Zwischen Weißer Hirsch und Loschwitz, zwischen Schwebe- und Zahnradbahn, zwischen alten und modernen Villen inmitten von Weinbergen, mit Blick auf das Elbtal und die ganze Stadt! Der Balkon lädt zum Verweilen und Blicke schweifen lassen ein, selbst bei frostigen Temperaturen. Mit der Straßenbahn ca. 20 Minuten ins Zentrum, mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten. Der Körnerplatz mit mehreren schönen Cafés und natürlich das "Blaue Wunder". Die Leonhardistraße eignet sich als Startpunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge in die reizvolle Umgebung Einziger Punkt: In der Küche gab es genau noch 1 Kaffeetasse und kein Besteckmesser! Sonst war alles sehr gut ausgestattet! Solche Kleinigkeiten fallen dadurch nur noch mehr auf!
