• Patrick (6/5): - The amount of beds, the kitchen and the location. Contrary to being informed there was, there is categorically NO Air-conditioning ( I would hate to be staying there this weekend) and I hate being lied to. The cleaner/host offered to bring us a fan when I asked her how the air-con worked. Also, one toilet and one bathroom are not really enough for a group of six or more people. The mechanism for the blinds in one of the rooms is broken and my daughter hurt herself trying to open it. The shower head holder doesn't do its job. I can definitely see why this accommodation has been marked down from a 9 to a 6 lately but with a little more care and attention you'd get a marked improvement. The place now has the feel and vibe of a youth hostel.
• Jon (5/5): Nice flat, terrible communication - Good location, nice flat The address on the booking was wrong - we were given the correct address on the day of the booking so we wasted a lot of time trying to find the wrong address! We were met at the property by a cleaner who wasn't able to offer us any information. The number of beds was less than on the booking - when we asked the property about it they were unhelpful.
• Emilia (7/5): - Нам понравилось удобные кровати ,подземная парковка, удобная кухня. Очень не удобно што телевизор 📺 висит не зале или кухне, он висит в одной из спален где 2 кровати. Там было не везде чисто,поломаны полки в шкафу и держалка душа сломана. И очень плохо проходила вода в умывальникох в обоих ванных комнатах. Наверное забито, засорино. И чуть доликовато от чентра но ничего минут 40 ходьбы

• Tracey (7/5): Nice accommodation it was a shame the booking.com description did not match the accommodation - Location was good with shops & food outlets nearby. Nice touch was the Bottle of wine and beer in the fridge on arrival. Apartment was clean with plenty of toiletries for 8 people We requested the free shuttle service which was advertised on Booking.com but was charged 80 euros on arrival. This is still advertised as free on the website. We also requested 4 bedroom accommodation which was advertised which included twin rooms but there was only 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge. All beds were double which was not suitable as it was not appropriate for some of the guests to share. There was a spare mattress in the wardrobe, which we dragged into the lounge area for extra sleeping arrangements. It was a shame that we had these concerns as the apartment would have been perfect for 3 couples.
• Aleksandra (4/5): Disappointing - The location of the apartment is great, but it differs from the one provided on Booking. The apartment does not have 4 bedrooms; there are 3 bedrooms, and one of the beds is located in an open space. The apartment is not properly cleaned.
• Nina (8/5): Very good - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment during our vacation. The location was absolutely perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. What really stood out, however, was the flexibility and hospitality of our host.
• Reham (1/5): Not recommended - Clean They asked for extra charge 5€ for eqch person per night! They cancelled the booking last night The one who is in booking not same as the one contact with us They where not helpful The location is more than 30 minutes by walking Not recommended at all!
