Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival. Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in. - steffi (5/5): Kalt aber trotzdem schön - Die Wohnungsgröße war war sehr gut. Die Duschen und das Bad waren super. Die Betten waren gut. Die Lage war ausgezeichnet und die Wohnung war sauber. Wenn man um diese Jahreszeit vereist ist es auch in Madrid kalt. Die Wohnung war sehr kalt. Mit den Elektroheizungen war ein heizen nur möglich wenn die restlichen Geräte(Backofen, Licht, Herd ,Fön, Licht!!!) ausgeschaltet waren, sonst sprang die Sicherung aus und das ständig. Die Wohnung wurde von 5 Personen genutzt, das heißt es wird gekocht, geföhnt, gelebt und man möchte es warm haben, leider ging immer nur eins. Sehr Schade . Der Vermieter teilte uns lediglich mit, dass eine Änderung der Verhältnisse nicht möglich sei. Des weiteren war das Sofa anscheinend vom Sperrmüll, dreckig und völlig durchgesessen, ein zusätzlichen Sessel wäre bei 5 Personen auch nicht schlecht.

- Jean (8/5): Parfait pour visiter Madrid en quelques jours - Le secteur est parfait. A proximité de tout ( Restaurants Commerces, Monuments) mais assez retiré pour être au calme Manque un peu de finition en particulier sur 2 ou 3 murs
- Margarita (9/5): Прекрасен - Местоположението е страхотно! Настаняването е без проблемно, просто трябва да се отдели малко повече време. Апартамента е идеален за 6 човека. Недостатъчно консумативи-малко тоалетна хартия, само една таблетка за съдомиялната, можеше да има поне по една капсула кафе за първата сутрин.

- Isabel (9/5): Apartamento céntrico. - La ubicación perfecta. Un apartamento con tres habitaciones y dos baños que dan mucho juego. Las camas cómodas y en general el piso es muy acogedor. La entrada no fue tan complicada como pensábamos y el contacto con la persona responsable siempre fue correcto. La cocina estaba equipada con menaje utensilios varios, así como kit de bayeta, botecito de jabón, pastilla lavavajillas, bolsita jabón lavadora y estropajo. No hay nada para cocinar, ni sal, ni un sobre de azúcar, ni nada de lo que se suele encontrar en otros apartamentos. Me faltaron detalles, como perchas en el baño y algo más de papel higiénico, ya que éramos cinco personas y en un baño nos quedamos sin él. Con respecto a la cocina, echamos de menos unas cápsulas de café y botellas de agua de cortesía para el primer día. Nada hay, el que quiera cocinar o comer en el apartamento tiene que llevarlo todo.

- Ruchun (2/5): Think twice if you want that - No You will have to register your full data on their app and pay "security deposit" by credit card which makes you an easy target of possible credit card fraud, if you don't do it, you will end up by standing on the street without their "door code" and nobody cares.
