• Yuliia (10/5): Один з найкращих апартаментів в Чехії - Дуже класні апартаменти, продумано все до дрібниць, чисто , тепло, відмінна шумоізоляція. Кавомашина з капсулами кави, таблетки для посуду мийки, пральний порошок, фен , утюг з прасувальною доскою, різноманітні ігри, книги, для приготування є необхідні набори посуду і приправи. Дійсно як наче вдома ! Дякуємо власникам за такий підхід! Наступного разу як приїдемо в Брно - то зупиняємося тільки тут ! -

• Polona (10/5): Prijetno, čisto - Zajtrk ni bil vključen, vendar si je bilo možno skuhati čaj, kavo, kar je bilo vse že tam. Všeč so mi bile majhne pozornosti - npr. steklenička vina, zobna ščetka (če bi jo slučajno pozabil),... urejenost in čistoča. Prevzem ključev nam je bil malo nejasen; a smo na koncu vse razrešli

• Harald (9/5): Für einige Tage sehr gut geeignet, werde gerne wieder hier übernachten. - Sehr schönes und neues Apartment nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Supermarkt ganz in der Nähe und auch eine Möglichkeit ein E-Auto zu laden ist ganz in der Nähe. Der Ausblick aus dem Apartment ist nicht so toll, man blickt auf einen Innenbereich, auf eine hohe Betonmauer und die Apartments gegenüber, dadurch auch tagsüber nicht viel Sonne zu sehen.
• Vadym (10/5): - Pobyt v hotelu byl velmi příjemný, máme jen pozitivní dojmy. Všechno se nám moc líbilo. Pokoj byl čistý a upravený. Majitelka hotelu je velmi milá a ochotná, každý den se zajímala, zda nám nic nechybí a zda nepotřebujeme ještě něco dalšího. Ubytování můžeme rozhodně doporučit.😄👍👍

• Daniel (10/5): - Nadštandardné vybavanie izby či už spoločenské hry alebo plne vybavená kuchyna s maličkosťami navyše 👍🏻 potešilo aj malé prekvapenie v podobe vina a cukríkov. Ďakujeme za spríjemnenie výletu Jediné, čo by mohlo niekomu prekážať, je lokalita. Nachádza sa v menej atraktívnej časti mesta, kde je vyššia koncentrácia obyvateľov z rómskej komunity. Počas nášho pobytu sme však nezažili žiadny konflikt ani nepríjemnosť, cítili sme sa bezpečne. Ak vám lokalita neprekáža, ubytovanie určite odporúčam.

• David (9/5): Pěkné ubytování téměř v centru Brna. - Prostředí Cejlu je trochu svérázné, ale ubytování bylo čisté, nové, pěkně zařízené. K dispozici byla i spol. kolárna, byť jsem to nakonec nevyužil. Pro poznávání Brna super útočiště. Sem tam hlučnější okolobydlící, asi Ukrajinci nebo Rusové. Uřvané děcko kdesi. A pár zasraných holubů někde nahoře vydávající neustále specifické zvuky :-) Jinak pohoda.

• Alexandra (9/5): Veľmi dobrý pobyt - Apartmán plne zodpovedá obrázkom, bol krásny a čistý. Oceňujem terasu, ktorá bola k dispozícii, ideálna na letné klebetenie. Posteľ bola veľmi pohodlná. Ubytovanie bolo bezproblémové, super komunikácia, všetko funguje na kód. K dispozícii aj kvalitná kozmetika, nadštandardné kúpeľňové vybavenie, kávovar nespresso. V teplých dňoch by sa tam určite hodila klimatizácia, nakoľko v apartmáne bolo veľmi teplo (hostiteľ však zaobstaral ventilátor, čo veľmi pomohlo). Na TV fungujú zrejme len platformy ako Netflix, Youtube, a pod. - normálne programy mi tam chýbali (ale možno je to len naša chyba a nevedeli sme prísť na to, kde sa to dá zapnúť). Terasa je síce krásna, ale chýba tam trošku viac súkromia (so susedmi od vedľa a aj oproti sa vidíte) a čo samozrejme hostiteľ nevie úplne ovplyvniť je prostredie a susedia. Kvôli tomuto by sme ubytovanie do budúcna zvážili.

Koupelna s velkým sprchovým koutem. Parkování hned u apartmánu. Poměr cena výkon skvělý. Okolí v pohodě, docházková vzdálenost do centra.

• Kincső (8/5): Tűrhetetlen zaj - kár érte - Valóban nagyon felszerelt és kellemes hangulatú kis lakás. Pár napra ideális, nagyon gondosan felszerelt eszközökkel, kiegészítőkkel. Közel van a belváros, a környéket biztonságosnak éreztük. A parkolás pedig tényleg nem olyan bonyolult, mint ahogy le van írva. Nagyon praktikus. Egész nap, így sajnos éjszaka is kapu csapódástól zeng az apartman. Eleinte szemet hunytunk felette, a harmadik napon már rettenetesen idegesítő volt és nem értettük, hogy ezt eddig hogy bírta itt bárki is. Pontosan nem tudjuk, hogy a bejárati kapu, vagy a garázs felől jön ez az őrjìtő hang. Javasoljuk ennek a kivizsgálását, mert ezen kívül tökéletes lenne a hely. Az éjszakákat csak füldugóval tudtuk elviselni, ami gondosan oda volt készítve a párnánkra.

Not only does she try her best to accommodate your requests, but she also asks during your stay if you need anything. The apartment is new, modern, tidy, and smells good. It is convenient that there is parking for a car. The apartment would be great for a longer stay, because it has everything you need. It wasn't a problem for us, but the crowd on the street near the house can be a bit scary. You don't feel comfortable and safe walking around. There are a lot of menacing-looking people littering around.

It was modern, clean and warm, and the hosts were easy to communicate with. Very convenient and safe parking as well. We were not expecting a studio-style apartment - while there is a relatively spacious entryway with cupboards, the bedroom, sofa bed, tv and kitchenette are all in one room. The area didn’t look the safest but was actually quite busy and the tram to the old town is very close by.

A központi fűtés este 10-kor leállt ès hajnalig nem is fűtött,tèlen nem túl kellemes.Jeleztük a problèmát, de nem kaptunk rá választ,hogy mièrt van ez így.Ha ezt javítják,akkor 10 pontos a szálláshely.

Tereza ist sehr hilfsbereit über Mobilnummer. In der Dunkelheit haben wir bissl mulmiges Gefühl. Betrunkene oder mit Drogeneinfluss, Mist und Müll überall.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable in a very modern building. There is a small kitchen which was perfect for preparing hot tea and a light meal. Great communication with the host, very precise instructions. Overall, would stay again, no doubt.

• Panagiotis (10/5): - Μείναμε στο δωμάτιο για 4 βράδια και πραγματικά ξεπεράστηκαν οι προσδοκίες μας. Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος, πολύ προσεγμένος και ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες, ίσως και καλύτερος. Το κρεβάτι άνετο, τα σεντόνια και οι πετσέτες μοσχοβολούσαν και υπήρχαν όλες οι μικρές λεπτομέρειες που κάνουν τη διαφορά, από καφέδες και τσάι μέχρι μικρά amenities στο μπάνιο. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική, με ό,τι χρειαστείς σε απόσταση περπατήματος, αλλά ταυτόχρονα το δωμάτιο είναι ήσυχο και μπορείς να ξεκουραστείς χωρίς φασαρία. Ο/Η host ήταν εξαιρετικός άνθρωπος, πολύ ευγενικός και διαθέσιμος για οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε, με άμεση επικοινωνία και χρήσιμες προτάσεις για την περιοχή. Γενικά νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας και σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε και θα το προτείνουμε χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη.
