- Beverley (3/5): A very bad experience - The property was new and clean The property wasn’t ready for guests. There was only one window in the apartment, it was in the bedroom and didn’t have a curtain. No garbage bags, no condiments of any kind, the tv was new but wasn’t subscribed to anything, it was noisy upstairs, no toaster, very bare bones. I had paid for 5 nights but on the 4th day I got a message from the host that it was checkout day. I messaged him and offered me 50% of what I paid for the night and I told him I wasn’t satisfied with that. It’s been about 3 weeks and still no refund. There is an apartment upstairs that uses the same keypad code on the entrance and a man came into my apartment thinking that it was his. Overall a terrible stay that I wouldn’t recommend. It’s also far away from any shops or restaurants without a car.
