Matteo Alberto (8/5): - Posizione centrale, colazione inclusa Camera piccola, situata al -1, senza finestra che facesse entrare luce ed aria. Stanza calda anche con il condizionatore acceso. Il condizionatore aveva la polvere al suo interno e una volta acceso e lasciato andare, ha rilasciato la brina mista alla polvere sul letto. Le lenzuola sono state subito sostituite

Olga (9/5): - Удобные диван и кровать. По отзывам казалось, что будет плохой завтрак, но нам всё понравилось. Варёные яйца, соски, греча, картофель, нарезка сыров и колбасы, булочки, можно сварить свежий кофе. Не люкс, но вкусно)
Agnieszka (2/5): horrible stay, would never expect this from a 4–star hotel - location in the city centre COCKROACHES IN THE BATHROOM, hot tub didn't work properly, the AC worked, but its sound didn't let me sleep at all, it was so loud, weak Internet, very poor breakfast and everyone sitting at one table at breakfast, cleaning was always very late, around 15:00 – 200 € for 3 nights is literally a joke, the standards of this hotel are nonexistent

Yeşil (3/5): Victimization - They made us wait for an hour of the night because our reservation was not visible. The water was cut off. The bath water was not hot. We were victimized a lot.
