We did not cook there but kitchenette seemed adequate. Very clean & new. WC with heated seat enjoyed by both my daughter & myself. Would stay again. If I was wanting to cook the pots, pans, utensils etc looked rather skimpy. No teaspoons,

• Damili (10/5): Great Value for Money ! - Very kind and communicative host, everything including check in and check out was easy and smooth, the property was clean despite the reviews here.. Please note that this room can accommodate up to 3 people but its very tight for 3 people, for two person its perfect. The location was the best! I love how quiet, clean and beautiful it is around and it’s right next to mrt station! The area has a street with unique and beautiful restaurants, bars etc. Host is very friendly and was messaging us throughout our stay making sure our trip is comfortable! We would love to come back here, big thanks 🙏🏼 The only thing was that towels were small and not so fresh, so if u have space in your suitcase bring ur own/buy at a shop.

• Hui Mei (5/5): - 在牛込神樂坂A2出口很近，A1出口就有一間大超市，A3出口可以走到神樂坂逛逛吃吃，附近有善國寺，可以參拜。但是A2地鐵出口隔壁就是墓園，如果有敏感體質請忽略這間 乾淨度不是很好，免治馬桶的操作面板都是灰塵，三個人住很擠，一張雙人床加一個單人軟墊（睡地上），軟墊鋪好就沒啥空間可以行走了！我住一樓，但是最後一晚（我住9夜）卻被住戶投訴跑跑跳跳很吵？走路都沒空間怎麼跑起來，這是我很疑惑的，可見隔音不是很好，怕吵的請留意

Incorrect instructions for accessing the property meant we were unable to enter our room on arrival and we missed our dinner reservation because we had large pieces of luggage. The phone number didn't access immediate assistance so we were forced to wait for a reply by message. It was very frustrating trying to open a key box that was never going to open.

• Nik (7/5): A great place to stay for quite and convenient to the subways/metro stations. - The location was amazing. A very quite neighborhood and the subways/metro are so near to the place. Also the convenience stores too are nearby and open 24hours. The instructions given by the hosts are also great and we face no issue checking in and checking out from the apartment. It is a bit cramp with three people residing at the apartment as there is no space to open our luggage so we were not able to unpack all of our clothes from the luggage. The space to store the luggage is also just nice for 3 luggage and the clothes hangers are also limited for 3 people. This place would be super comfortable for 2 people.

• Siew (5/5): Passable - Location Dusty,sink and bathroom drainage blocked with full of hairs, lack of amenities, only provided 40ml shampoo and body gel for 4 days stay. Need to buy additional shampoo at nearby supermarket, not worth for money .
• Racha (1/5): Bad - Horrible experience, dirty sheets with pee stains and other stains on pillow, mattress and blanket (I have pictures of everything), no third bed, just an old and thin mattress on the floor, the shower did not function properly and had hair in it when we arrived, the TV was not working, the air condition had only freezing cold or nothing at all. The room was not made for 3 people. The customer service was rude and not helpful at all. They also did not offer to keep the luggage anywhere after arrival, they wanted us to wait for hours with our big luggage, nowhere to put it. Horrible, really, really horrible.

The apartment is clean and quiet. There are very detailed instructions for check-in and check-out. Very small room. It was tight for three people.

There are also mini markets and shops next to stations and lots of shops where you can buy local food and gifts for good price. Not crowded and safe neighborhood. Everything you need for a stay is available in this apt. Would be nice to have instruction in English how to use washing machine and couple of hooks for towels in the bathroom. And I think this apt suit for 2 persons, we were 3, was a bit small for us. Good value for money, would stay here again.
