Ramón Labanda (1/5): No me devolvieron el depósito. - Que hicieron por darnos un apartamento después de la espera. He tenido la primera y mala experiencia con la reserva de este apartamento después de muchos años. En ningún momento recibí la devolución del depósito de 300 euros por parte del alojamiento. No recibí respuesta por mensajes de Booking. La comunicación por WhatsApp fue desviarme de un número para otro, sin darme solución. Un mes después, ha tenido que ser el equipo de Booking quien me ha ayudado a recibir el reembolso. La verdad, mi peor experiencia con un apartamento. Solo dar las gracias al equipo de Booking, que te respalda.

Reduan (1/5): ESTAFA - NO RESERVEIS AQUÍ ES UNA ESTÁFA,, es una auténtica estafa, tuvimos que desplazarnos a otra población para recoger las llaves, nos amenazó con no alquilarnos nada y llevarse las llaves . Sucio, no funciona la lavadora, no había toallas, una auténtica estafa, llegamos al destino y al llegar nos dicen que el check-in acababa a las 20:00 teníamos media hora para llegar y coger las llaves a otra población, al recoger las llaves tuvo que intervenir la policía, al llegar al apartamento, todo sucio, no funcionaba la lavadora, no había toallas, nos dijeron que no usasemos los edredones, y al solicitar la factura se niegan y nos dicen que debemos de ingresar el IVA cuando ya lo hemos pagado a través de Booking
