• Mónika (10/5): - Ich hatte einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment in Budapest! 😊 Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und bestens gepflegt. Die Lage ist perfekt – alles ist in unmittelbarer Nähe: Geschäfte, Pubs und ein Einkaufszentrum, sodass man wirklich alles schnell erreichen kann. Das Apartment selbst ist super ausgestattet: eine Waschmaschine, zwei Klimaanlagen und eine wunderschöne, moderne Küche, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Besitzer – er ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Man merkt sofort, dass ihm das Wohl seiner Gäste wichtig ist. Insgesamt einfach top und absolut weiterzuempfehlen! ⭐️

Квартира очень симпатичная и чистая. На кухне достаточно посуды, микроволновка, стиралка. Снимали на две ночи. Остались очень довольны Немного скрипела лестница на второй этаж

Objekat je na dobroj lokaciji, može se naći parking, relativno je blizu centra, u mirnom delu grada, tako da pruža mogućnost za odmor nakon dnevnog obilaženje grada i okoline. Objekat je prostran, uredan i čist, ima sve što je potrebno za boravak. Sve preporuke!
• Carmen (8/5): - Tolle Lage in der Stadt, geräumiges Apartment, zwei Schlafräume, die gut voneinander getrennt sind. Besonders praktisch ist auch das getrennte WC vom Badezimmer. Eine Klimaanlage war auch vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Eine neue WC-Bürste würde guttun. Außerdem gab es bei unserem Besuch leider nichts zum Abtrocknen des Geschirrs, das hat gefehlt.

• Carmela (10/5): - The apartment is in an excellent location. The apartment is small, the shower is very small. Thank you for the possibility of leaving luggage early from the check-in.
• Melike (4/5): It was very exhausting; instead of resting at the hotel, we ended up feeling even more tired - Location Unfortunately, our stay was not comfortable. The heating system did not work properly, so we had to rely on the air conditioner for heating. When we tried using the gas heating (radiators), there was a water leak. Water also came from behind and under the refrigerator and spread into the living room during the night. We cleaned the water ourselves and collected it in buckets. We contacted the hotel, but we did not receive a response at the time and were informed that they do not operate during those hours. The next day, only clean towels were provided, and the water in the bucket was not removed. Additionally, cleanliness was an issue: there were hairs in the room, kitchen utensils were not properly cleaned, and food residues were found on plates. Overall, we were disappointed and would not recommend this place.

• Rebecca (8/5): Fantastic location in beautiful city (shame about the hostile neighbours) - Location was fantastic, near all the transport, including airport express. Bars, restaurants and shops all really close by. The apartment was clean and comfortable and suited us as a family. The apartment is in a big residential building, through a number of coded gates. A neighbour reported that we were being loud and playing football in the apartment and threatened to call the police. This was completely untrue, we weren't even in the apartment at the time. This made us feel quite unsafe and not relaxed while we were in the apartment, which was a shame.

• Петро (8/5): Житло яке я б рекомендував усім - Розташування чудове. Автобус з аеропорту 100Е зупиняється в 2...3хв пішки від житла. Поряд є все: починаючи від різноманітних кав'ярень та кафе, та закінчуючи незліченною кількістю визначних місць, які за один день нереально оглянути. В квартирі є все, що потрібно для комфортного короткочасного та тривалого проживання: на кухні є мікрохвильова піч, тостер, електричний чайник, електрична плита з духовкою, вся необхідна посуда (тарілки, ложки, вилки, кружки, бокали) та пральна машина та кондиціонер. Санвузол окремий. В душовій кімнаті є фен. В квартирі є три спальні кімнати: у двох з них двохспальні ліжка, а в третій диван. Рушники, постіль: в наявності Не сподобалося тільки те, що я змушений був жити там тільки одну ніч. Відпустка була надто короткою.
• Gemma (6/5): Correcte - La ubicació és molt bona, molt cèntrica. És molt aprop del metro, i dels altres transports públics, també del bus a l'aeroport. Hi ha molta oferta gastronòmica al voltant, també hi ha supermercats i farmàcia. L'apartament és força nou. No està preparat per una família amb nens. La distribució de la cuina/ menjador és incòmode. Hi ha un sofà a sota la tele, enganxat al forn i als fogons, que impedeix l'ús d'ambdós. Hi ha un graó a la sala. Hi ha massa elements decoratius tipus Ikea que acumulen molta pols.

• Regina (10/5): Perfect apartment - I absolutely loved my stay here. The apartment is well positioned, easy to find and the check-in/check-out process was really easy as well. The apartment was clean, the sheets were freshly washed as well as the towels. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. It has everything you need for a short stay or even a longer stay; the kitchen has enough for you to cook your own meals. Everything does really look like in the pictures! -

• Ramona (10/5): Nearly perfect! - A very spacious, well equipped apartment, with comfortable beds, great shower, close to the centre and all of that for a very good price. It was nearly perfect, however, there's always room for improvement. One of the conditioners leaked and needs fixing and the freezer of the refrigerator has not been cleaned in a long time - it's so full of ice that we couldn't use it.

Building in heavy decay, stalinistic blocks, very bad looking

They provided extremely clear directions to get to the place and also to obtain the keys. The apartment is completely furnished and comfortable, including coffee, towels, hand soap, toilet paper etc The location is ideal, minutes walk from Astoria or Karoly - a great base to explore the city I'm struggling to find any meaningful negative comment to make! The bathroom could do with better extraction, it gets hot and steamy.
