• Roughley (9/5): This property has everything from a wonderful ocean view to a very functional kitchen and it’s just 10 mins walk to town - The house is very private, on a cliff with perfect ocean views and a few steps to the beach and 10 mins walk from town. The house was spotless and suited our family of 7 (2 couples, 3 singles) perfectly. Comfy beds and furniture and the kitchen has absolutely everything. Could do with a second toilet with 7 people in the house.

• Leanne (10/5): A beautiful home and stunning location for our family to come together and enjoy a special time together. - Fabulous location. The views over the ocean were spectacular. Watching whales and the changing ocean from the backyard and house was enjoyed by the whole family. Great setup for a family holiday. We were all very comfortable and enjoyed the house - three generations came together and all catered for. The stairs down to the beach were an adventure for our grandchildren.

• TheTerrys (10/5): A slice of Paradise! Stunning ocean views for miles, whales, dolphins and serenity - We loved everything about this place! Maria is an amazing host, and has provided a slice of paradise with her home. It is extremely well appointed and comfortable. We initially booked for 2 nights, but because it was so lovely we booked for another 3 nights. Every morning we would wake up to the beautiful ocean views, and enjoyed whale watching and dolphin spotting. It was so quiet and peaceful, only the sounds of the waves and birds. Everything was perfect!!!

All needs catered for including laundry room The property was lovely. A slight disadvantage, given the ultra high spec, was having only 1 bathroom in the property.

• Sharmeen (9/5): Perfect stay in beautiful bermagui - The house is perfect and more. Located in the center of everything and was very very convinient. My family enjoyed the view, the tv had netflix, prime and disney. They were lost for choice. Me and partner enjoyed sitting outside sipping tea and enjoying sunsire each morning. The beach was easily accessible. We could go for a morning, evening and even a midnight walk. It was utterly beautiful. The owner was ready to solve any issue at any hours of the day. The best beach experience anyone could have. Will definitely visit with extended family, with so many spacious bedrooms available There was nothing not to like.
• Wood (10/5): Exceptional - The House had direct access to the beach with easy access. Spectacular ocean views from the kitchen and living areas. Eating breakfast and watching whales go by was the best experience. There was absolutely nothing we disliked. Going back home was hard.
• Scott (10/5): Unbeatable location at its price point. I will be back if I'm in Bermagui with a group. - The location was simply spectacular. The biggest feature was only having to share a beach with the other properties along it. The house was very clean when we arrived and the kitchen was very well equiped. There was plenty of space to park multiple cars and the yard was large enough for a few dogs to run around. The host, Maria, was very communicative and responsive with questions and issues. The only thing that became occasionally annoying was sharing one full bathroom with 7 people. There was also a bedroom that you had to go through another bedroom to get to, but it didn't bother me as I was not in either.

• Harden (10/5): Bloody brilliant ! - Great roomy and well equipped facility; beautiful views and location; lovely part of the world to visit - our group of friends were really impressed with th whole vibe of the thing and look forward to returning - this is an awesome place for a restful holiday Could do with a Resch's tap in the kitchen but otherwise it has everything for a great stay. Cant really think of anything negative about this stay.
