• Lagatckaia (5/5): - Хорошее расположение, единственный плюс - близко к аэропорту и приятный персонал, если поздний прилет/вылет то на одну ночь - более менее, но все же, лучше подобрать другой вариант. Запах сырости и плесени в номере, мы жили на 3 этаже, очень влажно, за окном идет стройка, с раннего утра сильно стучат, всю ночь охранные собаки лают! Бассейном не решились воспользоваться.

• Dennis (7/5): Only for the price and location would I go back. Standards have dropped in the last 12 months - Location, price, room. It said hi speed internet. A technician was required to get any reading on a speed test. Technician put in a booster & then if you put your laptop next to the booster you could get enough upload to do a video call. Floor not clean, no towels or floor mat until requested. reception doesn’t answer the phone or the line is faulty. I have recommended this place to many as it was not like this last year.
• Irawan.i (7/5): Good - The location of the hotel is easy to find, close to Ngurah Rai International airport. There are many food options and mini marts around the hotel. Attractive room rates and spacious rooms. If guests have more outdoor activities and just need a comfortable place to rest, this hotel is the best choice. The staff who clean the rooms should be more thorough and careful. There were leftovers and ketchup on the table left by the previous guest when I first entered. The wallpaper was a little dull and there was dust in the gaps or bends of the furniture.

• Hassett (8/5): Very good - Staff were very helpful booking me taxi etc That booking.com said it was only 300 metres from the beach & it was more like 5 miles ! The wardrobe door was broken so light in wardrobe was on all the time.

• Vitor (8/5): Very good - It is a decent budget hotel and if want a break from dorms, it has a nice structure for a private room to be more confortable for a while. For a backpacker I missed some facilities. Laundry was extremely expensive, so I had to walk and find some other place to do my laundry. There wasn't many facilities such as motorbike rents that you find in other places.

• Dragana (9/5): Good hotel for a short stay. - We had to check in on very short notice, we booked and came there in around 15 minutes. The room was ready. I appreciate the fast check in. The room was decent and comfortable enough for a short stay. Everything was working ok. The staff was pleasant and they kept our luggage in a free locker at the reception, since we had a late flight and had to stay at the city. Overall, a good experience. Everything was ok.

• Sarah (8/5): Pleasant Stay, family friendly - We were very pleased to find that our rooms were able to be made adjoining so that we could keep our family in the same area. This was a pleasant surprise as the description doesn’t say this can be done. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The security staff kindly handed in our room key that we dropped in the carpark which we were very grateful for. The complimentary water and snacks in the deluxe room were much appreciated as well. It was difficult to get our young children to eat the complimentary breakfast as there were only local food options however we could purchase them pancakes.

Not sure what the breakfast was like as didn’t have . When I ask what it was it sounded like Indonesia cuisine with little options for western. It was a buffet also. Staff very accommodating as we had some items to put in a fridge which they did for us. Lack of a balcony but that might have just been the standard room I had . No where o dry your towels. No fridge also . Ok for a short stay but wouldn’t have liked to stay for longer due to no balcony

• Maria (10/5): If you are tired of authentic experience and want to stay somewhere clean - Didn't expect much from a network hotel but it exeeded all our expectations. Super clean which is not very common in this area. Nice staff. Only 5 minutes drive from Jimbaran beach and all the seafood restaurants. Lot's of channels on TV, English-speaking also. Great Wi-Fi connection. If you are tired of authentic experience and want to stay somewhere with clean shits and cosy bed - it's your choice. Breakfast was not very tasty but for the price of the hotel we could afford to eat later and not bother about the money.

• Krittika (6/5): Pleasant - Staff is friendly and in a good location. Bed is comfy and you can see GWK from your room window. The noise from outside. I could hear people walked by, ring the bell, closed/slammed the door and etc. If you are after a quiet place to rest, this might not be the one. Bathrooms weren't been cleaned properly, stains in the sink, in the shower area, and shower curtain. Smell of the drain was really strong and not pleasant. Have had stayed in level 3, 6, and 5. All the rooms I have had moved got the cigarette smell very strong and the clealiness of the bathrooms were quite poor. If the hotel can improve the cleanliness, it would be a perfect place to stay.
• Nikola (8/5): Great 2 night stay before heading to the airport - The staff was very kind and helpful for whatever questions we might had. The room is super big and the bed as well. I appreciated the size as i´m tall. Also it is very close to the Jimbaran Beach with fantastic seafood and fish restaraunts directly on the beach and also the connection to the airport is great and super close. My room (503) smelled on old smoke, but I do not think it is in all rooms as in my friends room it was perfectly fine. pool is not so cozy o relax there in case of you are looking for a "resort" feeling
