- Sabine (7/5): Dated but clean - Nice neighborhood, excellent water pressure. Portable fan, portable heater, iron & ironing board available No clear instructions on how to get hot water! You need to switch on the heater button at least 40 minutes before you want a shower AND use the booster. The shower is tiny and very old with a missing sliding door, which is replaced by an old shower curtain Shower head can't be attached to the wall as that will soak the entire bathroom. No proper pots & pans to cook (bought a frying pan myself). No coffee machine. Definitely not soundproof. Airco only in bedroom (didn't have to use it, but in summer something to be mindful of).

- Harutyunyan (10/5): Exceptional - The house was in a very convenient location, you could walk to shops, a pharmacy, there was a gym right next door, it was very close to the bus stop, the apartment was very clean and comfortable, the apartment also had a parking lot, the owner of the apartment was very friendly and responded quickly to any questions
