- Kairav (9/5): - I booked a room from booking.com. It definitely worth the money. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The washroom is clean and hygienic. The staff are polite and help to arrange pickup - drop and rental bike. Highly recommended!!

- Pratiksha (10/5): Wonderful stay - The room is spacious and clean. The executive suite had an attached balcony that is perfect for your morning and afternoon coffee. Rooms had Netflix etc to pass the time. Just a 10 minute walk to the beach with lots of restaurant choices close by if you don't want to eat at a shack on the beach. Staff is polite, welcoming, and helpful. Nothing as such. Maybe a hand towel would be useful. Some people might not prefer the black bathroom interior especially the toilet bowl, but it was clean and well maintained

- Sharma (1/5): All in all, this hotel experience was horrible, and I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here. - We stayed in the executive suite of Hotel Pajaros Blu for 2 nights. These 2 nights resulted in one of the most horrendous experiences we ever had in a hotel. We booked the room for 4 adults, but the room was too small to fit 4 adults. There was one king bed and one “sofa bed”. However, the sofa bed was just an ill-fitting mattress on top of a small couch. Half of the bed was drooping down the side of the couch. It was difficult for even a single person to sleep on it, leave two! The reception staff refused to understand the difficulty for 4 adults to sleep in such a room and did not agree to add an extra mattress free of charge. After lots of coaxing and arguing they finally relented and put an extra mattress. The room size was not the only factor which led to this horrible experience. On going to the bathroom to take a relaxing shower, we realized that there was no hot water! When we called the reception, the staff told us that water was warmed through solar panels and you would get hot water only after 10 AM the next morning. Because of this we couldn't take hot showers at night or morning before 10 am. We ended up taking a shower in the cold water, This was very frustrating and we couldn't understand why someone would use the system of solar panels for heating water in a hotel where there would be multiple families. Google map shows this as a 4 star hotel, but this is nowhere close to a 2 star hotel given the basic facilities such as hot water shower is missing. The price was too high for such a bad experience. All in all, this hotel experience was horrible, and I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here.

- Mashalkar (7/5): Early check in Staff taken 1000 rs extra - Overall experience was good because of the room quality and comfort, but the hotel could improve flexibility and transparency regarding early check-in policies. We reached the hotel at 8:00 a.m. and already had two confirmed bookings. For early check-in, the staff initially asked for ₹2,000 for just two hours. After some negotiation, they agreed to ₹1,000 as an early check-in charge. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The amenities were good and overall stay was pleasant. However, the early check-in charges felt a bit high considering we already had confirmed bookings.

Firstly, Exterior appearance of the property is not as shown in the pics. Secondly, there is no lift in the property. They have rooms in First and second floor only. Allocated rooms in the second floor and with 2 senior citizens climbing up and down was tough. Swimming pool is small. Thirdly, I do not agree with the 4 star rating given to this property. Fourthly, never go for water sports activities in their package. It is simply waste of your money and time. You may check for a proper agency and go with them. Wanted to cancel the second day booking but they are insisting for 50% pay. The online help assistant Neha was bit rude when we requested for cancellation due to non availability of lift. We reached the property by 10.30 and 2 rooms were ready and another 2 rooms were given by 12.30.

- Madis (8/5): Very good - Pool Our room faced the street, and in the evening there was a lot of noise coming from the street. The AC was also noisy when sitting on the balcony. So, for someone who values peace and quiet, this place might not be ideal. The bed linens were also worn out and had become bobbly.
