• Kamila (9/5): That was a great choice. - This was a modern apartment with everything what you need. Nice and clean. The host was very friendly and helpful all the way. Great thing was a parking space in front of the property and the outdoor space to relax in the evening. Location was really fantastic as walking distance to all main attractions such as old city, beach and seaport.

Host non propenso alla collaborazione coi turisti - Ho fatto la prenotazione la purtroppo c’era un overbooking, ma l’host inizialmente si è scusata, poi quando i soldi mi sono stati scalati comunque ed ho richiamato per un aiuto e delle info, siamo stati trattati malissimo e minacciati. L’host si lamenta anche di Booking.com che ha provvigioni troppo alte. Esperienza umanistica pessima. La struttura potrebbe essere anche valida ma la base umanistica è fondamentale. Una persona non può prenotare , chiedere assistenza all’host e ricevere minacce. Successivamente sono stato chiamato nuovamente dall’host ed ancora invece di scusarsi, mi è stato detto di “andarmi a curare”. Pessima esperienza.

• Oscar (10/5): Il soggiorno è stato molto confortevole. Il personale, gentile e professionale, è stato a nostra completa disposizione. - Si trova in un punto ottimale per vivere a pieno Tropea. Il posto auto è stato utilissimo data la stagione calda. La struttura possiede tanti accessori utilissimi per un soggiorno confortevole.

• Sascha (3/5): Stay Away - Tropea is great and worth a visit. Find yourself a better place to stay. This one is really bad and not worth the money. I cannot believe the positive evaluations are real. Only book this apartment, if - you like rooms without windows and proper ventilation - want an apartment impossible to find (no sign, impossible to find without personal instructions; the host does not help unless you strongly insist; hangs up the phone because he does not speak any language other than Italian and lets you out on the street at night without helping) - want a host who repeatedly tries to charge you extra for things not mentioned in the booking descriptions - a broken toilet - ground floor dark apartment with noisy neighbors - no view (only a tiny patio which boarders onto a parking lot) - this is really the worst apartment in the building - inaccurate description (the booking description promised a sleeping sofa in the living room. There was none. It said there was a view. There was none. etc.)

• Adam (10/5): Exceptional - beautiful apartment really a pleasant discovery, furniture, bathroom and kitchen brand new and very clean, comfortable private and relaxing outdoor space and at the same time 2 steps from the sea and the city center, exceptional location, free parking space that is worth a mine considering the cost of paid parking, I will definitely return
