Karel (5/5): goed maar hygiëne moet echt beter. - Locatie Heel oud groot en mooi appartement met lift uit 1944 met gebruik voorschrift.(sluit je de 2 deuren niet achter je dicht dan kan iedereen trappen lopen de lift werkt dan niet,) Niet ingericht op verhuur .Staat vol met breekbare beelden en andere snuisterijen die in een privé woning horen .Het lijkt of je op de woning past van iemand die op vakantie is.

Sigrid (1/5): Terrible experience - We rented this place for five nights. When we arrived at the apartmend, the owner informed us about some water dripping from the gas heating system. He had put a big basin underneath and asked us hat to empty the basin from time to time. He went on a business trip next day and obviously did not intend to call a plumber. Next day, the water dripping increased very much, filling up the basin (more than 100 liters) every four hours. So every four hours (day and night time), we had to empty the basin, carrying the water with a basket several meters to the toilet. If we had not done this, there would have been a severe flooding in the appartment and the floor beneath. So really the owner should have been thankful! When we contacted the owner, he wrote that he would call for a plumber. But nothing happened. Therefore, we checked out next day and asked for the money for the three remaining nights (456 EUR). The owner's wife only answered that her husband was a lawyer... We have not received our money back until today!
