Yuraimi Ramirez (1/5): - The location is excellent, and the room looks exactly as shown in the pictures. However, upon arrival, the air conditioning was turned off, and the shower pressure was very poor. After taking a shower and going to sleep, we woke up completely wet because the A/C was not working properly. We were as pictures shows 25 Celsius, which is 77 Freiheit. Imposible for Cancun that temperature inside a room. We contacted customer service late at night to request a solution or assistance. Unfortunately, instead of resolving the issue, they dismissed our concerns, suggesting that we were complaining unnecessarily and insisting that the A/C was functioning correctly. They also indicated that the other issues were not significant and that we could remain in the room without any problem. Rather than continuing to argue, we decided to leave the next day at 3:00 PM after arranging another hotel. I do not recommend this property, although it is ultimately an individual decision whether to book and deal with these conditions or potential issues.
Loyden (5/5): Our stay was ok. The view was great. The pool great. The only bad thing was that the air conditioning was bad at 16 degr - The view Air conditioner never got cold and we sweat every night
Cláudia (7/5): - De frente para a praia. Na verdade eu não gostei de Cancum. Tenho um perfil mais alternativo e Cancum é muito comercial! Frio, sem humanidade! Não voltaria! Não para o hotel, mas para Cancum mesmo! Estava em obra! O que não me incomodou muito. Apenas a vista. Mas Cancum é um comércio. Não passa disso! Sou Brasileira e acho que a beleza natural não me atraiu tanto! Os cenotes me imprecionaram! Mas no mais, é um comércio!
Lai (6/5): - We liked the pool area which was spacious with many beach chairs. The pool was clean with an ocean view. Our room also had a stunning view of the of the ocean. The room was appealing visually and had a smart TV. No actual staff on site except for security and the restaurant. Any issues had to be dealt with by texting the BOF contact. We had to wait a few HOURS. In a waiting room for someone to come check us in and take the deposit. Our room was locked with a number keypad which stopped working at one point and we had to reach out to our contact for access to a key. The most frustrating part was that our toilet didn't flush, not even just water. We never tried to flush toilet paper. Someone came to fix it but the issue was not resolved as the flush remained extremely weak. For this reason we had to go down 6 floors to the pool bathroom which has 2 stalls that both have glass doors and no locks. Lastly and worstly; one day the sheet on my mom's bed was placed lengthways instead of widthways after being made and when we went to fix it, the mattress under it was stained from top to bottom in... blood? We don't know what it was but it was a lot of it and pretty gross.

Leonel (10/5): Amazing memories, and great value! - There are many things I love about this property. The people are warm, super kind and hospitable. My unit included a wonderful view of the ocean. The AC worked wonderfully. And the bed was pretty comfortable (it is more on the sturdy side fyi). I never watch TV but, it was lovely watching a movie with the sound of ocean waves in the background. You very quickly feel at home here. There wasn’t anything bad that stood out to me. Truly enjoyed staying here.

Jose Eduardo (1/5): Se pierde el depósito - Ubicación No me gustó el sargazo en la playa correspondiente al hotel, tampoco me gustó que piden depósito y debe ser pagado únicamente con tarjeta y para pagar ese depósito tiene uno que permanecer en el cuarto hasta que ellos lleguen cuando lo que uno quiere es salir a disfrutar, aparte ya llevo más de una semana que dejé el alojamiento y no he recibido el reembolso del depósito por daños al cuarto. Me dejaron sin acceso a la habitación porque cuando fueron a cobrar el depósito yo no estaba.
Jaime (3/5): - el departameto no se encontraba al 100 % Televisor no funcionaba , closet con puerta trabada y lo mas grave la comunicación posterior a la estadía para solicitar la devolución de el duplicado de deposito por daños. Después de retirarme nunca mas me contesto la anfitriona, hasta el dia de hoy no he recibido las devoluciones de los dineros pagados por este concepto y ninguna explicación . Me siento estafado.!!!

Que se me cobre un depósito de US$ 250 con tarjeta de crédito por eventuales daños durante la estadía..a reembolsar posterior a mi retiro de la propiedad ..en mí país existe un impuesto para cobros con tarjeta de crédito en dólares, es decir que es mayor el incremento..espero el reembolso..porque lo cuidé más que a mí propia casa.

Miguel, quien me atendió en varias ocasiones, UN GENIO, quería que siguiera siendo él quien me atienda siempre. La atención de Natalia, mala. No debería trabajar atendiendo al público ni por el WhatsApp como era. Hablaba mal, no se expresaba para nada bien ni explicaba nada; dejaba mensajes importantes sin responder. DESASTRE!

Jacqui (10/5): Exceptional - Exceptional beach front view with balcony. Every morning just after 6am the sunrise on the Caribbean was just equisite. Right outside our balcony on the 3rd floor rhe bird life flew past, para sailors flew by. Going to sleep each night to the waves breaking was paradise. We had a microwave, a coffee percent some glasses, cups plates cutlery, ice cube tray, cutting board and small fridge. It was adequate but would have been great to have a broom some pepper and salt etc especially as travelling internationally. We used the local Oxxo every day which was a short 200m down the road . The bed was double, comfortable with nice pillows. We were well informed by our host on how to access the room. There are LOTS of little intricacies with the instructions, so it is important to follow step by step. The infinity pool was awesome, plenty of seating around the pool. Staff on security really friendly, beach access excellent. The restaurant we at at 3 tines. Huge selection on menu. The food was good. Not a lot of people eat there. Staff were mostly at the bar talking to each other. The head person on each of the nights we ate there was quite forceful demanding a tip, which was already included. Overall would definitely stay again. The view alone was literally beachfront perfection. Staff at bar and restaurant. Would have spent twice as much as we did had they provided a service.

Edward (7/5): Excellent value and location, very professional when dealing with staff, would stay again and would recommend. - Room was very spacious, clean, pool was nice, beach is beautiful. Great air conditioning, location was great, very easy to access the bus with runs 24/7 to downtown. View from view of the sea was amazing. Quality of the food in the restaurant, wasn’t great. Also they could do with more sun beds around the pool / beach areas.

Eileen (8/5): Worth it just for the views! - The view is fantastic. Beach and infinity pool. There is no balcony but great view sitting on the bed. Good breeze if door is propped open. AC works well. Comfortable bed. Wonderful very clean pool about 4 feet deep with shallow kiddy pool. Lots of loungers and chairs. Restaurant and small store on site and Oxxo a block away. Buses run frequently. Good security. The room is very stark. The upstairs bed is not really usable due to dangerous steps and it is hot even on a cooler day. Advertised mid week cleaning not done. Requests acknowledged but not follow up on.
Joseph (10/5): great ocean side stay for those that are tired of the all inclusive stays - excellent view of the beach, the pool was great. We loved having a cook top with a microwave and a refrigerator. our ceiling fan was controlled by a remote control device and I think one of the neighbors had the exact same one, because sometimes the fan and the light came on when we were trying to sleep. I would turn it off and a few seconds later, it would come back on. I finally gave up and a couple of hours later, it turned off.

Justina (4/5): The apartment could have better customer service, overall Cancun plaza is a great hotel and it’s inside the hotel. - It is right by the ocean, it’s inside of Cancun Plaza which is a great hotel and has very good food, great ocean views and a lovely atmosphere. There was no one to greet us because it is owned by an individual and not Cancun plaza, so it was hard to get someone to tell us where to go to get to our room since we don’t speak Spanish. My husband got heat sickness because the air conditioning was somehow turned off the first night so I had to call booking.com international call which cost me $125 to get customer service person to turn the air conditioning back on( I guess the breaker box was tripped before we came). After we got the a/c turned back on we had a very lovely stay.

Victoria (8/5): Very good - The apartment and complex was lovely. The payment process was awful. All online with no personal contact and phone numbers that were never answered. We kept getting messages to say that a card was declined when it worked fine everywhere else. Eventually we used a different card which was promptly stopped by our bank for suspected fraud as the payment was taken in Argentina and we were in Mexico. A little bit stressful.

Non-refundable First of all, I booked my stay without realizing it was non refundable. I had an unfortunate event and needed to cancel the reservation since I also had to cancel my flights. Good luck to get in touch with the property management! Very unreliable, even within their business hours, even if you message them in Whatsapp, even if you message them in Spanish. I mean, is that even business-like or professional? Booking.com said that they would help me to get them to make an exemption, they failed. Booking said it was up to them, and the property said it was up to booking.com. Overpriced I hated to find out from other tourists that I was abused in terms of how much I paid for it to not include anything at all. I could have stayed at an all-inclusive for the same price. Also! They ended up charging me way more than what it appeared on my original reservation. I tried to have help from booking.com and they couldn't help me. Supposedly they charged me what the dollar conversion for that day was, no way... How do you go from $480.02 to $541.65? Also! The lady seemed to have an attitude and didn't work out anything with me. She kept saying the card I was using was not going through when I had just used it and confirmed with my bank that it was okay. I had to use another card that didn't have a no foreign transaction fee. They only had one toilet paper roll for us, you would think that for the price we paid we could have at least some tissues or something. Our flight was leaving late, and this place doesn't have any place to save bags. Dangerous The room had two beds but one of them was "upstairs" but the second story was just enough for you to slouch to walk, the the stairs are well fit for someone to break a bone or die because their are narrow for one small person to walk on, no handrails and a glass wall from the top to keep people from falling..

We are looking to stay with them again next season. Amazing place, very warm and friendly staff María, Natalia, Miguel and Andrea, very clean and daily cleaners. We never saw this when I rented other apartments, great value daily cleaning and distinctive superior service with a personal concierge to resolve situations, a fast and personalized assistant. Incredible quality and quantity of services for renting an apartment on the seafront in Cancun. We also arrived at 10am. and they did the check in at this great time, and after check out they took our luggage to their storage, more for an apartment it is impossible. Thank you thank you thank you Nothing,, they provide too many quality services and they do it very well.

The reception is not linked to the property, they do only check in and out so they were not responsible for anything else. We were at the reception, we got a problem with another our friend who couldn’t come and we were trying to contact the property. After only 30 min they answer without resolving the problem, unbelievable. The room was dirty, especially the bathroom. Beach towels were old and broken. The building is old and not well maintained. Wi-Fi very poor, zero Wi-Fi on the pool. Disappointed

Our AC did not work, when asked about it being repaired I was told they would take care of it during business hours, next day rolled around and no update was given nor did anyone show up to fix or check the unit. When I reached out again, after calling and texting multiple times they finally responded and I was told they do not offer 24/7 service, understandable, however when I asked when they would have someone go out or what accommodations could be made no one ever responded. I asked about getting a refund for the reminder of my stay as it was very very hot in the room.. no one responded.
Ange (9/5): Superb - The view from our room was beautiful (ocean view) I didn't like that they ask you what time you plan to arrive (so that "someone can be there to meet you"), but when arriving at said time (12-1pm), we were told check in time is 3pm and we couldn't get a room sooner. If I would've known that then I wouldn't have arrived early. We weren't even allowed to leave our bag in the reception area (staff in reception is not very accommodating), we had to lug it down to the pool area where we ate while waiting to be able to check in.
Joseph (10/5): It is the best priced option to be on the beach in Cancun. - We love the location/price. Our unit had a beach front view this time. Last time, we had a view of the pool deck and could also see the beach from the balcony. The beach front units have a narrow balcony so you can only stand on them. It isn't wide enough to put a chair on it. The units with a pool view have 2 chairs and a table on the balcony. We love the convenience store, OXXO, within easy walking distance. In 2022, the OXXO prices were more like Mexican prices in that prices are a fraction of similar stores in the US. But in the Spring of 2023, the prices were a lot closer US prices for many things but some things were still less expensive than in the US. The on site restaurant is good except for the price versus the menu. I mean the food was worthy of a US restaurant that you would rate $ but the prices were $$. And I'm talking prices in the US. Everybody that has ever traveled just a little bit outside the tourist area knows, you can go to restaurants and grocery stores that are worthy of $$ quality in US terms but only cost $. The food whether in a restaurant or from a store is priced between 1/4 to 1/2 the cost in the US. So in our 18 days total between 2 visits to this property, we only ate at the restaurant once. The units have a 2 burner stove, microwave and dorm sized refrigerator. We cooked most of our meals. The on-site laundry is also cheap for US prices. The machines use tokens and you buy them at the onsite convenience store. I think it basically cost us about $2 USD to wash and dry one load of laundry. We normally only wear swim suits, shorts, light t-shirts and sandals with no socks when we're in Mexico so you can easily fit 4 days worth of that type of clothing in a personal items bag like the kind you can carry on for free with the cheap airlines like Sun Country or Spirit. So when it is just my wife and I, we only do 1 or 2 loads. We like the convenience store but the OXXO has more items so we shop at both. We have the same complaint about all Mexican hotels and resorts. The stone floors, while good for cooling off your feet real fast, are also hard on the joints if you are barefoot. It would be nice if they added some cushioned mats in front of the cooking counter and maybe a hall runner rug so at least part of the floor had some cushioning. Also, the complimentary in room safe is great for storing your wallet, phones or even prescription drugs. But the safe is not big enough to store a small laptop or even a medium sized tablet. If it were just a couple inches wider and 3 to 4 inches deeper then I wouldn't feel obligated to carry my computer with me when I leave the room (as in, computer and beach/pool are never supposed to be near each other)

Linda (1/5): Bad - Only the blue water and white sand The safe wouldn't open on February 14, 2023 and we asked for assistance from several staff members but were told that they were not in charge of the apartment 4306! All our personal belongings were in the safe such as money, pass port and credit cards! We were not able to buy anything to eat the evening of February 14, 2023!The sheets had rusted spots as well as the bedspread. The shower didn't have good pressure! On February 15, 2023 a woman by the name of Gabriella finally showed up to unlock the safe at 10am then the elevator got stuck with my friend Hilda Herrera in it for a couple of minutes and she yelled for help and pressed on the emergency button but no one came to rescue her as she stood in the darkness having an anxiety attack!! There is no communication between the staff members. The only information they gave me is the number to call through what's app! Calling the 2 numbers given to me by phone the voice mail is full therfore I was not able to leave a message for someone to call me back! I sent messages through what's app and it took a while before I got a response from them! I will not return back to this condo!!

Pauline (5/5): Customer service manager needs retraining! - The on-site restaurant had good options and was reasonably priced. The pool was amazing and well maintained. The views were fabulous! Due to the “no changes/no cancellations” policy, we were forced to make 2 back-to-back reservations. Before we arrived I requested that we be able to stay in the same room for the whole trip. We were put in a studio and requests to be moved or compensated for the difference were not even addressed. On our 3rd day in the room, I received a message pointing out that I had requested to stay in the same room before our arrival (that’s true) and that housekeeping was attending to ‘personal matters’ and they are understaffed but we would be made a priority. At approximately 11am, water began pouring down from the ceiling in the bathroom. We reported it and someone came to address the issue. My requests to be moved at that point were again ignored. No explanation (re: “we are fully booked and can’t move you.”). There was no response at all. The workers told us that they needed parts and couldn’t fix it until the following day. It was after this that housekeeping arrived to clean up the mess, empty the trash and replace towels. Apparently they didn’t shut off the water source because that evening at 7:20 the bathroom was completely flooded again. I sent another message and it received no response but the young man from housekeeping, who had already gone home for the day, returned and cleaned up for us. We compensated him for doing that. Still nothing from customer service. I tried calling the number to speak with someone and was told that the number was for messaging only and that she is “sometimes in business meeting with governments and other companies”. The next morning we were rained on for a third time. We left the room at about 7:30 am. I sent a message at 11:30 asking for confirmation that someone would be sent to finalize the work. I received no response. We returned to the room 3 pm and they were still working. Still no message from customer service. Housekeeping told us the checkout procedure. I would like to be compensated in some way for this inconvenience!
Pauline (5/5): Very poor customer service. - The room was clean, beds were comfy and the ocean view was lovely. We arrived exactly when we said we would arrive but we still had to wait for someone to meet us and lead us to the room. Check-in was conducted in the room. I did not receive a copy of the paperwork I signed and my requests for a copy of the paperwork and for a key for the deadbolt lock and an extra set of keys for my friend were ignored throughout our stay. We had to request that housekeeping come each day to empty trash and bring clean towels. This finally happened on the third day. Due to the “No changes or cancellation policy”, I had to make 2 separate back-to-back bookings when our plans changed (well ahead of our trip 15-17 and 17-20). I had requested we be able to stay in the same room. We were given a studio apartment. What I didn’t know was that our second stay (17-20th) was for a Deluxe room. When I pointed that out (in several messages) asking to be refunded the difference, my requests were ignored. Ultimately I just asked for an iron and ironing board be sent to the room. That request was granted and someone brought it. Again, no response to any compensation for staying in the studio rather than a deluxe room for the the duration of our stay.
