• Giulia (10/5): - We stayed here as a group of six friends and absolutely loved everything about this apartment. It’s modern, spotless, and well-equipped. The area is quiet and safe, and it’s just a 10–15 minute walk to the center of Kos Town and the seafront, totally doable on foot. The balcony is lovely and spacious, ideal for having breakfast or chilling in the evening. The apartment had everything we needed and more. Maria herself was an amazing host: kind, always available, and extremely welcoming. When we checked out, she even gave each of us a bracelet with the Greek eye as a gift, which was such a sweet and personal touch. Highly recommended for groups of friends or families!

• Seda (10/5): Wonderful stay close to Kos town - I stayed in Etheria comfort house and I definitely suggest it! Owner Maria is an amazing person, so lovely and helpful, she makes your stay very comfortable. The house is super new, well equipped and very cleverly decorated and furnished.15- 20 min max by walk to the main beach and Kos town, a calm stay but also close to main attractions. Go for it!😊

The location is close to Kos Town, but I’d definitely recommend renting bikes—as Maria suggested—to get around more easily. Our host shared great tips on how to make the most of our time and explore the area. Fresh linens, towels, and even toiletries like soap and shampoo were provided. Any time we had a question, we could reach out via WhatsApp and always got a quick response. Absolutely 5 stars!

They even gave us wine and fruit when we arrived and gave us bracelets when we left! We would definitely recommend this appartment. the curtains in the living room were very translucent, allowing sunlight to enter early in the day. this was only annoying for the people who slept on the sofa bed. for the rest we have nothing to complain about!

The treats like wine, fruits welcoming us were so nice to have. Everything was well thought and beyond our expectations. Even UNO cards were placed in living room! The host was so helpful and genuine during our stay and was ready to help us anytime we need help. We appreciate her for making us feel safe and secure. Maria gave us lovely bracelets as a gift while leaving the place. It was so admirable, we loved it! Next time, we definitely would like to stay there again!
