• alison (8/5): Good location to sites. Fully kitted out kitchen. - Location was very good within walking distance to sites. Close to supermarkets. Good fitted out kitchen. Main door access temperamental. Sofa needs upgrade.
• Luciano (8/5): - Appartamento grazioso, luminoso e comodo, collocato in pieno centro in una posizione splendida L'assistenza è efficiente, ma interamente delegata al contatto via mail. Non c'è possibilità di parlare a voce con il gestore e questo ci ha creato ansia, perché le modalità di accesso all'appartamento sono virtuali e il portone non si apriva. Devo dire che hanno risposto subito alla nostra mail suggerendo una valida soluzione, ma avremmo preferito poter parlare con una persona...

• Alicia (8/5): Super emplacement - Super emplacement on peut tout faire a pieds. Le logement est très pratique. Si je reviens à Rome, je reprendrais la location sans problème. Je le conseille vivement. Petit problème dans le logement, il manque (poche poubelle, produits d'entretiens, rouleau papier). Quartier on se sent en sécurité. Echange avec les propriétaires très rapide rien à dire que de très bonne explication La tête d'oreiller très dur ainsi que le matelas. Mobilier un peu vieux. Route parallèle très bruyante par le passage des voitures.

• maguisolfb8 (9/5): Muy bueno - -Ubicación: Nuestro tren se demoró y llegamos a la medianoche, como había una huelga, caminamos desde Roma Termini, fueron 15 minutos en los que estuvimos súper tranquilos. Apenas dejamos las cosas, fuimos a ver la Fontana de Trevi de madrugada, llegamos en 5 minutos y estaba casi vacía (no se podía ingresar, pero si ver). El Coliseo estaba a 25/30 minutos, teniendo en cuenta que en Roma, cada esquina tiene algo para detenerse y sacar una foto. Sólo tomamos el metro (que está a 5 minutos) para ir al Vaticano. - Comercios: Hay de todo alrededor, desde tienda de souvenirs, supermercados, lugares para comer. - Alojamiento: Súper espacioso, luminoso y contaba con todo lo necesario para vivir, vajilla, utensilios, lavadora, lavavajillas. Ropa de cama extra, 4 juegos de toallas y toallones. Lugar silencioso y seguro. - Datos: hay que leer muy bien las instrucciones antes de llegar, parece obvio, pero en el apuro, me faltó leer que hay dos formas de ingreso, como llegamos de madrugada, no permitía hacerlo con el código y con los nervios no vimos que había unas llaves guardadas cerca. El equipo respondió a los minutos y me ayudó con eso. Parece obvio, pero puede pasar. Creo que faltó un poquito de limpieza en algunos lugares, como la ducha que tenía sarro, lo limpié fácilmente. Había poca presión de agua, pensé que era por el sarro, pero también nos pasó con el inodoro, había momentos en los que no cargaba.

• Pietro (5/5): - La posizione centrale. Pulizia non adeguata. Sistema di apertura portone e porte funzionante a singhiozzo. Pareti mobili/scorrevoli di bagno e cucina non funzionanti adeguatamente. In ultimo, il fatto che mi abbiano detto...di prepararmi il terzo letto da solo, con le lenzuola che mi avevano lasciato (mai successo nella mia vita da turista). Un peccato: l' appartamento meriterebbe una migliore gestione perché di grande potenziale

Il faut être très habitué avec le check in sans contact! J'ai personnellement eu un problème d'internet donc je ne pouvais entrer...d'autres voyageurs m'ont "partagé " des données. Pas d'internet, oubliez l'entrée

• Victor (5/5): Good place to stay in Rome as long as the hosts guarantee that the AC is working properly. - Great touristic location with all the amenities included. Do not recommend staying in this place during the summer months. Even though the listing said the place is air conditioned the AC unit in the bedroom did not work, the tube kept falling off the wall and sometimes hot air came out in the coolest setting. The contact was not helpful at all and the only suggestion I received was to fix it myself, in the middle of my vacation. They never bothered to fix it so we had very warm and uncomfortable nights, we even had to sleep in the living room where the AC worked to have a comfortable sleep. Unless the hosts guarantee you that both AC units are properly working I don't recommend staying here in the summer.
• Florin (1/5): Not worth it. - Good location. Old smelly building, if you dare to use any appliances you’ll be left in the dark and apparently it’s your fault. No air con, 2 noisy coolers.
• Zhaneta (7/5): The apartment is well equipped and in a good location but it needs a little refreshment. - The location was very good. Everything in the historical center of Rome was very close to us. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom had everything we needed. The bed was wide and comfy and the apartment had AC units so we stayed cool during our visit. The sofa was uncomfortable. The water pressure was god awful, but that's how it is in Rome so we can't really blame them for it. The doors of the wardrobe in the bedroom were broken when we arrived and we couldn't open them, the door of the cupboard for the washing machine was always opening on it's own and the front door was unsightly looking. And last but not least, the WIFI was VERY SLOW!

• Barel (6/5): Great location that’s all that matters to us - Great location, cozy and inviting. There was very bad air conditioning and it was extremely hot, but they claimed its a temporary problem. Cleaningness could be a little better if you really care about that sort of thing

• Natalya (6/5): Pleasant - the apartment has a very convenient location, as it is located in the center, next to the metro station. the bed had a comfortable mattress and the linens were clean. there is a lift in the building. the tap water in the kitchen and batgroom is very rusty and has an unpleasant smell. we were asked to let a water running down for 10 minutes, but that did not solve the problem. it really caused a discomfort.
