• Eric (8/5): Clean, modern apartment, near the water, on the outskirts of Agadir. - The host answered Whatsapp messages swiftly, and provided a code for entry. There was a security guard present who showed us the correct building, and from there it was easy to get into the room, and there was plenty of street parking. The apartment was clean, and having a washing machine was a big plus. The water pressure and temperature were good. Two bedrooms, two baths, and two balconies, along with a well-sized living and dining room area were all perks. There was nothing but a bit of salt in the kitchen, so cooking for ourselves cost a bit more than I would have liked, as we had to buy staples like olive oil, herbs, and spices. The neighborhood is near the water, but not one of the nicer beaches of Agadir, nor near the main city, so a car is necessary, and walking around the neighborhood yields little. One of the showers didn't drain properly.
• Tamer (10/5): Amazing experience, everything in the apartment really make it feels like home - Amazing location with ocean view. Clean and comfortable. Overall, it feels like home! A bit difficult to get taxi to the city from the location, especially at morning.

Apartment is fully equipped and extremely clean, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host was excellent- easily reachable via WhatsApp and replied promptly to answer any questions and very respectful. Hope to come again and book the same apartment. Cute bakery and coffee shop at the foot of the building too. Apartment block also had dedicated security and felt very safe. Loved everything!
• fahd (10/5): Un séjour d'exception en famille - Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement à Anza, Agadir, du 19 au 27 septembre, et je tiens à souligner la qualité exemplaire de cette expérience. L’accueil fut d’une grande courtoisie et d’une simplicité remarquable : l’accès à l’appartement, facilité par une porte à code, a rendu notre arrivée des plus sereines. Le propriétaire, M. Nourredine, s’est distingué par son professionnalisme, sa disponibilité constante et la rapidité avec laquelle il répondait à chacune de nos sollicitations. Sa bienveillance et son souci de satisfaire ses hôtes confèrent au séjour une atmosphère de confiance et de sérénité. L’appartement, spacieux et confortable, a pleinement répondu aux besoins de notre famille. Si nous revenons au Maroc, nous choisirons sans hésiter ce logement à Agadir, tant pour le confort de l’appartement que pour l’accueil exceptionnel de M. Nourredine. Ce séjour fut une expérience des plus agréables, empreinte de confort et de sérénité, et je recommande chaleureusement ce logement ainsi que son propriétaire, dont l’attention et le sérieux méritent d’être pleinement reconnus. Je n’ai absolument rien à relever de négatif ; tout fut irréprochable et à la hauteur de nos attentes.

• Tamsin (10/5): Lovely apartment - Lovely views from the balcony, large space, lovely and clean. We were allowed in early which meant our children could rest after an early flight- we really appreciated this. Not as close to the beach as expected but that was probably my error for not looking it up properly, the road noise is very loud.

• Sergio (10/5): Amazing apartment, very good value for money, great brand new area very close to the beach! - The apartment was impecable, super beautiful and really well furnished. Communication with the host was very fluid and he gave us tips for restaurants and how to move around in different transportation means. The complex and area have great restaurants and cafes, and gave us a very safe feeling during the whole stay. As a plus we were able to see the sunset right from the balconies of the apartment. We absolutely loved our stay and definitely come back! We strongly recommend this property!
• Vadim (10/5): A great place with spacious rooms, two balconies and a comfortable bed - Overall, we had a pleasant stay with no issues at all. The property is situated near a busy road, but it is quiet at night with good sound insulation. There are security guards outside, which adds to the sense of safety. A lovely restaurant is located nearby, and the local shop staff were very friendly. There’s also a kebab shop, though we didn’t have the chance to try it. Communication with the property owner was excellent. The property features two balconies, which were perfect for spending some relaxing time. Please note that this property is located in Anza, not Agadir. While it’s not too far, you’ll need a car or will need to pay for a taxi, which costs around 40 MAD each way (tourist rates). This is not a negative point, but as mentioned above, the property is a little far from the main streets of Agadir, so you may need to take a taxi or hire a vehicle. However, it’s not far from Taghazout, a town well worth a visit. Additionally, Anza itself has markets, restaurants, and an old town to explore.
• Basem (10/5): Modern, clean and better than the photos - Excellent modern apartment in what seems to be newly built building complexes. Host Noureddine is very easily approachable and responds to any queries promptly. Lovely place. A car is better and you can park just outside. Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Can’t access the beach directly from the apartment complex as a road and buildings on the way. But a beautiful sight in the morning that is not overlooked by anything. Close amenities nearby. Would stay here again. Place is spacious two bedrooms apartment with two toilets and two balconies with spacious living space. Gorgeous layout overall. Flight got delayed. Host responded promptly and provided details for self check in with no issues. Nothing

• Paul (10/5): Exceptional - I absolutely love it the host was extremely helpful, and even gave me a lift to the main area and messaged me later to make sure I had arrived back ok, there was a supermarket last a 10 minutes walk, the accommodation was a 10/10 for cleanliness, TVs with netflix, kitchen was amazing I can't rate this place enough was quite save a home from home the host even messaged me to say that I had left an item there now that is purely genuine That my stay couldn't have been for longer
