• Egi (2/5): Very poor - Very disappointing experience. We stayed for 6 nights at this property and, unfortunately, our experience was far below expectations – especially considering the price paid. The apartment lacked basic essentials, such as kitchen paper, laundry detergent, and an adequate number of towels and sheets. We only had one set per person for the entire 6-night stay. The bedroom had a strong musty smell due to visible mold and dampness on the walls. Because of this, I had to sleep in the kitchen with my 2-year-old child to avoid the unhealthy conditions. The water supply was cut off twice for several hours, and one full day we were left with no water at all. No bottled water was offered to us, and my husband had to go out and buy large bottles just so we could wash ourselves and care for our child. While taking a shower, the main showerhead came loose and nearly fell on my husband’s head, which was dangerous. On the last day, with no water available, we had to clean our child after soiling themselves using only wet wipes. I also had no way to wash our only set of bedsheets.

• Diana (7/5): Not recommended - Nothing, although the pictures look fancy in reality there are some basic apartments. Firstly, please be aware that the call center staff answering the phone are unable to provide much assistance. Secondly, the cleaning needs improvement. At first glance, the place seems clean, but upon opening the shelves, I noticed dark dust traces. Not to mention the drawer of the washing machine, which hadn't been cleaned in ages; I had to clean it myself before doing any laundry. Thirdly, we experienced a situation where we had no water for about 12 hours. After calling the contact person twice and explaining the issue in detail—including that it was 10 PM, and we have a baby who needs to be washed and we need to use toilet—she informed us that there was nothing they could do. In contrast, our friends, who were staying in the same area and had the same problem, had the owners come immediately to bring them water. We ended up borrowing water from our friends while the property later offered to send water around 11:30 PM, after we had contacted Booking. Furthermore, the property did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience. Fourthly, the accommodation is quite far from anything, with no shops nearby. There were milk capsules in the fridge, but they were spoiled—I realized this only after adding them to my coffee. Additionally, there were only two rolls of toilet paper for a six-night stay, there was no paper in the kitchen, and there was no detergent for the washing machine. we had to buy a lot of essentials, which was inconvenient since we traveled plane. Lastly, there was a significant difference compared to the accommodation our friends had just two blocks away. They received fruits and wine from the owner upon arrival and received support throughout their stay. For the price asked I am very disappointed and definitely the owners should take some attitude to improve the services offered. I don’t wanna ruin anyone’s business, but is very unpleasant to not have the quality according to the price paid.

• Zeina (10/5): Love it - The place was so nice, modern and clean. Fully equipped with all appliances The customer service was available to reply if you have any questions Close to downtown, beaches, supermarket, bakery cafe down the road.
• Denis (9/5): Excellent family/groups of friends place - It is a very nice apartment for two couples and a family with two kids. Two separate rooms with a living room and small terrace (we had ground floor apartment). Kitchen more than big enough and one can eat in or go out. Location as many that we checked not walking distance to beach (least not without 15 minutes walk). Car parking for each apartment is great plus, though not too difficult to find place also on the side of the road. Bathroom big and nice touch with a watching machine. For those that may care, apartment has smart TV, so if you have kids and want to use Netflix or anything else not an issue. Communication with owner/agency very good and quick. They are very responsive. Finally, rising distance to city (5-10 minutes) and to beaches (10-15 minutes to bit more popular ones, closest ones even some time by walking). It is a great apartment and would go back for sure. One thing that apartment, which is very new, will soon need is some checking of loose screws in chairs or maybe some additional dishes. I would also recommend to out four chairs for terrace when apartment is for four people. And umbrella where relevant (we only saw it in one of the three ground floor apartments). But all this is suggestions and nothing that would undermine deserved very good review for this place.
• Tra (8/5): Modern and very spacious! - Very spacious and modern apartment. We had a last minute booking due to being stuck in corfu because of the worldwide outage. It was comfortable with a parking space right in front of the house. The apartment was not as easy to find at night since the door was the only one without a number or a notice where to find it. Also the kitchen utensils were not clean - we had to wash the dishes and utensils before we could use them. Also no drying towels, extra bin bags or sponges available for us.
