• Johansson (1/5): - Bra läge och trevlig värd Lägenheten och vårt rum var väldigt smidigt. Sängkläder (påslakan) saknades. Det fanns ett luddigt täcke med hår tussar och annat smuts.Vi sova med kläderna på och uppe på sängen . Ville ej krypa ner i sängen. Alla ytter var smutsiga. Var så ofräscht Se bilder.

• Rocketqueen2271 (7/5): Friendly stay good location for 02 Arena - Host Abi was very friendly and welcoming, made us coffee on arrival. Came out to find us when we couldn't find the place. Bed was comfortable, we were able to cook meals. We had private bathroom and fridge freezer. We were given wifi access. The building and our room were secure and lockable with own key. It was nice and warm, heating was on. The 3rd person bed in the triple room was sleeping on the sofa rather than an actual bed. She was comfortable enough but I would change this to a double room. The address on booking.com is incomplete so we walked round a bit as couldn't find it. Be better advertised as air B&B so it's obvious host lives there too.

• Faustina Aku (9/5): Am very happy with the location - I love the apartment. and the location also is unique easy to catch a Trian or bus to town with Tesco and other shops around making life comfortable. The Land lord is so nice and very humble. I will come back next year for this same apartment. no comment. I was satisfied with the apartment.

Is owner’s own bedroom and is very dirty place. I booked this place and couldn’t even sit on the bed. I spent 3min and run back out as the owner was behavior was very creepy. Place is very dirty and not anything like what is on the pictures
• Rita (1/5): Property not what is advertised and filthy. - The location This property was not what was advertised. If you are a solo traveller you are given one room which has none of the amenities advertised. It was filthy. 1. As a solo traveller it was unsafe as it wasn't secure. I left after three nights. was very unsafe. The manager is always standing on the other side of the door. I could see him through the cracks underneath with the lights. I had to put my luggage to block door as not very secure. 2.I have listed everything advertised which I didn't have that was advertised - wifi, stovetop, kitchen, dining area, dining table, bath, hairdryer, toilet paper, balcony, city view, river view, patio, oven, minibar, outdoor furniture, towels, cutlery, kitchenware, laptop safe, carbon monoxide detector, coffee machine dining table, dishwasher, towels, wardrobe. 3. All I had in my room was the bed, 10 cm in front of the bed a lounge and tv. On a side table was a kettle, toaster and microwave. The room and bathroom was disgusting. It was dirty and stained. I had to get disinfectant to clean the bathroom before use. There was free toiletries from previous guests, half used and dirty shavers. There was a fridge but that was dirty too. The linen on my bed was stained. The lounge was Ok until you lifted the blanket and it was stained.

• Aysar (1/5): I left and requested canacelation and refund. The owner did not agree. - The only reason I booked this property was th location. The photos looked ok as I compared other places. Everything was bad. Room was very dirty and filthy with growing molds and stains everywhere. The bathroom was dirty. The room smell was very very bad. It was impossible to stay. I have many photos to prove the terrible conditions. The owner said he opened the window, which did’t help the smell aloud the freezing temperature. This was worst than shared hostels.
• Nic C (8/5): Helpful host. Shared apartment. - Helpful host. This isn't a hotel or serviced apartment this is a room in someone's home. There is a lock on the door. The towels are a good size. There is everything you need in the room including fridge, kettle and microwave, TV too. However you are also welcome to use the main lounge and kitchen which are shared with the host. My host was helpful and friendly. He has a parking space that you can use on request. Communication was clear prior to arrival. It's not a 'not to like' - the room rate is reasonable, this is someone's home not a serviced apartment so you do need to be prepared for that and know this is what you are expecting. However, it's good value for money and I would stay again. I had a good stay.

• Edgar (1/5): It was appalling. The owner was rude, the place was filthy, and we did not end up staying, we rebooked somewhere else. I - Nothing. It was appallingly filthy. It was falsely advertised as being a triple room stay. It said it had a sofa bed and a double bed. The sofa bed was a sofa, not a bed. The room was so small, that I could not walk around the end of the bedto the other side of the room.
• RadburnRJ (1/5): Don't stay - I didnt Everything, I didn't even go into the property as after meeting the owner who was quite hostile and learning about the facilities also that he lived there and parking, I was not prepared to stay. You don't have your own key fob for the car park and have to share so it has to be got and returned to the property when you come and go. This means you have to park on double yellow lines whilst doing so. The owner was rather hostile and I decided it would be better if myself and daughter didn't stay. He also I quote " what do you expect, I've had 4 bad reviews in past 15 days " I have sent him one email privately and politely explaining my issues and reason for not staying and requested a refund. I had a email in return telling me that I was harassing him and he was going to go to the police. AVOID AVOID.
• Amanda (3/5): Great location but that is all. Not worth the accomodation - The owner lives in apartment. He was pleasant enough to deal with and was accommodating with our late arrival The accomodation was dirty especially the bathroom and we didn't use the facilities as they were so bad. We left at 5am the next morning.

• Luke (1/5): We didn’t stay . - Nothing it was an absolute mess. The owner was rude. And boasted about how much he spent buying the property. We had a look at the room my Mrs sat on the bed and it broke lol. Then I asked about do we have the whole apartment. Which we booked it for. The man said no and started saying you don’t have to stay if you don’t want. This place is a scam. He’s abit weird tbh. His whole mannerism was off putting.. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

• Karen (8/5): - A lovely friendly accommodating host. The venue is great not a long walk back to the tube station and local to canary warf where our event was. Really good communication for last minute booking. Room had double bed and sofa at end and own shower and bathroom. Good private locked door so feel safe. Advice to bring own towels and tea coffee..there is a kettle and fridge. Very reasonable for area . A fresh paint and refurb would enable much higher nightly price. Needs a paint and good clean but bed was nice and comfy and clean

• EDUARDO (2/5): Bedroom and bathroom are part of owner's apartment and have no cleaning services. Stained sheets. - Location is good and walking distance to subway station. Property owner is nice. Place is not clean and the bedroom has a two place bed and a couch but almost no space to move within. Kitchen has no condition to be used since everything there is dirty. During our stay we had to buy cleaning products to clean the toilet. All the sheets were stained and old. This place (Bedroom) is within the owner's apartment which seems does not count with a cleaning services nor for the rented place nor for his own place.

Good selection of toiletries and linen was provided. Full size refrigerator and a microwave and kettle were available. Excellent TV and many things to watch. The place was not very clean, and I found the bed quite uncomfortable. A good 'spring clean' and a mattress update, and this property would be excellent.

• Gravett (5/5): Passable - Not a lot Location was hard to find, ended up at a place next door. Because I rang the number on the email booking, as I was running late getting there. And they had no record of us. Then I found the number on here and called it. Host wasn't friendly. When we eventually got in our room it wasn't very clean, the toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months. I told the host this before we left.

• Cathryn (1/5): Dirty, unsafe and not secure flat - Walkable from Canary Wharf station 1. The entire flat was filthy. No cleaner had been arranged. Kitchen surfaces covered in dirty dishes. Bins overflowing. Beds not changed. Bathroom dirty. 2. Firepit on balcony of flats is dangerous and a hazard. Balcony covered in cigarettes. Flat smelt of smoke. 3. No key given for main flat only the bedroom. 4. Owner was rude when complained and did not send refund 5. I believe the owner is not allowed to sublet and asked me to keep the booking a secret from the building concierge.

• Greg (1/5): Dirty and uncomfortable. Scam. - This accommodation is a scam. Nothing like photos or description. The owner (who is pleasant enough) lives in the flat and rents out rooms. The whole place is filthy and stinks of smoke. How Booking.com allow places like this to be on their site is shocking. The description says that parking is included, this in fact totally untrue as I was told to park in a pharmacy car park 10 minutes away that warned of clamping and fines over 2 hours. Cheap for London, for a reason.

• Séon (9/5): The place was perfectly located with easy access to everything, and the host was amazing! - We were very happy with our stay! First, the location is amazing, right in the middle of beautiful buildings that look stunning both day and night. Plus, access to London’s main landmarks is very easy with the Jubilee line. On top of that, Abhishek is a very welcoming, kind, and available host, despite his busy work schedule. His little tips were really helpful during our trip!

• Andrew (2/5): Would not recommend - Location was good, although property was difficult to find. Host was easy to contact and helped me locate when I called. This property is not at all as advertised. It is advertised as a flat with balcony, fireplace, and kitchen however in reality it was only a room in a flat. There were no cooking facilities on offer, and the only amenity given (fridge/freezer) was turned off, so would not have preserved food at all. It was advertised as sleeping 3, which seemed appropriate as there are clearly multiple bedrooms in the property, however I was given a room with a double bed and sofa only. I do not consider a normal sofa as a suitable sleeping arrangement when paying for accommodation. The advert gives the impression that you will be have the property to yourself, whereas in reality the host lives there and also stays there during the booking. Overall, I think the property is very much falsely advertised and takes advantage of its good location for continued business. On top of this it was extremely dirty, giving the impression that it had not been cleaned for many days. I dread to think how many people had slept in those sheets, but given my tight schedule I didn't have any choice but to stay.
• Antoine (3/5): Dirty. No wifi. No network. Only location is good. - Location is good, close du Canary Wharf. My room was dirty. Dirty mattress, dirty carpets on the ground, dirty bathroom. Everywhere stuff belonging to, I guess, the person who is living there normally. No network. No wifi although I requested it several times.
• Huntly (4/5): Disappointing - It was a room in someone's apartment. I was under the impression it was a serviced apartment, I wasn't expecting to share the space. The second night, two other people arrived who said they were friends of the owner and I felt slightly uncomfortable, to be honest. The bedroom was overcrowded with a large sofa and fridge freezer in it at the end of the bed. I also had to clean stains off the toilet.
