- Dawn-Marie Williams (3/5): Highly disappointing & uncomfortable. - • It took 2 HOURS for a sandwich to arrive in which it was cold, stale and the chicken was rubber. • The Aircon didn't work, underfloor heating was on high and only able to get fixed by a mechanic, and the fridge wasn't plugged in nor had a plug nearby to plug into. • Only one member of staff spoke English. I understand that I cannot expect everyone to speak English, but when it is advertised as an English speaking hotel and instead you have staff communicating by Google translate, you know you're going to struggle. • my room was outside the hotel, up many many steps and along many paths. When I asked to move rooms due to CFS, having a chest infection and breakfast being too far to walk comfortably, I was told there were no rooms. When I decided to leave the hotel after one night, suddenly a new room was available. • This part may lose some people, but as a claircognizant psychic, I am very attune to energy. I felt uncomfortable the entire time and had very disturbing nightmares. For my entire time in Turkey, I only had nightmares in this hotel. My nervous system was telling me to leave. • The room was incredibly outdated. It had very 'static caravan' vibes. No character, very hollow, and very overpriced. • I asked if I had to leave the hotel if the Aircon couldn't be fixed or room changed if I would get a refund - they skirted around the question entirely. I knew I wouldn't get a refund so I handed in my key, settled my bill and left. • I then received a message from the hotel stating I hadn't paid for an order of ice cream (strep throat necessity!) despite it not being on the bill and showing them the payment from my bank app. As I had already left, due to all these reasons, and had settled my bill, anything that wasn't stated on the bill at check out is their problem. I could not believe the audacity and told them as such, in which they then retracted their steps.

Consigliatissimo - Staff molto gentile, ottima colazione e posizione perfetta e tranquilla a 5 min a piedi dal centro di Göreme, ampio parcheggio gratuito. Camere spaziose e pulitissime. Alcuni punti negativi minori, ma nel complesso abbiamo trascorso una settimana molto piacevole per cui lo consigliamo sicuramente. Purtroppo per accedere alla sala colazione bisogna fare una rampa di scale (senza ascensore) che potrebbe mettere in difficoltà le persone con problemi di mobilità. Per accede alle camere al primo piano è invece possibile utilizzare, se necessario, l'ascensore di servizio. L'impianto di climatizzazione, almeno nella nostra camera, sembrava non funzionare correttamente offrendo solo una ventilazione senza variazioni della temperatura dell'aria qualunque fossero le impostazioni. Avevamo chiesto la sveglia alle 3.30 del mattino per effettuare la gita in mongolfiera, purtroppo nessuno ci ha chiamato. Per fortuna avevamo impostato anche una nostra sveglia per cui non ci sono state conseguenze, per cui consiglio a chi abbia la stessa necessità di non fare affidamento totale alla sveglia dalla reception.

Das Hotel ist etwas abgelegen deshalb sehr ruhig , fand ich gut, kein Lärm von aussen zu hören. Das Zentrum gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Alles war in der nähe.

- Anna (10/5): - A wonderful, cozy, and spotless hotel! The staff are warm and caring — especially Doğa at the reception, who helped me recover things I’d left on a bus that went to another town! Great breakfasts, beautiful mountain views, and delicious Cappadocian wine from the hotel’s own cellar. The location is perfect: peaceful yet only a 5-minute walk from the town center, close to hiking trails and the Open-Air Museum. In the morning, you can watch dozens of hot air balloons rising right next to the hotel. Such a magical place — we loved every moment and truly recommend it!

- marius (7/5): party anthem - Although the hotel lives up as it advertise, the staff is wonderful, the location is excellent, the breakfast is wonderful, one thing that makes you give up is that they are organizing parties. we stay there for 4 nights and 2 nights were with party outside, loud music and hundreds of persons chating till midnight.... very frustrating and misleading considering that they advertise on booking no "party/events allowed"...

The breakfast was fantastic. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The bathroom and shower were spotless. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay. First, the soundproofing—I know I booked a room without it, but it felt like there was no door at all. Some soundproofing would be great, as I could clearly hear everything, even normal conversations. Second, the internet was very bad; it kept connecting and disconnecting every 5 seconds. When I asked the staff, they told me I was the first person to complain, even though others had the same issue, and I didn’t appreciate that lie. Otherwise, everything was great, and I would book again, but in a back room away from the hallway.

It’s a 5 minute walk from the town center. The staff is great, willing to assist. I can’t remember all their names but they were wonderful. The breakfast is delicious too! Our flight was leaving before breakfast began so the staff packed us each a breakfast box 🥹🫶🏼 çok teşekkür ederim Zemi Hotel Cappadocia! I liked everything

- Nathalie (9/5): Bel hôtel dans un beau cadre - Hôtel situé dans un très beau cadre, à proximité du centre, sans les nuisances sonores. Les chambres sont confortables, le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est varié, et la piscine agréable mais pas chauffée. La piscine un peu froide (25 degrés).

L'hôtel était à 5 min à pieds du centre ville du coup tout étais très proche ( restaurant café ...) merci à Monsieur Ali pour l'accueil très chaleureux il était très gentil accueillant souriant ! Merci également à Mustafa , Kubra , Yasin très gentil souriant on a bien rigolé. Ils ont bien rigolé avec notre petit bébé 😊 Petit déjeuner top ! Piscine 26°C top Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur du coup attention la poussette. Mais on a trouvé un moyen de le mettre dans la salle de bagage donc nickel. Le petit déjeuner je trouve qu'il manquait un peu de plat traditionnel turc qu'on mange les matins mais sinon c'était assez varié. Seul bémol : il y avait des travaux à côté mais ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel

Modern, cozy, quiet, and perfectly located in a beautiful setting. 100% recommended. If I were to return to Göreme and look for accommodation, I would definitely choose this hotel again. I especially want to highlight the professionalism and kindness of the staff, who made our stay even more enjoyable: Mustafa at the reception; Kubra at the restaurant and buffet; and Cener and Edanur at the SPA. Thank you all for your outstanding service! The only area for improvement would be the preparation of some restaurant dishes—such as the chicken sandwich—which did not live up to the rest of the experience. It would be great to see more attention given to this aspect. While the hotel was very helpful in organizing and booking various tours, we would have appreciated more transparency regarding pricing. Some services seemed significantly overpriced, likely due to intermediary markups. For instance, the Whirling Dervishes religious ceremony—free for locals—was offered to us at €35 per person, with no distinction between adults and children, even when attending in your own vehicle and without a guide. Likewise, the visit to the “Aladdin” pottery workshop in Avanos felt like a tourist trap, with prices up to four times higher than expected. It appears that hotels, guides, and agencies may have arrangements in place. We recommend avoiding purchases at that factory. In Göreme, you can find shops offering similar-quality items at much fairer prices—such as "Imperial Art Gallery", where we bought a handmade decanter at a reasonable price.

- Jeanne-Mari (10/5): Romantic couple getaway - Wow. What a beautiful experience. Location was just out of the hustle and bustle of central Goreme, but close enough to walk to everything. Loved cooling off in the pool and we could even see the hit air balloons from our bed in the morning! Restaurant is quite expensive.

La chambre était spacieuse avec tout le confort nécessaire. Un large choix au niveau du petit déjeuner. Le manque de fermeté concernant une famille lors d'une nuit où les enfants courraient dans le couloir vers minuit qui jouentet frappentauxportesdes chambres, les pleures incessant des enfants jusqu'à 4h du matin. les parents qui s'en foutent et laisse la porte de leur chambre ouverte malgré plusieurs appels à la réception sans déplacement de leur part. c'est dommage...

Территория отеля достаточно большая , ухоженная и красивая! Сам отель с приятным интерьером, выдержан в спокойных тонах. Наш номер мне очень понравился, просторный, уютный! Спали крепко и счастливо! С балкона был чудесный вид на парящие шары по утрам! Персонал улыбчивый, приветливый! Были в сауне и хамаме, везде порядок, чистота, полотенца мягкие и пушистые ) В таком волшебном месте хочется задержаться еще! Все очень понравилось! Еще бы крытый навес для авто, как маленькое пожелание!

- Nurlan (10/5): - Мы провели в Zemi hotel два дня и этого оказалось мало для такого прекрасного отеля. Отель новый, современный, но при этом сохранен стиль "cave", аутентичность Каппадокии. В номере есть даже кофемашина 😉 Лучший персонал, лучшая атмосфера. Али на ресепшн очень вежливый, добродушный, узнал и подсказал нам когда будут запускаться шары, без него мы бы пропустили этот прекрасный момент. Даже не выходя из отеля можно увидеть шары, все в шаговой доступности. Если бы в каждом городе был такой отель было бы здорово, чтобы понять то о чем говорю нужно остаться в Zemi hotel.Спасибо Zemi hotel и его персоналу, мы будем Вас рекомендовать всем знакомым и друзьям! Очень красивая территория и сам отель, чисто, приятно, в центре, но вокруг тихо и спокойно. Вкусные и разнообразие завтраки, приятный персонал, есть спа зона и бассейн на улице. В пешей доступности от нескольких точек обзора воздушных шаров и музея под открытым небом. Мне все понравилось. Нет такого

Good free car parking, with security oversight. Easy walk into town. Having to log in to internet every time. Coffee machine at breakfast was swapped during our stay, and the new one only offered instant coffee.

- aydan (10/5): Harika bir konaklama deneyimi - Açık büfe kahvaltısı bölgenin en iyisi. Sabahları Peribacaları arasında havalanan balon manzarası ile uyandık. Otel, Göreme açık hava müzesinin içinde müthiş bir konumda. Bir sonraki Kapadokya ziyaretimde konaklayacağım tek otel!
