• Nelu (1/5): Dezamagitor! - Personalul de la receptie neprietenos si neimplicat in cererile oaspetilor.Am reclamat galagia neobisnuita toata noaptea de la camera vecina si nu au facut nimic pentru a rezolva situatia.Cameristele nu au adus prosoape de schimb, sapun si sampon lipsa, dusul vechi nereglabil ca si presiune, patul face galagie, calitate ,pret nu a meritat.

• David (7/5): Normal, sin nada que reprochar. - Nos direon acceso al club del 15vo piso. Nada extraordinario y con poca varieda de snacks. Todo es gratis, así que a caballo regalado....... Al principio nos dieron una habitación algo sucia y con la caja fuerte no operativa. Reclamamos e inmediatamente nos dieron otra habitación. Nos tuvieron de arriba a abajo un buen tiempo.

• MONICA (10/5): Muy cómodo! - Muy buena ubicación El aire acondicionado de las zonas comunes cubiertas era muy frío y no pudimos disfrutarlas mucho por ello.

Las instalaciones del hotel, la piscina, las pistas de padel y de tenis y el pequeño parque infantil del complejo. el cuarto de baño necesita una reforma y no se ajusta a la calidad que debería tener en un hotel de esta cadena. Del mismo modo la moqueta del cuarto está algo desgastada. En cuanto al restaurante no te permiten en el desayuno pedirte un café para llevar a la zona del bar de la piscina, ,lo que no se entiende si has contratado alojamiento con desayuno.

Booked Lounge room, which didn't allow to have breakfast at the main restaurant, not allowing to meet other colleagues. This is only hotel that I had stayed that hast this policy.

• Bernd (7/5): Ok - Stadtlage und nicht soweit zum int. Flughafen. Autoabstellplätze in eig. Parkhaus. Frühstück ist meist gut. Keine Raucherbereiche. Turbulenter und lauter Pool voller Kids. Bem: vor dem Hotel und unter den Augen der Angestellten, wird man von Betrügern in in Autos vorfahren angesprochen. Schade, dass das Hotel duldet was auf ihrem Areal vor sich geht. Z.B. ältere Herr fährt mit SUV vor und jammerten über eine pers. Notlage. Er sei amerikanischer Tourist und bettelt um Hilfe (Geld zum Tanken). Haben wir zuvor in 4W Panama so nicht erlebt. Aufpassen !
