• Shalina (10/5): Отель, в который хочется возвращаться - Очень нравится этот отель. Расположение удобное: близко к основным достопримечательностям Алании. Да, если гулять пешком, то к отелю нужно немного подняться в горку, но для нас это не проблема, наоборот, приятно прогуляться и насладиться видами. На машине подъезд удобный. Останавливались здесь уже дважды раз и будем приезжать ещё. В номерах чисто. В отеле есть красивая терраса с потрясающим видом: утром приятно завтракать, а вечером просто отдыхать. Персонал очень дружелюбный, всегда было приятно коммуницировать.

• Henk (7/5): The room was okay the view none. - The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The room had absolutely no view. We were looking at a wall of the building next door. One of the reasons we did choose for this hotel was the views from the rooms as the pictures show on the hotel description.

• Sylwia (7/5): Piękny pokój, ale braki w dbaniu o czystość - Dostaliśmy pokój nie ten, który zamówiliśmy, tzn. lepszy bo z pięknym widokiem na miasto oraz na morze. W pokoju znajdowało się też jacuzzi, co było miłym zaskoczeniem. Przyjechaliśmy autem, i chociaż nie wydawało mi się, żeby parking przed hotelem był prywatny, to nie mieliśmy nigdy problemu z brakiem miejsca. W pokoju była też sprawnie działająca klimatyzacja, większa niż w innych hotelach lodówka, oraz czajnik, co też nie jest standardem. Hotel posiada braki w czystości. Podłoga po przyjeździe wydawała się nie zamieciona i klejąca. Na ścianach w łazience jakieś mazy po kupię chyba. Ręczniki były wyprane, ale z plamami. Prawdopodobnie przez poprzednich klientów użyte do wytarcia podłogi po jacuzzi. Po jednym na osobę. Brak dodatkowego ręcznika do twarzy czy rąk. Dostaliśmy tylko jedną rolkę papieru toaletowego na dwa dni. Nie wiem co by było, gdybyśmy zostali na dłużej. W pokoju nie było kosza na śmieci. Musieliśmy przenieść sobie mały z łazienki i przez dwa dni do niego wrzucać śmieci, których się dużo nazbierało. Nie było codziennego wymieniania ręczników ani wynoszenia śmieci. Nie wiem jak jest, kiedy ktoś zostaje na dłużej, ale śmieci powinny być wynoszone codziennie. Btw. C oz tego, że masz za oknem piękny widok, jak go oglądasz przez brudne szyby, niemyte chyba przez 2 lata.
• ABDUL (3/5): - The location was nice and it was built traditionally. Absolute rip off for the price. The place was so unclean and disgusting. The breakfast was so falsely advertised it was cold and stale. We had no seats to sit on and there were no drinks. The reviews here on booking.com are definitely either old or fake because it does not match the place at all. Neither does the pictures. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I really enjoyed the location but you have to be ready for exercise if you don’t drive. Soundproofing is not the best - my room was facing the road.

• Sandor (8/5): Nice new hotel on the hill, outside of the party area. - CastleLight Boutique is a quite new hotel. The hotel is nicely located on the hill on half way to the castle. The price now is a good value for it and definitely worth. It's nice that the hotel is not located in the city center, because the center is quite loud and much party all the day. So it's calm compared to the center. Air Con is working well and this is important, because the room heats up during the day. Breakfast was not offered in this hotel. - Everything looks like made of cheap material in this hotel. I know to lead a hotel cost much money and time, but it is important to put also a little bit higher qualitative standards. For example the water which is in the plastic for drinking was not closed, the packages were so cheap, that water comes out. To buy a little bit better water packages would be better and this standard customers appreciate. - It's a new hotel and this is the advantage - I think this hotel will look in a few months or years not more so new and good, when they do not invest more into it. But now it is still a good value. - The hotel is located in a car busy street, where taxis and tour drivers drive frequently around - so the air in the reception area is not so good, but in your rooms and in the upper floors you do not harrased by the bad air.

• Anton (10/5): Great hotel with good location close to beaches, castle and shopping - I really liked this hotel! Nice room, great view from room and lobby. Great staff to help with any question. Lobby especially liked. This is something like a cafe with a wonderful view of Alanya and the sea. Good internet speed over Wi-Fi. Sometimes noisy due to the number of cars heading to Alanya Castle. And opposite the hotel is a mosque, so be prepared to wake up with a morning prayer ;)

• Narmin (7/5): nice stay - it’s new hotel, everything new, the view from the small hotel and from the rooms are outstanding. The staff were helpful and tried to make us happy. They didn’t change sheets and covers everyday, I had to tell them every single day, when I noticed they were not changing the sheets, they told me they didn’t had enough clean sheets and covers. I am a very sensitive person and would like everything to be clean and fresh maybe because of this I complain alot. And there were no trash bin in the rooms, bathroom very small, when taking shower water will split all over. I hope the hotel manager will consider this.
