• Aleksandra (8/5): - I liked the cleanliness and the bed. The bathroom was also warm and clean. Location is quite far from the city centre, but it is a quiet neighbourhood, which was great. The couch was too small and there was no proper place for eating because it only had 1 small and short table not suitable for dining. The provided dishes were all made from plastic, even the glasses for water which is not that hygenic. We wish there was an iron provided as well.

• estelle (7/5): - Appartement pratique et agréable avec tout ce qu'il faut (dont machine à laver très pratique). J'ai trouvé le bâtiment plutôt calme, c'était agréable, et le quartier et très paisible. Ce n'était pas très propre. La cuvette était sale, les étagères pleines de poussières et les sols faits grossièrement. Ça restait ok, et habitable ! Le lit était propre, la douche aussi. Mais ce n'est pas suffisant. On voit que c'est un ménage fait pour "faire propre", mais pas hygiéniquement propre. Dommage. Les photos de l'appartement que nous avons loué n'est pas celui que nous avons eu ! Je l'avais pris exprès pour sa luminosité mais à la place nous n'avions pas de fenêtre dans le salon. Ne soyez pas certain de l'appartement que vous aurez. Le lit est petit, je pense 130 ou 140 cm max ! Couple ou personnes grandes, ou qui aime la place, attention !

• Dylan (8/5): Great but not perfect - Shower room was open and useful. I didn’t have to worry about losing my key to get in. The AC when it is on gets really cold which is awesome! The area is a very short walk from Yahiro station and even Skytree is run-able distance from the property. At night it gets incredibly quiet so much that your whispers even echo. If you wake up before 10a then good luck eating anywhere because there is not a soul in that area that cooks breakfast for people. You really have to go out of your way for it.

• Marga (2/5): This kind of accommodation ‘airbnb’ is just not for me - Quiet location, close to convenience stores and train station, washing machine, good sized fridge It was obvious that the room wasn’t cleaned properly. Rubbish was left in the bathroom, mirror was dirty, bed wasn’t made for the 3rd person so I had to do it. Only 1 toilet paper provided for 3 guests-I was given one 2 days later. Stained towel was replaced with an orange coloured towel which was a bit strange. Stained pillowcase. Smoke alarm was ringing on my 2nd night for an hour before the issue was solved. Very unexpected for Japan. It’s not worth my money.

• Michal (6/5): Pleasant - Very nice apartment There was a mistake with the bedding and I had to go an entire night without. However the problem was resolved the next day.
• Ronaldo (7/5): On cleaning - Legend Court Hikifune is near the train station. 1. DUE to the following: a. Hotel is self check-in, the password was already provided to guests before hand. b. My spouse is extremely suffering from knee pain. c.All guests were exposed to unbearable cold weather if we stay long outside. We deemed to checked-in a bit early 3:15pm on 23 Dec 2024. We found thlhe room is uncleaned decided to lay our head on the floor waiting for the cleaner. The contract cleaner guy, saw us and the entire uncleaned room and we encouraged him to clean the room and changed the used beddings. Contract cleaner did not clean the room and left without a word. The owner/building administrator messaged us later that he will charged for early checked-in: 1. On 23 Dec 2023 cleaner failed to clean our room. 2. We the guests, we're the one who cleaned, mop and changed beddings. 3. On 24 & 25 Dec 2024 (2) two days cleaner failed to clean the room. Owner/ Hotel administrator was apologetic reason unknown. 4. Cleaning of room was only made on 26 Dec 2024.

• Suely (7/5): Good - The space of the apartment, cleanliness, the furniture are quite good. The location was far away from any sightseeing spot. There are no elevators and there weren´t any mention or photo about it, making difficult the stay. Also, the towels available were too small, at the size of hand towels. The system of code is quite difficult.

• Shaira (5/5): It looks new but should be cleaned properly and the property should remove the stains on the floor. - It looks new and it’s an apartment type. It was not cleaned properly. There’s a lot of hair and I have to clean it after just arriving. The amenities that were provided during our stay were not enough for the duration of our stay. I hope they will add some cooking utensils. One pan is not enough though. I really wished it was cleaned properly. Floors has lots of stains.

• Kelly (4/5): Besides the building is fairly new, nothing is really good about this place - New building. Lots of hangers and places for hanging the laundry The passcode for the entrance does not work!!! Lucky another tenant help us out as they were having the same problem when they first arrived!! No elevator, had to bring our luggages to the third floor!!! Not enough toilet paper, laundry detergent and toiletries. Only given one small bottle of shampoo, conditioner and body cleanser and a tiny soap bar for 4 day 3 night stay! The small bottle has a paper wrapper but once the wrapper is wet the labels are broken. You can’t tell what you are using after first use 🙄!! No instructions were given that we need to turn on the hot water before use. We had to figure it out ourselves! Location is not convenient at all. There’s not much restaurant near by. Only one frying pan in the kitchen.
• Nina (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean, but small Tokyo style. ( Which is normal) Close to the train station and 7/eleven. I did not see the staff membres, but if I had questions they responded very quicly. Would like to stay here again. What I missed, because we were 3, is a small table and chair. I like to write but use the windowsill instead.
• Oliver (7/5): Large affordable Tokyo apartment with no onsite service - The size of the room! it’s basically a small one bedroom apartment with laundry, mini kitchenette & large refrigerator The price we paid was also very reasonable for Tokyo - it is difficult to find affordable accommodations for two adults, and one preteen There’s no onsite service - it’s a automated type accommodations (do it yourself) - if there’s a problem or issue you need to fix it yourself as we encountered with a bathroom drainage issue (luckily I was able to fix it, however I was told that I need to do this myself, and they would reimburse us for the cleaning fluids with receipt) There’s also nothing to do in the area. You basically have to take a train or walk long distances to to find anything In addition the instructions, and how to use the properly are poorly written, for example there was no instructions, stating that the room key also had a key fob attached to it, which is used to enter the building etc
• Shahirul (8/5): Legend Court Hikifune will definitely be considered again on our next visit to Tokyo. - The apartment space was comfortable for 3 adults. The washing machine, microwave, stove, internet and air-conditioning were really useful. The Yahiro train station was just a 7 minutes walk away. Carrying suitcases up and down to/from the 3rd floor through the narrow staircase was quite a workout.
