Goutam (10/5): Thanks for Booking.com - The location of the hotel and all the hotel staff are so good and especially Arjun, because he is polite and humble person and also owner of this hotel and reception girl I don't know her name but over all I suggest any person who comes to visit Kathmandu Nepal stay here, It's my view if the hotel owner starts the food in the hotel. Then the tourist party visit anywhere because they know that they get food in the hotel where they stay...

Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable, ils seront répondre à toutes vos questions ! J’ai également eu la possibilité d’y laisser des affaires pour mon trek, ce qui est très arrangeant de leur part. Bref, je recommande !!

YEONG CHEOL (7/5): - 직원들 정말 엄청 친절합니다. 시설은 좀 오래되서.. 그런데 혼자였기에 굳이 좋은데 머물 필요는 없다고 생각했어요. 아침은 그냥 so so.. 그래도 옥상도 있고 또 뜨거운 물도 마실 수 있어서 컵라면 먹기 좋았어요 4층에 머물렀는데.. 엘베가 없었어고. 또 마침 짐 들어주는 직원이 주변에 없어서 제가 들고 올라갔습니다. 이것만 제외하면... 딱히 나쁜건 없었던거 같아요.

Kameron (10/5): Amazing place in the center of Thamel - The hotel is located at a perfect location and the rooms are spacious and clean. There is a rooftop to enjoy as well. All the staff, and the receptionist, were very sweet and kind. I will definitely be back.
Marine-ggnd (3/5): Séjour plus que décevant - La qualité de la literie une fois dans la chambre que nous avions réservé Nous avions réservé 2 nuits dans cette hôtel. Nous sommes arrivés dans la nuit la 1ère du fait d'un retard d'avion. Notre chambre n'était plus disponible et nous avons été relogé dans une chambre médiocre (humidité, trace de moisissure au plafond, salle de bain sale, pas de fenêtre dans la chambre, 2 lits simples au lieu du lit double). Nous avons été transféré dans la chambre que nous avions réservé pour la deuxième nuit, qui était bien. Le petit déjeuner était bcp plus minimaliste que sur les photos. Pas de café le 1er jour.

Ksenia (10/5): Cosy and very kind staff - The staff is amazing! Usha, Ajun and everyone who works here are always making sure you are well taken care of and are welcoming and kind. Truly lovely people. Water is hot, WiFi is good and you are right in Thamel main street which makes it convenient for your stay in kathmandu. Comfy beds also :) The room I got at first didn't have a window, which was very uncomfortable. But they staff was willing to move me to a different room the next day, which was much better, with big windows and good air flow. So if you don't mind a dark room it is ok, but if you do make sure you get a room on road side.

During our 7 nights stay in Nepal we booked 3 hotels with TV in room. But no where TV was working except this hotel. AC was not working in Room 401. Breakfast was good. Twin bed room was a little bit small. There were TV and AC but no remote control to on those. Room 404. Hotel signboard is not noticeable. A bit difficult to find out.

Thapa (9/5): - It was a wonderful stay! We, a group of four friends, visited Kathmandu for leisure and stayed at this beautiful property. The staff were exceptionally polite and respectful. A special mention to the lovely receptionist ma’am, who was so kind and helpful, especially during our check-out time, assisting us with our luggage and valuables. Her warm and sweet nature truly made our stay even more memorable. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we would love to visit again in the near future. There was nothing which we didn't like😊😊

Lior (1/5): Racist Money grabbing owner - The location was good Bad infrastructure, no hot water (even though they claim there is) The owner of the hotel is one of the rudest people I’ve met They decided to renovate his office and paint the walls without informing us. The entire place smelled like toxic fumes, and there were non stop drilling and banging When confronted with the owner he decided to yell at us and gaslight that we didn’t hear anything (the noises woke us up at 7 am) after that he also made sure to make some racists remarks to really gaslight. He didn’t seem to care about our complaints until we told him we will leave a bad review - only then offered a different room, but the disrespect was too much and we decided to leave the hotel, they later tried to charge us 2 times the price and offered no refund for not disclosing the noise and dangerous fumes in the guest house.

There were a few hair in the bed. The room is quite old, with no ac. Few days ago i got an email from booking.com saying they marked us as no show, even though we stayed regularly.
