Qui si sente solo il rumore del mare e del vento. - Un luogo davvero speciale, immerso in una posizione meravigliosa e perfetta per chi cerca tranquillità, natura e silenzio. Qui si sente solo il vento e il mare. La camera era molto confortevole e il soggiorno è stato reso ancora più piacevole dalla disponibilità del gestore, sempre attento, presente e generoso di consigli. Ci ha dato indicazioni preziose su spiagge, ristoranti e attività da fare, facendoci vivere meglio l’isola. Da migliorare solo l’organizzazione dei parcheggi, che quando la struttura è piena può risultare un po’ caotica.

• Katia (1/5): For the money we paid, you can definitely find much better accommodation. - Nothing at all Disappointing stay – Would not recommend The room was very small for 3 people (certainly smaller than the 20 m² stated in the description). When we arrived, it was not very clean, and for 3 days no cleaning was done. We even found garbage left from previous guests. No clean towels were provided, and for 3 people staying 3 nights we only received 3 shampoos, 3 shower gels, and 3 conditioners. Towels were changed only after we insisted. The staff was indifferent, and communication was limited only to the key handover. Additionally, the property is far from the beach. The road is narrow, dark, and dangerous at night, with many turns – definitely longer than the 20 minutes advertised. The property’s parking is also unsafe and difficult to access. Finally, I had to contact Booking directly to close the reservation and be able to leave a review, since the property did not do it. For the money we paid, you can definitely find much better accommodation.

Κάθε μέρα καθαρίζοντας από το προσωπικό του καταλύματος. Το προσωπικό και ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν ιδιαιτέρως φιλικοί και εξυπηρετικοί έχοντας ως πρωταρχικό στόχο την ικανοποίηση των πελατών τους. Η πρόσβαση από και προς το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ εύκολη με αυτοκίνητο με την τοποθεσία του να είναι ιδανική καθώς βρίσκεται αρκετά κοντά στη χώρα.

The daily laying of the bed is not necessary……

• Frida (10/5): A divine experience in the blue! - Everything was magnific! The treatment from the hosts, they are warm and very helpful! The view is just a dream you wake up to every morning!! The cleanness of the place, every morning there is a lady who comes clean the place. Every thing was clean, new, and as we couldn't rent a car, the hosts were so kind and attentive to help us in everything we would need. Besides the amazing view, the human treatment we received from Eva and Tasos was the highlight for us! Take in consideration you really have to rent a car for easy movement, as the hills go very steep down and up.

Really pleasant and clean rooms which are well equip. Staff are incredibly helpful providing all needed advice for the island. I was very pleased with my stay. Room itself was well equipped, comfortable and super clean which made my stay very enjoyable. Most friendly and helpful staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. • Elisabetta (10/5): Exceptional - The suites are located in an isolated area, facing a wonderful bay, with a spectacular view. A magic place. The suites are 10 min walk from two beautiful beaches. Few other villas are nearby so everything is very quiet and romantic. Perfect for a couple. The suites are new and very clean. A coffee machine, some biscuits and tea bags are offered for free. Overall it was a super experience.

• Georgia (9/5): Lovely stay, great view, very peaceful - The locaction is perfect not just in terms of magnificent views but also to its proximity to Chora and (very quiet and lovely) beaches. The apartment has a nice layout and there were thoughtful touches from the part of the host (local treats on arrival, beach towels). A general comment regarding the island roads; they are very difficult to drive on (winding, narrow, no protective railings), you should be an experienced driver and more importantly if you actually want to reach some of the more secluded beaches you need a car with four wheel drive. Regarding the road going down to the apartment, it is no different than any other part of the island, so yes you need to be careful but it is all asphalt (contrary to a lot of others which are dirt roads) and not a problem. No wifi, price is a bit high

I am not gonna judge as a hotel manager because my score will be lower, but as a guest I felt a big disappointment. We didn’t have internet at all and good tv signal for the whole stay in our suite and the mobile internet in the entire island it was a puzzle so it was three days difficult to communicate, for three days no one clean our room even for the basic cleaning empty the bins and cleaning the floor that’s a service you can find even to 1 key rooms or rooms to let bedroom have storages but still from the ground floor in the morning the light was disturbing.

• Evangelia (5/5): Average - We were expecting a call for check-in as communicated to us the previous day, but the call came much later. As a result, we decided to go for a meal before entering our rooms. While it was somewhat acceptable that the keys were left in a secure place, there was no follow-up to check if everything was alright or if we needed anything, especially given the remote location of the accommodation. When visiting a new place, one usually expects the host to follow up and suggest places of interest, among other things. It seems that the host (or their representative) thought a bottle of water in the fridge was sufficient as a welcome. The room was dusty and clearly not adequately cleaned (see pictures taken upon arrival). Additionally, given that the suite is not listed as an Airbnb where you can opt out of cleaning, we anticipated some baseline care for cleaning during our stay. The amenities listed an electric iron, which was not provided. In addition, the descriptions mentioned "Delight in the local cuisine, savoring the flavors of the Mediterranean in the on-site restaurant." Unfortunately, no such restaurant existed. There was also no follow-up on checking out of the suite. EDIT:I do not wish to continue this further, but since the comments are closed, I want to clarify a few points. First, I confirm that I never used the sponge and would never upload a misleading picture to create an impression of dissatisfaction. My intention was to highlight that no sealed sponge was provided. Regarding the iron, it was listed among the amenities without any indication that one needed to request it separately. As for the "on-site restaurant," the term is self-explanatory. There seems to be a misunderstanding here, but the term should mean that a restaurant is located within the premises. Constructive criticism should be accepted rather than dismissing feedback as "spreading inaccuracies.
• Νikolaos (4/5): Disappointing - They were not expecting us to check-in and preferred to leave the keys at the window of the room. The same happened during check-out, as no one showed up. Additionally, they didn’t even make a phone call to check if we entered the room or if we needed anything else for our stay. The room was dirty. Obviously, it had not been cleaned properly. The floor had dirt. The kitchen counter was dusty. The toilet was dirty. We are not uploading photos for obvious reasons. Also, during our three-night stay, no one came to do even basic cleaning or to take out our trash. We wanted to throw it out ourselves, but there wasn’t even a visible trash can. The road to get there is very dangerous. Along the entire length of the road, there is a cliff and no protective railings. It barely fits two cars. If you encounter another car, you have to stop and coordinate with the other driver to pass each other. The accommodation does not offer breakfast, and combined with its distance from central areas where you can find dining options, it makes things even more difficult. The people managing the rooms are extremely rude. We needed to call them once to ask something, and they hung up on us. Compared to the competition at the time we went, it was obviously cheaper, but it’s not worth all this hassle. It’s better to stay somewhere more expensive and enjoy your stay. We wanted to spend more and more time outside the room to avoid facing this bad experience, but that’s not what you want when you’ve come for a few days of relaxation. The only positive aspect was the view from the room, but it was too little to make our stay more pleasant. Not recommended.

Only negative are the dark island roads. - The property lies on the side of a cliff looking directly to the ocean and it's very peaceful/quite. The hosts were generous and very helpful in suggesting us the best beaches for swimming and restaurants worth visiting. The property was super clean and organised with two bathrooms and two balconies. Also great mattresses and toiletries/products. The dark roads and distance of the property made it a little scary to return home at the end of the night. Having a car is essential and its good to remember that it takes some time to get there. The island has a lot of cliffs and there are barely any street lights or road bars in many parts of it, which is unfortunate.
