• Jessica (9/5): - Sehr zentral gelegen. Gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat problemlos funktioniert. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist recht steil. Bei Schnee wird sie nicht geräumt. Schneeketten sind ein Muss, sofern man kein Allrad hat.

• Alicja (9/5): Hotel bardzo ładny, ale przez brak miejsca parkingowego pod hotelem, na pewno już tam nie przyjadę… - Hotel jest naprawdę bardzo ładny. Wszystkie udogodnienia były na miejscu. W każdym pokoju i w każdej sypialni znajdował się telewizor – ogromny plus. W łazienkach były suszarki do włosów. Kuchnia wyposażona w piekarnik, mikrofalówkę oraz wszystkie możliwe przyrządy kuchenne – pełne, kompletne wyposażenie, absolutnie niczego nie brakowało. Łóżka MEGA wygodne – spało mi się rewelacyjnie. Fantastyczne kołdry, poduszki i bardzo wygodny materac. W łazienkach okna, co jest ogromnym plusem. Balkon również na wielki plus: duży stół jadalniany, strefa z kanapą i telewizorem – po prostu wszystko dopracowane i świetnie przemyślane. Pani z obsługi bardzo miła, zawsze dostępna pod telefonem, gotowa pomóc przy każdym problemie czy pytaniu. Pokoje pięknie wystrojone, genialne oświetlenie w całym apartamencie – zarówno główne światło, jak i mniejsze lampki tworzyły świetny klimat. Same łazienki bardzo klimatyczne – naprawdę super. Największy minus: zimą nie ma możliwości zaparkowania pod hotelem. Hotel znajduje się na górce i pomimo zimowych opon i łańcuchów na kołach nie daliśmy rady podjechać. Pomagaliśmy jednej rodzinie z Polski zepchnąć auto w dół, aby nie wpadło do rzeki. Byliśmy też świadkami sytuacji, gdy jedno auto faktycznie wpadło do rzeki pod hotelem. Miejsce jest bardzo niebezpieczne. Nasz kierowca jest kierowcą zawodowym a mimo to miał ogromny problem, aby tam właśnie podjechać. Uważam, że na dole pod górką powinny znajdować się miejsca parkingowe dla gości, a niestety te fajne miejsca są zarezerwowane tylko dla gości innych hoteli. Niestety musieliśmy zaparkować około kilometr dalej i iść z bagażami po bardzo zaśnieżonej drodze, dodatkowo pod górkę. Kilka razy się przewróciliśmy. Brak windy w hotelu to kolejny minus – goście przyjeżdżają ze sprzętem zimowym i wejście po schodach z ciężkimi rzeczami jest bardzo uciążliwe. Na minus również fakt, że klucz trzeba odebrać w sklepie i tam też go oddać. To powoduje dodatkowe krążenie po mieście. Pod sklepem nie ma gdzie zaparkować, a jazda po mieście przy „szklance” na drodze jest bardzo trudna i stresująca. Widziałam na dole hotelu skrytki na klucze, więc nie rozumiem, czemu tam nie można po prostu zdawać kluczy? W sypialni nie mogliśmy uruchomić Netflixa na telewizorze, ponieważ wymagany był kod PIN, którego nie otrzymaliśmy. W łazience, za zlewem, znaleźliśmy włosy – albo męskie z brody, albo łonowe – co nie zostało posprzątane. Dodatkowo powinny być dwa ręczniki: jeden duży (ten był) oraz drugi mniejszy, ale nie aż tak mały, jakie otrzymaliśmy. Kobiety zazwyczaj używają mniejszych ręczników do włosów, a te były po prostu za małe. Nie było żeli pod prysznic ani innych kosmetycznych udogodnień – jedynie mydło w łazienkach. Na minus również brak ręczników papierowych. Było tylko jedno opakowanie chusteczek.

• Adam (7/5): - Poloha je fajn - pár kroků od centra, s možností příjezdu autem a parkovacím místem. Apartmán je prostorný - včetně koupelny. S předáváním klíčů v prodejně - recepci nebyl žádný problém. Při příjezdu bylo v apartmánu lehce nad 18° C, po telefonické urgenci a pokusu o nastavení termostatů se začalo více topit, ke 20° C se ale teplota vyšplhala až 2. den. Vzhledem k počasí by se chvílemi o stupeň tepleji hodilo, ale bohužel. V koupelně se sice občas podařilo dostat i nad 21° C, ovšem ne, když bylo potřeba, ale nějak nahodile, když se zapnulo topení (nastavení termostatu nemělo vliv). V apartmánu je sice televize, ale fungovalo pouze ČT24. Přes opakované telefonáty a sliby, že někdo přijde to opravit, nepřišel nikdo. Ale zjistili jsme, že TV lze pro zvuk propojit přes BT s mobilem, takže posloužila jako reproduktor. Nám to stačilo, ale pokud by někdo spoléhal na to, že mu neuteče nějaký seriál, tak smůla. U nových apartmánů jsme dlouho nenarazili na tak špatně provedenou stavbu z hlediska akustiky - slyšet jsou zvuky ze sousedního apartmánu i toho o patro výš (chápání!) a z toho horního zejména dupání. Nepotěšily ani poškozené posuvné dveře mezi ložnicí a obývákem. Posouvat jimi lze pouze s vynaložením větší síly a ne moc tiše.

Tolle moderne Wohnung, Küchenzeile mit allem, was man braucht (kein Backofen)! Rezeption und Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte super. Rechtzeitige Informationen dazu, per Mail klappte super. Auch die Anmeldung online ohne Probleme. Parkplatz direkt vor der Unterkunft. Wohnung sind sauber und ordentlich. Bad sehr modern. Die Wohnung stimmte mit den Bildern im Portal überein. TV nur auf tschechisch! War aber nicht schlimm. Daumen hoch! Werden diese Unterkunft weiter empfehlen und kommen definitiv wieder! Vielen Dank! ---

• AGNIESZKA (7/5): Spodziewałam się wyżsego standardu po opisach i zdjęciach i cenie. - Cicha okolica, szum strumyka, ładny salon. Brak pralki, brak stolika i krzeseł na balkonie, brak oswietlenia w nocy na zewnątrz, brak środków do mycia w apartamencie, chociaż do wc, małe pokoje, brudne okno w tym ciemnym pokoju z małym oknem, omyłkowe dzwonienie sąsiadów w nocy do drzwi- brak oświetlenia na klatce, kołdry z pierza w lato, smród śmieci na klatce, ponieważ kosze na śmieci są w budynku, brak odkurzacza w apartamencie.

• Francisca (8/5): Comfortabel appartement in omgeving met veel mogelijkheden voor wandelingen en uitstapjes. - De ligging, nieuw/net interieur (ruime eettafel) Vrij basic ingericht (geen wasrekje, emmer, schaar, stofzuiger (was ook geen plaats voor)), basale uitleg (niets gevonden over afvalscheiding, check-out instructies). Niet echt uitzicht.
• Tom (10/5): Exceptional - Nice apartment 5 with 3 bedrooms. Unfortunately all of them were double beds. I was expectig one with two seperate beds. One had an onsuite bathroom. Bathrooms were really nice. Heating was not really adaptable, needed a password for the access. Sometimes radiators were cold when we wanted our clothes to dry. Everything is close, shops, pubs, ski rental. Access by car was an adventure. When we picked up the key the owner said it would be ok to go without chains, which is what I did, but it was close. The building is on a slight slope but when we arrived it was icy and only some sand was put down. I was ok but others with all season tyres struggled. I expected that I could park downhill but all the spaces were allocated already. Finally I put the snow chains on and that worked really well and was safe. The road was mostly clear but some patches of ice made driving very difficult. Maybe the owner could put a box with sand in it in the garage, so people can apply it themselves. I know it is the task for the council but when you arrive late in the dark you do not want to struggle on the hill.

• Louise (8/5): Over all really nice accommodation would use again, just a few bits that needed attention. - Very quite, but up a very, very steep hill after a days skiing this did nearly kill us! town is really nice great restaurants very nearby. Catch the small ski bus outside the PCER Deep hotel its easier then walking down to the post office stop. Boot and ski room are really good. The key collection was not very good, no drop box at the apartment, so we had to walk down to the town around 10 mins, the man who had messaged me had sent an I message not a text message so I could not collect the message without data or wifi, he didn't seem to understand the difference between an I message and a Text message and how you receive them. I did get sorted and I was able to collect the keys but not without some back and forth. The TV would not allow for us to steam nor did it have any satellite TV switched on, so it had 2 local channels. The lock on the apartment door lock didn't work so a man did come out very quickly to fix, but we did leave us without a door that locked for 24hrs.

• Joanna (9/5): Superb - The apartment was spacious and comfortable. There was everything that you might need. If you read in some other reviews that there was no soap, dish tabs, dish washing soap or sponge, kitchen towels etc. - it is not true. All this staff is available in the apartment. Also a few coffee tabs and some plastic trash bags. You might want to take some paper towels with you. Other than that - everything is available. Apartment close to the center, walking distance from ski bus stop, grocery store and many restaurants. It was not made clear at the start that the keys are to be collected in another place - ski shop near the post office. We lost a lot of time trying to get to the apartment. Ski boots dryer was not effective (I do not know if it was turned on at all) - my boots were moist for the whole time even after a full night on the dryer. The ski room had a very bad smell due to the fact that it was also a place where trash bins were kept. It would be nice to get as many dishwasher tabs as days of stay. We received 3 for 5 nights stay so we need to wash dishes manually in order not to run out of cups and plates.

• Paul (10/5): Great apartment in a quiet, central location. - The apartment was new, clean and very comfortable in a great location slightly set back from the centre. Communication with the owners was very good and a minor issue was solved immediately. The key collection info ahead of arrival could have been better, but once we knew where to get the keys from, there was no problem collecting them. The soundproofing of the floors above could also have been better. We didn't hear our neighbours talking, but someone of quite heavy build seemed to be stomping around on our ceiling for the first two days we were there!

• Łukasz (10/5): Highly recommended - Very nice, comfortable, specious apartment in the new building in the town center, but distaned from the street noise. Fully equiped, large ski room on the ground floor. Stuffed wolf in the staircase is pretty creepy
