• Sylwia Kania (8/5): Polecam ze względu na basen i sklep na dole - Obiekt ma swoje lata, jednak miał wszystko czego trzeba na wakacjach. Basen super sprawa, syn wołał się w nim pluskać niż w morzu. Bardzo fajna lokalizacja - blisko plaży i świetnie wyposażony sklep na dole. Winda bardzo się przydała przy małym dzieckiem w wózku. Łóżka wygodne, ale skrzypiące. Było średnio czysto, co było bardzo widoczne przy raczkującym maluchu. Byliśmy 9 nocy i ani jednego sprzątania. Dziwny zapach w sypialni.
• Simone (7/5): Für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Ordnung - Der Pool an sich war super für unsere Kinder. Leider ist das Pflaster im Poolbereich sehr scharfkantig. Kinder haben sich regelmäßig die Zehen aufgerissen Küche sehr schlecht ausgestattet. Es war nicht mal möglich einen ordentlichen Kaffee zuzubereiten

• Gunars Balodis (7/5): Für einen kurzen Stadtbesuch ohne Anspruch geeignet. - Der Check-in Service ist sehr freundlich; die Anlage selbst eine nüchterne Wohnanlage in 2-3 Reihe zum Stadtstrand. Das Apartment ist eher nüchtern (fast kahl), erfüllt aber seinen Zweck wenn man nur Übernachten möchte. Parkplätz sind genügend vorhanden, wenn auch kostenpflichtig - dennoch ein Muß im Wohngebiet. Alles sehr nüchtern, etwas lieblos.

• Agnes (10/5): Nice family stay - We booked the apartment 1 day before arrival and had a check with the reception on phone. The lady was very kind and supportive. We booked a big family apartment and got a sea view accomodation with 2 balconies with nice view to the city and both to the sun rise and the sun set. We read the views before arrival and the whole complex exceeded our expectation. True it is quite retro, but clean, close to the beach and within 30 minutes walking to the city centre with 3 kids. Right in the building there is a good supermarket, a kind of bakery, a street away is super icecream and just a few streets away a market that is operated on Wednesday. The bus station is also just in hand and with that we could travel around the city and visit nice beaches like Maria Pia. The bathroom is not comfortable. The size is good, but the shower is too small, it is difficult to close the door and to flush the toilet.

Maleńki prysznic z dziwną mało higieniczną zasłonką. Łóżko dla dzieci wydawało skrzypiące dźwięki przy każdym ruchu. Brudna lodówka. Brak zmiotki. Maleńka saszetka płynu do mycia naczyń, która starczyła na jeden dzień.

• Yolanda (3/5): Si lo sé no voy - la piscina, la cama de matrimonio que son dos individuales juntas pero están bien. la mesa del comedor es grande. que hay supermercado abajo. no me gusto la cocina no habia campana extractora con lo cual en cuanto cocinabas lo minimo TODO el apartamento se llenaba de humo, tampoco habia luz encima de los fogones así que tenia que poner la linterna del móvil para alumbrar lo que estaba cocinando, el menaje de cocina justísimo, no hay cortinas ni nada o sea que persiana arriba y te vé el de enfrente o persiana abajo y no ves tú. El plato de ducha era súper pequeño y sin repisas para poner el jabón ni nada. la cama supletoria no se podia subir porque las patas estaban mal y el "somier"son unos alambres entrecruzados formando ochos que te dejan la espalda molida. La mesa, sillas y suelo de la terraza sucio. El microondas debajo de la tele, Hay ruido a las 6 y algo de la mañana debido al súper

Un supermercato fornitissimo a fianco del residence (TOP!!) con bar per fare colazione. Una passeggiata di circa 15 minuti per arrivare in centro ma per me, che amo camminare, era davvero il massimo! Unica pecca l’angolo cottura… da migliorare assolutamente perché così come si presenta (mancanza di cappa, due piastre elettriche decisamente datate e poco spazio per appoggiare piatti e altro) rovina un po’ la permanenza

• Hernán (6/5): Deben mejorar para dar una mejor experiencia. - Es amplio y estaba todo muy limpio. La ubicación es muy buena. La piscina dado que tienen horarios muy reducidos. El apartamento estaba muy poco equipado y por ende nos se podía cocinar con libertad. Al mismo tiempo, no había ni jabones ni esponjas para lavar. Creo que tienen equiparlo mejor con las cosas indispensables para garantizar una mejor experiencia. Por otro lado, en Booking ofrecen servicios que no tienen, por ejemplo el servicio de lavandería. En este caso tuvimos que ir a un supermercado a hacerlo nosotros mismos.

• Lina (7/5): Tolles Preis Leistungs Verhältnis - Das war nicht unser erster Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft, nur leider haben wir dieses Mal ein Zimmer erhalten welches ganz komisch gerochen hat.. Die nette Dame an der Rezeption war zwar sehr hilfsbereit aber dennoch konnte das Problem nicht gelöst werden bis wir schlussendlich das Zimmer wechseln durften.

• Mary (10/5): Very enjoyable and the sea was lovely and clear. - Location was great. Very near beach and bus stops and plenty of restaurants in the area. Don't seem to be many taxis around. Maybe put a shelf in bathroom to hold toiletries and a mirror in the hall or bathroom.

Príchod prvý deň v neskorých nočných hodinách nebol žiadny problém, kľúč od apartmánu sme mali v obálke na nástenke. Slabšie vybavenie v kuchyni, pohovka + prístelka pre deti veľmi nepohodlná, málo miesta v izbe.

Etwas laut (Straße) aber das wird ab 23 Uhr besser. Eigentlich ist das in so einer lebhaften tollen Stadt zu erwarten. Also gibt es nichts zu meckern.

• susan (8/5): Great stay in a good value for money apartment - Spotlessly clean lovely large bedroom Great location very near a beach and a nice 20 minute walk along the seafront into the old town. Great small supermarket downstairs. Friendly helpful lady at reception. Lovely pool area with plenty of sunbeds. Small shower with a funny door/ shower curtain! Although we had a sea view there was an enormous phone mast just across the road.
• Magda Avram (5/5): - The location (near an almost decent beach, but if you want to quickly get to the beach and the promenade area, it's a good option), the supermarket at the base of the property, and some affordable options to eat at 2 mins walk distance. For a stay of 7 nights: 1. The apartment was not cleaned and the bathroom was not disinfected before our arrival. There was sand and dust on the floors. We felt the need to rewash the cutlery and dishes before using them. 2. The walls are very thin and there was a constant noise from the other apartments during the day and most parts of the night. The entrance doors have a system of auto closing which causes constant strong door slams. Day and night. It was a real struggle to rest. We were 3 families in 3 different apartments, in different blocks of the property, and we all had the same issue. Nobody checks if the property rules and silence schedule are respected. And they are not. Every night parties on the terraces, late night door slams, furniture movement... just to name a few. 3. The sofas in the living area are not suitable for sleeping. The mattresses were uncomfortable and the expandable part was broken. 4. No insect net, therefore if we wanted to air the room during the nights, we would most certainly have "visitors". 5. Rules for +5 mandatory garbage types to be collected (admirable!), but only 4 bags and 2 containers provided in the apartment to do so.

Sauber, nettes Personal und 10 min mit dem Auto vom Flughafen Alghero entfernt!!! Tolle grosse Terrasse mit 2 Palmen vorne, wo man ein Vogelkonzert geniessen kann morgens und abends... einfach toll!!!

Yatakları rahat değildi.Bir büyük çift kişilik yatak yazıyor ama 2 tane tek kişilik yatağın birleştirilmesinden oluşmuş.Özellikle kanepeleri değiştirmelerini tavsiye ederim.Çünkü yatmaya elverişli değil.
