• claire (10/5): Our second visit to Firefly. A perfect base for a Summer or Winter break in Zermatt. - Stunning apartment with fabulous views of the Matterhorn. Super helpful and friendly staff. Loved the bar and pool area. Easy walk to cable cars and centre of town. Nothing negative.

Wir hatten den Spa-Bereich für uns alleine. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und cooles Konzept mit der Frühstücklieferung aufs Zimmer. Extrem freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Nichts. Es war alles super.

• AK (9/5): Erholsam - Die Suite war sehr komfortabel. Vor allem das Sofa war das Beste auf der Welt. Das Spa und Fitnessstudio waren ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Massage war Weltklasse und das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!!!

• Emilie (9/5): Marvellous family stay in spacious suites and with friendly staff - The suites are extremely spacious, more like proper apartments than hotel suites. It was a wonderful place to stay as a big family of 4 adults plus 2 kids, with enough space for everyone as in a rental apartment while enjoying hotel comforts and amenities, including in-room breakfasts delivered every morning at the moment of our choice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us arrange babysitting and started the outdoor jacuzzi for us early on a rainy day. Our bedroom was right above the hotel’s bar and the first night was extremely noisy, which made it hard to sleep. The second night was much better.

• Rosemary (10/5): Fabulous! - I loved this place! The staff were amazing! They arranged for complimentary transportation to/ from the train station upon our arrival and departure. The hotel location is very close to the Gondola to the Matterhorn and to the Old Town area. We had a great view from our room deck. The spa/ pool facilities are very lovely. The complimentary breakfast is delivered to your room daily. And the bar in the lobby is a happening little night spot for hotel guests snd locals with amazing craft cocktails. I would definitely stay here again!

• James (10/5): Wonderful destination with great views. - The Firefly is an exceptional property. The staff met our every need and were extremely nice, courteous and responsive. The room was spacious, modern and has a view of the Matterhorn. Although the entire town of Zermatt is walkable, The Firefly is located on the end of town away from the train station. This isn’t too large of an issue since they provide shuttle services if needed.

• Jennifer (10/5): - Everything. The room was spacious, it was great to have a fridge and cook area, the pool and spa area were phenomenal. The staff were so nice and helpful. A very small dislike is at bar 55 when ordering gin on the rocks, the glasses were so big with so much ice that it was actually difficult to drink the gin without getting a faceful of ice.

Breakfast quality is not at the hotel’s standards. Only served at the room, options are very limited (e.g. one jam flavour at hotel’s discretion, no dried fruit).

Everything was very clean and well designed/laid out. Daily breakfast in our room was lush, and they had an amazing touch when we first arrived, of flip flops and dressing gowns that fit each of us (inc 3 kids of varying ages/sizes!) They also provided a rucksack to use during our stay, which was so helpful because our other bags were full. Nothing was too much! We loved the location - seeing the Matterhorn daily, going for walks in the mountains with our kids, and walking in town too. Not far from two play areas too, and also an amazing play area in Sunnega. Absolutely loved our stay! Nothing really

Die Auswahl auf dem Bestellformular ist ein bisschen limitiert, aber da jede Suite eine Küche mit Kühlschrank hat, kann man sich die Extrawünsche (z.B. Lachs, Rohkost etc.) im Supermarkt selbst dazu kaufen.

• Robert (10/5): Trip of a lifetime. - Our experience at Hotel Firefly was perfect. We had an amazing room with 3 spacious bedrooms and 2.5 baths, a convenient kitchen and very comfortable living area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The best thing was the breakfast delivered to our room every morning. We would select our choices the night before, and a staff member would arrive at our requested time and set the table with a nice matelasse cloth tablecloth and napkins, place settings and all the menu items that we requested. Within an hour or two, someone would come and clean up and remove all the breakfast items. The actual hotel is nicely decorated in Alpine decor and gives a very warm and comfortable feeling. The spa, sauna and indoor pool are fantastic. The location is perfect being a short, comfortable walk into the center of town. Nothing to write. The hotel, town and ski experience exceeded our expectations.

• Francis (10/5): Comme à la maison - Concept très intéressant. Suite très bien équipée, avec frigo et cuisine. Parfait pour se préparer un petit plat si on ne veut pas sortir. Personnel très sympathique. Le bar de l’hôtel est super cozy et mérite le détour. Cerise sur le gâteau, notre petit chien a été très bien accueilli… avec beaucoup de câlins. Rien à signaler

• Udit (10/5): Exceptional - Just loved everything about this place. We booked the panorama maxi suite for a group of 6, and it was just picture perfect. The living area was incredibly spacious with Matterhorn views, and the breakfast in your room was amazing. We even asked for things which were not on the menu and they were very kind to provide us with those. The gym and the pool were well equipped. Located just 4 mins away from the Matterhorn cable car. Highly recommend for a luxury experience in Zermatt. Nothing

Excellent petit déjeuner servi dans l’appartement à l’heure souhaitée. Mobilier et décoration de qualité, choisis avec grand soin. Magnifique piscine ouverte dès 07:00. Jacuzzi, sauna et gym incroyables. Des prestations luxueuses. Un sans faute.

• Thierry (10/5): Absolument parfait ! - Tout était parfait : les chambres avec douche incluse et toutes les pièces sont très propres. C’est très spacieux, idéal à 6 personnes. Petit déjeuner excellent. Le concept proposé entre hôtel et appartement est vraiment bien. Le coin canapé est super, très confortable. Tout l’équipement proposé est vraiment très bien.
