Victor (1/5): WORST EXPERIENCE I've been through in more than 10 years of using booking.com AVOID! - Nothing at all. The entire experience was stressful, disappointing, and completely ruined our final night. Instead of enjoying our trip, we spent the night dealing with relocation, stress, and uncertainty. There was absolutely no effort from the property to make things right or show any basic hospitality. On the day of check-in, at 23:30, I was suddenly informed that the Triple Room I had booked and paid for was no longer available. We were forced to relocate in the middle of the night to a different property at our own expense. The room we were given actually cost less than what we paid for, yet we still received no refund for the difference, They simply profited at our expense and could not have cared less. Instead of a triple room, we were given a double room with an unmade mattress, placed on the floor, not even a proper bed in a cheaper property and room though we paid for a TRIPLE ROOM, did not even bother to arrange it at least. The staff were extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and refused any responsibility or compensation. The whole situation felt dishonest and misleading, and in my experience it felt like a complete scam. I strongly advise everyone to avoid booking this property. THEY TOLD US THAT WE SHOULD BE GRATEFUL TO THEM THAT WE AT LEAST RECEIVED SOMETHING. UNIMAGINABLE

Sharma Kashinath (7/5): Ok stay - The hotel is value for money. It was a clean space provided. Room was a bit tiny but was clean and well maintained. Staff were very helpful as well. Our keys were not working and each time we have to tell the reception staff to come and open the door for us. We were informed that dinner would take 45 minutes but it took way longer than that and we believe that they order the food and that's why it took so much of time. Though the food was good, it would be good to communicate that they would not cook inhouse.

I had to ask many times to receptionists to provide hot water and learned later it was only a swift on the wall. They could be more friendly and helpful. Area isn't very good and not easy to find near by cafes or markets.

When I booked it stayed the hotel had an ATM, shop, beauty parlour on site this was incorrect. There is no restaurant on site either. There is a place where u can eat your take aways in the hotel. There is so no room service, I was told mo good is allowed in the room. Incorrect information about the hotel on the bookings.com website which I have feedback to the manager during my stay

The room was spotless, the bed super comfortable, and everything just felt thoughtfully put together. Staff were genuinely warm and attentive without being pushy. What really stood out was how quiet it was at night — perfect for catching up on sleep. Location was spot-on too, close to everything but tucked away just enough to feel peaceful. Would definitely stay here again without a second thought

One of the top sheets was not very clean - it was not dirty but seemed to have dust settled on it which could be because the bed was made days before the room was occupied? It was handled well.

Offers a 24 hours reception service that is prompt. The room was decent for the price & location, and was very clean and comfortable. Basic service options but it wasn't a problem for my short stay. Andheri West is a pretty bustling part of the city, and yet the hotel is in a quieter part with many restaurants and shops in the area. Traffic in the area can get clogged even during the afternoons because of many lane closures and single lane streets. Plan for it accordingly. Prefer auto-rickshaws over cabs but do it at your own risk! ;)

Clemens (1/5): Nicht empfehlenswert: siehe Text oben - Das Personal wirkte bemüht Wir hatten zwei Zimmer, beide ohne Fenster, bei einem Zimmer liess sich die Tür nicht mit der Karte öffnen. Weder eine neue Karte noch die „Reparatur“ führte dazu dass die Tür funktionierte. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wirken alt und nicht richtig sauber (ein Handtuch war eingerissen). Auf Nachfrage/ Verlangen bekamen wir am nächsten Tag je ein neues Zimmer. In beiden Räumen funktionierten die AC‘s nicht, in einem Raum der nagelneue und wahrscheinlich bisher nicht benutzte Wasserkocher ebenfalls nicht. Ausserdem war es auf beiden Stockwerken recht laut (das erste Zimmer ohne Fenster war direkt neben der Küche, wo sowohl Töpfe klappern als auch Stimmen und lautes Telefonklingeln zu hören war).
