• Marja (7/5): Apartment small, but OK. Communication with host poor. - It wasn't anything special. Apartment OK, not that big for five people. Parking facility OK. Communication with the host. We never understood that we had to pay cash since we had booked with a credit card. This lead to quite a lot of discussion. Our host - we don't even know whether it was a man or a woman - claimed to have no bank account. We thought this was really strange.

• Pascale (10/5): Appartement très agréable et sécurisé - Accueil très agréable, appartement nickel, parking privé et fermé, et propriétaire très réactif aux questions posées. Même si l’appartement est un peu excentré, rejoindre le cœur ancien de Berat est aisé et le stationnement aussi. Merci pour tout. Un petit bémol pour la plaque de cuisson et la présence de quelques bols ou grandes tasses aurait été parfaite.

• Lana (7/5): Prima verblijf, redelijk dicht bij het centrum. - Kookfaciliteiten. Er was alleen een elektrische oven met 2 elektrische pitjes erbovenop. Als je de oven gebruikte kon je niet tegelijkertijd de pitjes gebruiken. Je moest dus van tevoren goed plannen en nadenken over welk gerecht je kon maken.

Il y a un bel espace nature autour de la maison et l’ emplacement est vraiment proche du centre ville de Berat😃 Le rapport qualité/ prix est super! Je recommande! • Mascha (3/5): Poor - The two bedrooms are practically equally outfitted, both are spacious and have much needed air-conditioning units. It was quite hard to find at first, maps wasn't accurate.The host was impersonal, not particularly friendly at first, in the exactly 2 minutes we saw her. But after I commented on a giant ant problem in the kitchen, she had the audacity to suggest we "brought something infested, we don't have an ant problem", which was very rude, because that of course wasn't the case and we spent hours to clean our food from the ants!!!
• Lauren (3/5): Poor - Very basic, needs a bit of updating, no hot water, shower head not attached to wall, dodgy plug socket for kettle. Please be aware parking is on grass and our car got stuck due to heavy rain; neighbours were very helpful getting us out!
• Hans (10/5): Relax and enjoy berat starting from vila fjorentin - Its very quiet clean spacious friendly host very good parking inside the land good beds balcony with nice views. We made very last booking and arrived 2-3 minutes after the booking. The host welcomed us and cleaned the last things immediately. Within 10 minutes we entered the villa. Perfect It was almost perfect 9.9 out of 10. Only 2 small things i miss bed side lamps and shower curtain

• Stiljano (10/5): Highly recommend this Villa in Berat Albania - I had the pleasure of staying at Villa Fjorentin in Berat, Albania, for one night, and it was a wonderful experience. The owner was incredibly kind and communicative, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The villa itself was amazing, with a very clean toilet, room, and kitchen, which made my stay even more comfortable. The property also offers convenient amenities like a parking area and a large garden, which adds to the charm and tranquility of the place. Overall, I highly recommend Villa Fjorentin to anyone visiting Berat. It's a perfect blend of hospitality and comfort. Nothing ;)

Recommended. The lighting in the room is definitely too bright. I recommend bringing a camping lamp if, like me, you like to fall asleep reading a book with a soft light.

• Moshe (10/5): Exceptional - We came on a famoly vacation with 5 kids. The host was wonderful and helpful. Apartment was clean, with everything we needed and more. The host went out of his way to assist us, even picked some fruit for us to enjoy. The only thing negative was the distance, which is a good 20.minute walk from the main attractions in town. We knew this in advance but it turned out tiring walking back and forth.
