• Sukhvir (10/5): Best Place to stay in Varanasi for Solo Traveller & Group with limited budget - 1-Proactive approach of management-Reason- As per booking I was supposed to check in around 1400 on 23 Feb 2024, but my train got rescheduled with delay of 11:30 Hrs. So I updated my check in time accordingly on site, and to my surprise I rec'd a call from Mr Akash Arora(Owner) to assure me that my booking will be honoured irrespective of train delay, no advance payment & at whatever time i checks in(Kudos to his Guest hospitality mindset). 2-My train despite getting rescheduled it got further delayed by 0130 hrs., However when I called the given no. The available staff Mr. Ravi Pal helped me with guidance of giving direction towards the hotel, to my surprise it's very close to Railway Station. 3-Though I checked out around 10 AM due to tight schedule as I had only 1 day to spend in varanasi & my train for next destination was around midnight Mr. Akash Arora extended his generous hand towards me & requested me to be at hotel free of charge instead of waiting for train at railway station (Which usually gets delayed in this part due to many reasons). Thx Akash Bhai 4-My personal recommendation to Solo Traveller - Below are the question should be asked to yourself before spending money on unnecessary things. A) What is the purpose of Visit to Varanasi? A religious, Ancient Cultural exploration or Picnik? My suggestion:Stick to you ur purpose, Don't pretend to behave other way. B) Don't Waste Money on booking Highly tariff hotel (Irrespective they are close to Railway Station or Ghat)as transport is not an issue in Varanasi( Ghats have to explore with Walk or Boat Ride) With my experience I highly recommend Maa Gayatri Dormattory to Solo Traveller.Thx again to the Management Team of Hotel..See you soon on my return trip.. As of nothing but expect the Management to keep raising their expectation bar with innovative approach. Best of Luck and Many Thanks for making my stay very comfortable...Kudos 😄😄😄
