• Boris (7/5): Un appartamento molto cosy ma fornito di tutto in centro della bella Sofia - Posizione supercentralissima, comoda per raggiungere tutte le bellezze (principalmente chiese e belli imponenti palazzi d'epoca) a piedi ma anche facile a prendere bus e trolleibus per raggiungere qualsiasi parte della città. Vicinanza ai vari negozi e punti di ristoro ma anche ai negozi delle catene conosciute come Lidl. Aqua caldissima in abbondanza. Cucina superfornita e funzionale. Un grande moderno televisore da collegarsi a qualsiasi payperview or youtube. 3 cose da aggiustare semplicissimo e per questo tolto 3 punti alla valutazione perché ci vuole davvero poco per rimettere a posto: - divano letto nella sala senza appoggio sotto nella parte centrale, inutilizzabile. Basterebbe mettere un pezzo di un pallet sotto o un paio di lastre di legno per risolvere; - la mascherina della maniglia della cameretta da letto si staccava sempre. Basta una vite da avvitare per fissarla; - tubo della doccia che perde acqua alla doccetta. Basterebbe mettere una guarnizione da 2 cent ed avvitare per risolvere.

LA LIMPIEZA DEL INTERIOR DEL APARTAMENTO EL SALÓN COMEDOR ESTABA BIEN, CON TV DE PLASMA, UNA BONITA PERCHA PARA LOS ABRIGOS, UNA MESA COMEDOR UNA SEXTA PLANTA Y SIN ASCENSOR. YO SUBIR Y BAJAR PUEDO, NO TENGO PROBLEMAS, PERO UNA PERSONA MAYOR PONDRÍA UNA GRAN RECLAMACIÓN POR NO INFORMAR QUE LA VIVIENDA NO TIENE ASCENSOR. OTRO PROBLEMA SON LOS OLORES EN TODA LA ESCALERA DEL EDIFICIO, PARECE QUE LIMPIAN CON AGUA SUCIA. CUANDO ENTRÉ EN EL DORMITORIO, EL ASA DE LA PUERTA SE CAYÓ, PORQUE LE FALTABA LOS TORNILLOS PARA SUJETARLA. OTRA COSA GRACIOSA, ES QUE EN LA COCINA HABÍA SOLO UN CUCHILLO PARA CORTAR, 2 CUCHILLOS PARA UNTAR EL PAN, 1 CUCHARILLA Y 1 SOLO TENEDOR. HOY 24/03 QUE TENÍA QUE DEJAR EL APARTAMENTO A LAS 11:00 AM, RESULTA QUE APARECIÓ UN CLIENTE A LAS 10:00 AM DICIENDO QUE BOOKING.COM LE HABÍA INFORMADO QUE PODÍA ENTRAR EN EL APARTAMENTO POR LA MAÑANA, CUANDO LA HORA DE CHECK IN ES A LAS 15:00 H. NO SE PODÍA CERRAR EL APARTAMENTO DESDE ADENTRO Y EXISTE UNA BARRA METALICA, MÁS ARRIBA DE LA CERRADURA, QUE ATRAVIEZA HORIZONTALMENTE LA PUERTA DESDE ADENTRO Y QUE GIRANDO UNA PIEZA EN UNA U OTRA DIRECCIÓN BLOQUEA LA ENTRADA AL APARTAMENTO DESDE FUERA Y LA ABRES PARA PODER SALIR. SIENTO MUCHO, PERO YA POR ULTIMO PARA DUCHARSE NO HAY UN PLATO, NI UNA BAÑERA, SINO UN CABLE DE DUCHA QUE ESTÁ SITUADO AL LADO DE LA CALDERA QUE CALIENTA EL AGUA Y A SU LADO ESTÁ EL INODORO, TODO ESTO EN UN ESPACIO DE 1M2.
• Serhii (1/5): - Кроме расположения помещения и цены наверное ничего. По приезду сейф с ключами не открывался, хотя код введен был правильно, пришел мастер через 2 часа после звонка, что то постучал и сейф открылся. Услуга оказалась платная. Из 4 ночей и 5 дней свет вырубало 50% времени. Правда, мастер приезжал и включал. Розетки и выключатели в ужасном состоянии, на фото видно. Возможно из-за этого и свет выключался. Пришлось питаться и заряжаться в кафе.

I do not recommend this - Nothing Not recommended Wrong price The administration and service were unacceptable. When I asked why I was charged 45 EUR instead of the advertised 20 EUR, I was told “this is the price on the website” and was referred to as a “low-cost client.” This is disrespectful and unprofessional. After noticing the misleading pricing, I immediately requested cancellation, but received no response.

• Petar (1/5): - Except for the location, everything else was bad. When we arrived, we found dirty sheets from previous guests. Also, on the first night we couldn't fell asleep at all, because of mosquitoes. Not to mention that the couch in the living room was awful, it was almost impossible to fall asleep. Even my friend has back pain from it. Also, have in mind that the apartment is located on the top, 5th floor, in a building without elevator. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone and I'm pretty sure that I won't visit it again.

• Konstantinos (1/5): Nightmare before - The only good thing was the location This place was completely awful!It was really dirty(shits were smelly and there wasn't a blanket in the sofa),it also seemed old and every door was whining with the slightest move.It was located in the firth floor and there wasn't an elevator. In the facilities included it is mentioned a parking area however the parking wasn't really included in the price as you had to pay 55 leva to leave your car in a nearby parking area. The worst of all was the bathroom we tried once to have a bath and almost the whole bathroom and the area around was flooded!This place really ruined our holidays,for your shake avoid it!
• Roman (5/5): Passable - The location is very very good… and this is unfortunately only good thing about the property 5th floor without an elevator. The apt seems to consist of completely different spaces, added to each other. There are no normal windows, just a small one in the ceiling, at the same time there are four locked doors in the walls, it is not very cosy… the ceiling in the bedroom over the bed’s corner is so low that you can bump with you head into it when you wake up.. The heating battery in the „bedroom“ didn’t work, with -5 degrees outside it made impossible to sleep there, I moved to the sofa in the living studio… if you are higher than 1.80 you can‘t take shower standing straight because the bathroom is arranged in a small annex… it is not all the inconveniences, but I stop here… the property needs to be renovated and reconcepted, I think, even if it is a budget variant…
• Capo31 (10/5): We'll be back :) - We absolutely love this place! We didn't even notice the stairs we had to climb. The location is amazing, surrounded by all the popular places and nightclubs. The apartment was cozy and had everything we needed. I loved the air conditioner. Thank you Todor!
• Тодор (9/5): Great value, location, and service. - The location is super central, and full of life! There are two parks just meters away from the entrance. The flat was cozy and well clean. The value we got for our price is more than satisfying. There is no elevator, and the property is on the last 5th floor. Luckily we didn't bring any huge and heavy suitcases.
