped me to program both. The apartment is near the famous fish market of Kumkapi. Interesting historical monuments, testimony of the Armenian presence in the City through the centuries, are there for you to explore. Very strategically located near everything, easy to reach using apps like Bitaxi or Uber. I visited Istanbul many times, peeling the different temporal layers of Bizantium, Constantinople, Konstantinye and, finally, Istanbul, so I came as traveller, not tourist. However, if you need help, the friendly staff will help you with cruises, restaurants and whatever addresses you might need.

• diego (9/5): Beautiful room, I felt like at home - The bathroom was large and clean, the kitchen was new and everything was available, I did my laundry here for free, I loved it here, there were few stairs in the flat I was in, I entered easily, the location was close to all the touristic places, the street was beautiful, the beds inside were new. The door was closing hard, but they can fix it with a simple solution

• valeno (10/5): Una ubicación turística que vale la pena visitar - La habitación era muy bonita, me gustó mucho. La zona alrededor del hotel era muy animada y bonita, con restaurantes, cafeterías y en pleno centro. El lavadero está un poco más abajo.

• Arianna (9/5): Good value for money - This apartment is located in an area close to shops and restaurants, and steps away the main city attractions. The host welcomed us in the apartment and made sure everything was OK. The beds were super comfy and the place was very clean. On weekend nights, the neighborhood could be noisy but once windows are closed and after a good sightseeing day walking around you'll have no problems resting!
• Julie (9/5): No frills but great value for money. - My friend and I stayed in a triple room on the first floor. We were met by the owner and shown around the room which was a decent size and comfortable. The beds were comfortable too and it felt safe . We were able to cook a couple of meals and found the fridge, hob and utensils to be clean. The owner was very responsive to messages and gifted us boxes of turkish delight. There were lovely restaurants all around and a decent supermarket a few minutes walk away. All in all this apartment was excellent value for money and perfectly adequate for a short stay. Considering Turkey is famous for its cotton industry we were provided with bed sheets that did not fit the size of the mattress and consequently they ended up all scrunched up after a nights sleep. We did tell the owner and would hope he would take this on board.

• Fabien™ (2/5): Le client est considéré comme une tirelire, c'est se moquer du monde ! - Uniquement l'emplacement proche du centre-historique. Le plus inacceptable : Je n'ai pas eu d'eau chaude durant mon séjour ! Malgré mes demandes répétées, le personnel n'a pas été capable d'intervenir sur la chaudière usagée et hors-service. A savoir pour les clients suivants, prévoir un séjour avec douche à l'eau froide (même si on vous promet que le nécessaire sera fait) ! Une petite boite de gâteaux proposée en compensation frôle l'insulte et le mépris du client. Le ménage très approximatif, pas fait sous les lits, les équipements de la cuisine très insuffisants. A peine la chambre réservée, l'hôte vous demande de basculer sur Whatsapp et vous inonde de pubs pour vous proposer croisière, taxis, restaurant, services supplémentaires afin de récupérer quelques dizaines d'euros de plus. En revanche, vos demandes simples et le minimum comme de l'eau chaude dans l'appartement ne sont jamais satisfaites. Demande insistante de payer cash en liquide à l'arrivée, cela met très mal à l'aise et sans que la personne présente à l'accueil dans le logement ne veuille produire de facture ni reçu !

• Elena (9/5): - l'appartamento è ampio, molto carino. Aria condizionata e frigorifero silenziosi. Cucinotto ben fornito. È a breve distanza (circa 1,5 km) dalla moschea blu e Aya Sofia. Ristoranti vicinissimi. non adatto a chi ha auto (noi eravamo a piedi). Musica dai ristoranti fino a circa le 23. Nonostante sia molto luminoso ed illuminato, non ci sono interruttori per spegnere le luci vicino al letto
• Marina (9/5): Отличное место - Мы отдыхали с 28 по 31 аагуста. У нас была комната на самом верху. Надо подниматься по винтовой лестнице. С чемоданами это очень не просто, ла и без чемоданов тоже. Но это Стамбул. Нас это не беспокоили. При заселении и выселении парни помогли снести/занести богаж. Персонал очень приятный, контактный, всегда на связи. Комната не большая, но нам было достаточно. Есть минимальный набор посуды. Один раз мы готовили еду, для приготовления вся посуда была. Кровати высокие, удобные, не жёсткие. Бельё было чистое. Была возможность постирать вещи, бесплатно(нам было не надо). Находится в самом центре движухи. Внизу множество кафе и ресторанчиков. Примерно до часу ночи там всё кипит, после стихает. Нам шум не мешал. Пицерия под окнами работает до 4 утра! Удобно. Нам здесь понрааилось, с удовольствием вернёмся ещё раз. В ванной душ льёт куда ему захотелось, как и во всех наверное домах Турции. Сантехника это их боль мне кажется 😄 Бочёк унитаза трогать нельзя, текёт. Видимо установлен, но герметика нет. Но всё смывает и работает. Нам это ничего особо не мешало.

The laundry was free. It was larger and more comfortable than the rooms. Everything was available in the kitchen. The location was within walking distance of the main tourist attractions. Many thanks to Mr. Hamza. He gave us his own card and was very helpful. The laundry was free of charge. This was great for us.

• Peter (10/5): We loved our stay at Valentina Apartment Hotel. - The location was in a lively part of the city with easy access to the major sights. The room was well equipped and generally was a perfect place to stay for a few nights. Our only concern was the 73 steps we had to climb to reach our room. On the bright side it kept our legs in good shape for walking around the city.

The host is very responsive and cooperative. The house had abundant supplies of every type tea bags, washing materials etc. The room had a double bed and a single bed making it very congested. The appartment is old, dimly lit. The utensils and crockery were few and old. The washing machine and tumble dryer are in the basement which is poorly maintained. The stairs are dimly lit and not very comfortable. Slippers were of poor disposable quality.

There was also a laundry in the apartment and free towels and the bed was very clean. The host Celal is a great person. He gave us excellent tips about transportation and Istanbul. Everything was great.

The lighting is excellent. The apartment is relatively clean and the only complaints are the hair in the drain of the sink and shower, and dust under the bed. The chief of staff, Celal, is extremely kind. This is not a hotel in the true sense as there is no lobby or reception, but there is a laundry room in the basement and you can take clean towels whenever you need them. Terrible experience before arrival. A hotel employee called me at 2 am the day before the trip and said that the apartment was completely destroyed by the flood and that I should cancel the apartment. As a replacement, he offered me his friend's room for a slightly lower price. He did not want to confirm his story via Booking.com message but only via WhatsApp. In the morning, we said that we would come anyway because we can't find suitable accommodation in the center in a couple of hours, and then they confirmed that the apartment is still available, despite the claims from our nightly conversation. When we arrived at the apartment at 2 in the morning, we were greeted by the same employee who immediately asked for money. When I asked for a confirmation of payment, he said that it cannot be issued in the middle of the night. In the end, he called his chief Celal and I agreed with him that he would bring the confirmation in the morning and that I would pay then. Celal left an immeasurably better impression, although the employee mentioned above has also treated us much more kindly since then. WiFi is solid but occasionally gets blocked for 5-10 minutes.
