• Bhavya (1/5): - The rooms were really small, tiny rooms. Hygiene was a big big issue, there was a cockroach in the water kettle. The towels were smelly too. 2nd day of my stay and there was no running water in the taps, major inconvenience faced by all the guests. Staff were not willing to help. Totally disappointed with the service and the attitude of staff. Will never go there or recommend it to anyone.

• ayse (1/5): Would recommend - Nothing No fire exit, rooms were really down but I guess that’s why the price was so cheap. Couldn’t go downstairs case properly because there was stuff blocking stairs slightly. Dirt stay ended up leaving to stay at another hotel. Staff wasn’t smiley or friendly

They unethically took our PIN and cancelled our booking on our behalf though we didn't ask for that. That's why we were charged for. It felt they cheated us from day one. First day after cancelling our rooms they send us to another poor hotel at Bandra. Next day they brought us in their hotel and gave us a very poor room where somone cant even move freely but the other room was nice. In fact they took the language advantage and cheated us with everything.

Some of the front desk staff were outright rude, displaying an attitude completely inappropriate for the hospitality industry. To make matters worse, we encountered cockroaches in both the rooms and bathrooms. This property is certainly not worth the money, and I strongly advise others not to stay here. The only saving grace was the decent breakfast and a few staff members who were polite and helpful. • Thilangi (1/5): Unprofessional and unreliable service - The only reason we selected this hotel is that it is closer to the RMC hospital. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by this hotel. Immediately after I made my reservation, my email inbox was flooded with repeated messages demanding that I pay half of the total amount in advance. I booked the room for the same day I intended to stay, so I do not understand why an advance payment was required. When my father and brother arrived at the hotel late at night, the staff informed them that the reservation had been cancelled due to non-payment. This left them helpless in an unfamiliar country at a very late hour. Although the hotel eventually provided a room for that night from another hotel, this booking was originally for six days, and my father was visiting for medical treatment, making the situation even more stressful. What made the experience even more unprofessional was the inconsistency between what the hotel said and what was shown online. The reservation still appeared as active on Booking.com even after the hotel claimed it had been cancelled. Later, the hotel rebooked the remaining five days, yet the original booking continued to appear on the website. To make matters worse, four weeks later, the hotel attempted to charge my bank card as a "no-show" despite my family having stayed there. Fortunately, this transaction did not go through. Overall, I found the service to be highly unprofessional, misleading, and unsupportive. I do not recommend this property to anyone.

• Princee (10/5): Excellent location - All South Mumbai attractions are within reach. The hotel staff is super friendl - The team were so welcoming and so helpful. Friendly staff especially the welcoming staff near the main entrance reception. Always greeting with a smile and a Namaste. Make you feel really good when you are going out or coming back. I stayed for One nights. The location was safe, great access to shops, and a pharmacy. The Indian and Western food was delicious. Would highly recommend staying here if you’re supposed to be around south Mumbai area.

Even though the hotel is still under renovation, the new rooms are very nice, and the staff go out of their way to make one feel at home. We had a lovely stay. The rooms are spacious and well laid out, with toiletries and plenty of amenities. Room service options were also very good and the breakfast buffet is the BEST. The service was great and made you feel like you were home. Definitely go up to air for a sunset and enjoy the scenes. The hotel is well located in byculla near mumbai zoo, and easy access to many spots. The staff really are the differentiator.
