• Susan (4/5): The property is fine and comfortable although a little expensive given its location. - The actual property once you get in is comfortable and clean. On the day before my booked reservation I received an "urgent" message from the host saying I needed to book an appointment in order to be received at the property. This message came through WhatsApp and I only saw it by chance as I had never before received any communication from Booking.Com properties through WhatsApp. I thought this was highly inappropriate as there was no mention on the Booking listing about making an appointment to get in before I booked my one night stay, and no expectation to communicate via WhatsApp. Then when my husband and I arrived at the property address about 7 pm on a Sunday evening we encountered what appeared to be an office building which was dark and locked. We had been told nothing by the host about what to expect nor what to do once we arrived and only were able to enter because another guest was arriving back to his room and he let us into the building. It turns out there are several places to stay in that building in addition to offices. Our place was on the 9th floor. There is nothing on the outside of the building with the name Residenza Piazza Moro on it nor anything in the lobby of the building with the floor location. Who knew? It would seem not only correct but courteous of the host to have explained everything to me ahead of time and it also seems that before you are asked to pay to stay in a place you should be given full information about what that entails. The details of the actual location in a multistory building and how to enter should not be a mystery before you get there. I chose this place because of proximity to the train station but I would not stay there again because of the lack of forthcoming information from the host, especially in the face of the need book an urgent appointment to check in. Transparency is everything. Despite being pleasant once we were there, she demonstrated greater concern about her own time than she did about fulfilling her obligations as a good host.

• EMA (6/5): 立地が良い - 駅前で便利 場所が分かりづらい！マクドナルドと同じビルで、レジデンスの入り口はマクドナルドの側面にあることを教えてくれていれば迷うこともなかったと思う。エレベーターがあるだけマシですが、すごくボロいです笑。レジデンスの玄関の鍵の開け方が難しく、何度やっても開かず泣くほど苦労した。というより開かずに暗闇の中、不安になり泣きました…。結局お隣の家の人に救いを求めた。開け方を教えてもらっても本当に難しくコツがいるので、覚悟が必要。ちゃんとしっかりと！教えてもらったほうがいいです！

It was the perfect location, host was fantastic & had thoughtful touches all over (tea, cold water in the fridge, restaurant suggestions, ...). The space was very clean and comfortable and the food at the cafe was fantastic. My only suggestion is that a guest should know there is a shared common area in which the bedroom doors (and our bathroom door) are connected. It may have been in the descriptoin and I missed it but I was surprised. The other guest was extremely quiet and there was never an issue, I just felt a little bad having to get up and out so early on a Sunday morning & was hoping we didn't wake up the other guest. Nothing, it was great.

A rua de pedestres com csfes, bares, restaurantes e lojas termina a meia quadra do apartamento. Ele tem cozinha compartilhada, muito boa. Os quartos tem privacidade total. Chegamos muito tarde, a anfitriã ficou nos esperando e ainda preocupada e nos orientar para passearmos no dia seguinte. Para o café da manhã recebemos um voucher de uma cafeteria a poucos passos do apartamento, com direito a um café e um croissant e a cozinha também dispunha de máquina de café expresso. Esta tudo certo

• James (6/5): correct, clean, comfortable, close to train and rental car agencies, helpful hostess. - Breakfast was offered at a nearby cafe, i had to catch a train so skipped it. This was one of three or four bedrooms with bath sharing a common room with coffee maker, refrigerator, etc. in a converted apartment on the 9th floor of a building facing the plaza across from the train station.. Would be good for group traveling together. i heard but did not meet the other guests. i do not have a mobile phone so coordinating arrival would have been difficult had i not arrived just as the hostess was arriving, she saw me looking at street numbers and asked if i was looking for the B&B. She was extremely helpful, professional, and charming. The facility is very secure with several locked doors on the way to the room, beginning at the street. There is currently a major construction project under way in the plaza which makes parking difficult and complicates finding the place. there is only one very small indication of the facility being in this building where the call box buzzers are. I have no complaints, everything was correct, clean and comfortable, but i thought the price was a bit high, but it was the only thing i could find close to the train station and rental car drop off point., which may explain the price.

• GIEREJKO (10/5): - Apartament był bardzo wygodny dla ośmiu koleżanek. Wyposażony we wszystko co jest potrzebne- ekspress, żelazko, suszarki do włosów, zmywarka, lodówka, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia. Śniadanie, choć włoskie, było bardzo smaczne. Blisko na dworzec i starówkę. Właścicielka bardzo sympatyczna. Pozwoliła zostawić nam bagaże i przebrać się przed godziną zameldowania.

• Małgorzata (7/5): - Gospodyni Mia bardzo miła i pomocna. Przywitała nas i opowiedziała o okolicy, restauracjach itd. W czasie naszego pobytu widzielismy się tylko raz. Pokoje bardzo ładne i czyste. W pokoju mały czajnik i zestaw do kawy i herbaty. Łazienka czysta, z malym prysznicem. Codziennie o g. 10 przychodziła Pani do sprzątania. Można było zrezygnować ze sprzątania, jak chciałyśmy dłużej pospać, ale trudno było się dogadać. Przydałyby się zawieszki na drzwi. Mieszkanie bylo na 9 piętrze. Winda mała z drzwiczkami wewnątrz. Trzeba bylo pamietac zeby je zamknąć, wychodząc z windy. Fajne byly jeszcze sznurki na zewnątrz balkonu. Ręczniki i kostiumy szybko schły. Generalnie było ok. Dobra lokalizacja. Na lotnisko pojechałyśmy pociągiem. Brak informacji o tym, ze widok z balkonu jest na ponure podwórko i dachy domów. Brak informacji o tym, że przy budynku trwa remont części parku. Śniadanie w pobliskiej kawiarni. Otrzymałyśmy karty do kawiarni na kawę i rogalika. Zaopatrzylysmy się w produkty na śniadania europejskie, ale mało było miejsca do jego przyrządzanie. Kiepski ekspres, na kapsułki. Pozorna oszczędność. Wyciekała z niego woda. Jednak nie było źle. Było normalnie jak w domu.

Not much was wrong with this accommodation. Even though we arrived early she couldnt let us check in early(due to cleaning!) and suggested a local storage-cheaper than the rest and it's a bakery so you can grab snacks there.

• Susie (10/5): Fabulous stay - highly recommended. - This wonderful provision is in such a great position just 3 minutes from train station, high above noise pollution with great views over the square with a fabulous fountain just before the station. The property is spotless, spacious and the owner, Pia, gave us such a warm welcome to her fabulous guesthouse. There are 3 large en-suite bedrooms set around a fabulous communal kitchen complete with fridge freezer, cooker, microwave and even a dishwasher available to all guests. Spotlessly clean, air conditioned if needed, a kettle in each room and plenty of coffee pods provided. Each guest is given a voucher for a breakfast coffee and croissant from a cafe 2 seconds away. Pia also spent time explaining Bari highlights, recommended local dining spots and organising our airport taxi. She is a gem and so is this wonderful guesthouse. Nothing at all

The place was clean and well equipped The bathroom was in a state that I didn't like, i.e. the shower was moldy and scaled. There was a problem with closing the bathroom door - it made a very loud sound. Additionally, either it was not in the description of the place, or I didn't notice, that this is a place where there are 3 or 4 apartments with a common entrance and kitchenette, but it was not loud.

The location is perfect for the train station, and the lively pedestrian area which leads to the old Town and port area. The apartment was lovely with coffee, tea and a fridge in the shared kitchen. Security was like Fort Knox (lots of keys!) and there's a quirky elevator which adds to the charm. I highly recommend staying at Residenza Piazza Moro!! Grazie Pia!!

• Mary (9/5): Great location for a stay in Bari, everything you need is on your doorstep. - The location was great, just across from the train station and bus services. The room was on the 9th floor with a balcony and washing line. Unfortunately the balcony view was to the rear courtyard but the washing line was useful. The room was spotless and cleaned every day. There were three rooms in the B&B with a shared kitchen/dining area. We had a shelf in the shared fridge which was great for keeping juice etc. There is a microwave, oven and coffee machine available in the shared area and tea and coffee are also available. Pia was a brilliant host, she made us feel very welcome and provided a lot of information to help us enjoy our stay. We received breakfast tokens to be used at a lovely cafe just across from the accommodation. A small room safe would have been good.

• Martin (8/5): Overall very good, great location, helpful and friendly staff. - The rooms were on the 9th floor and the access was a very small lift, Quite a tight fit for the two of us plus luggage! Our flight was late arriving and our host was extremely helpful in meeting us and welcoming us. Nothing really, It was only for one night whilst in transit and it was good for our needs.

The downside was that it was on the 9th floor of an office building with a lift which was old and unreliable. We booked for Breakfast however we were given vouchers to have breakfast at a near cafe which consisted of a cup of coffee and croissant which was poor value for money. The lift and nowhere to leave your luggage prior and after checking out. Cost us 9 euro per bag in left luggage.

• Freddie (8/5): Very good - Excellently situated for Bari railway station. Lovely big room with a view of the piazza. Breakfast was nice but basic. I liked how I could make myself a latte/cappuccino with the milk frother in the room. Adriana was really friendly and showed me around and gave recommendations. The room opens onto the communal kitchen area so unfortunately you hear any noises from there like the coffee machine. However there are only three rooms in total so noises are very rare. Being a small place meant we had to arrange to meet for the keys. Only a very minor inconvenience and they were very flexible.
