- Oana.fodorean (1/5): Schlimmer kann es nicht sein - Ich habe stunden Lang mit meine kinder vor der Haustür gewartet und ist keiner gekommen, keiner ging ans Telefon. Paar Tage später habe ich mit eine albanischen Nummer dort angerufen,ging eine Frau dran und sie sagte mir das sie damit nichts zu tun hat,und das sie mir nicht helfen kann. Jeder kann sich vorstellen wie schön es ist in Hochsaison mit 2 kinder bei 35° eine bleibe zu suchen. Booking.com hat auch 3 tage später geantwortet. So eine krasse Unverschämtheit habe ich noch nie erlebt
- Viktoriia (1/5): Terrible - Nothing We didn’t stay there. The host even didn’t write me!!! No help from someone! I contacted the host and he told me to cancel the booking and offered me another apartment for much more higher price!!! “Nice business “. I found another place to stay by myself
- Egla (1/5): - This apartment let me out. They have booked for another person, and they didt inform us. Very unresnposable person. When i asked them in the phone they tell me that the apartment was busy.
- Sam (1/5): - Rien.. c'est une arnaque. J'ai essayé Mais je me doutais de ça. Il crois qu'il va etre payé. Mais j'ai pas enregistré de carte de crédit. Ne répond pas et vous bloque. C'est une arnaque.. il a annulé sur whatsapp... et n'a plus répondu. Ne pas payer avant. Il veut vous arnaquer. Je comprends pas pourquoi booking ne l'a pas encore banni. Je l'ai signalé au moins avec 5 messages a booking. Il faut pas enregistrer de carte de crédit.
