• Yifei (9/5): Overall, a solid location in the Minato area - It was spacious and the location was great. Ther amenities and lighting were also nice. There were a bunch of stains in the carpet, and some hair and dustballs in the bedding.

• Houang (10/5): - Beautiful, clean, quiet and easy check-in. Great neighborhood, convenient to lots of restaurants and transports. Would definitely stay again. Price was a bit expensive but might be due to time of travel. Also, you get what you pay for. Would happily stay again.

• kaoru-peace (10/5): 最高でした！ - 広く、ラグジュアリーな空間で、大満足だった。大人２人、子供１人では、広々使えた。また利用したいと思った。 大門駅から徒歩5分ほどで、ロケーションも良かった。 ・浴衣・部屋着の類は用意がなかった点（少なくとも事前にその旨の情報が欲しい。）。 ・あえて記載するなら、窓はあるが眺望はよくはない点。 ・近隣の工事の音がやや気になったが、夜は静かだった。

• Jeroen (10/5): Luxe appartement! - Zeer schoon, perfecte ligging om Tokyo te bezoeken. Zit tussen alle hoogtepunten en kan met taxi of metro overal naar toe. De wijk zelf is rustiger dan andere wijken maar genoeg te eten en doen in omgeving. Tokyo tower op loop afstand. Verder goede uitleg van te voren over gebruik appartement. Fijne bedden.

• Stephanie (10/5): Great Tokyo stay - Spacious room, very clean, fantastic kitchen, bathroom, living area, beds. Quiet location with easy access to airport monorail and other trains. Restaurants and 24 hours convenience stores nearby. Liked it all

Pros: Very cool space with lots of nice touches (numbered toothbrushing cups, light-close doors, heavy furniture, wonderful beds), great neighborhood close to parks and Tokyo tower, 25 minute walk to Ginza high end shopping, easy access to train and subways, perfect layout for a family. Cons: No real cons. Except - there's a very bright red emergency light in the kitchen that might bother you if you need it pitch black. Overall: This was the favorite Japanese apartment/hotel during our trip.
• Hayley (10/5): Perfect family apartment - The most comfortable apartment. Really generous spaces, very well designed and a great layout for large group or family to share. Having a washer/dryer was fantastic, the large kitchen and dining/lounge space was nice to spread out and relax in. The staff responded straight away to any questions/requests we had. Everything we needed was within a few block radius as well. We would definitely stay here again.

• Chun (10/5): Great for a group of friends! - Super spacious, clean and convenient. 400m from the station, quiet neighbourhood with many great food options(ie without English menu). Has many fine touches that surprised us. Definitely coming back if we are back in Tokyo’ The toilet was cold without proper insulation, thankfully there’s heated toilet seat.

• Dannielle (8/5): Great location - highly recommend staying here - Location was great, getting in from Haneda airport was a breeze as the train is direct to Daimon station, walking distance to property, restaurants and bars. Hosts were very responsive and left snacks and earplugs for our stay, great sized room, plenty space for our luggage and not feeling claustrophobic. Had plenty of adaptors in the room, the space is very well thought out and we would happily stay here again. Check in and out was remotely, no onsite staff, process was very efficient and easy to access. Plenty of vending machines in the street and directly at the entry way. hard to fault, the main things would be: - ironing board and iron - safe - usb plugins (the did provide multiple plug adaptors) - tea/coffee/sugar sachets
• Deb (10/5): Exceptional - Room was incredible! The aircon all in Japanese and couldn't work out how to turn it on even with google translate so was really stuffy till 4am in the morning when I couldn't take it anymore so got up to have another go and finally managed to switch it on
