• Irene (8/5): - El aire acondicionado y en general es cómodo relación calidad precio. Muy buen desayuno en un bar cercano. Hay que mejorar la limpieza. Hay hormigas y manchas en las paredes.

• Irina (8/5): Good value for money - Nice, clean property and helpful staff. The music on the hallway was extremely loud, even during the night, making it difficult to sleep. Some of the utensils, such as the soap dispenser, should be either replaced or cleaned because they were rusted.

• Anderson (4/5): If you like jarring noises while sleeping, and lights going off while showering, stay here. - The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean too. Also, there is an awesome fresh seafood restaurant right across the street called Pasta and Pesce Pescheria. Can't rate breakfast at Cafe Agora as I never made it since I had to leave early, Impersonal. I never met the host during my stay here. The fridge in the room either needs to go, or get repaired. It was making an intermittent klank kluk klunk noise throughout the entire night. Like as if that wasn't bad enough, everytime cars pass by the street outside, it sounded like as if someone was rattling the front's door iron grill. All that noise kept me up here and there throughout the night. I did not have a good night's rest, and I am not exactly a light sleeper either! Also, the motion sensor for lighting in the external bathroom is a joke. I was showering halfway when the light went off. Same thing happened when sitting on the toilet bowl doing my business. Ridiculous. I will not be back.

To be honest the host message me to say that the room reserved is no longer available but have another apartment near to the location , and it was fabulos ! Also the breakfast (1 pastry sweet OR salty + 1 drink coffee or juice/water) - was enough to start a new day 👌🙏 Nothing

• Katalin (8/5): Great place for a few days - The location is great if you are with a car, easy to park and a short walk to Ortigia (where you cannot drive in). Our host was very friendly and allowed us to check in earlier. The room is spacious and clean, perfect for 1-2 nights. In the bathroom all the metal things (shower, tap,etc) are very rusty, it would be good to change them

• Ivan (6/5): Nice room, horrible bathroom - The room is spacious and comfortable. The room we stayed in was big and had a double bed and another smaller one. The bathroom was the issue with our stay. We already known that was outside the room (which is not ideal, but ok) and private. However, we face some issues: 1. the lights are automatic and controlled by movement, but the toilet and the bathroom shower are outside the sensor range, which results in using the bathroom in the dark; 2. the toilet is very high, probably adapted for a elderly or disable person, however, my feet could not touch the ground; 3. there is a small window that opens to an external space, which had people on it. It was an unconfortable experience use the bathroom on those conditions.

• Agnieszka (7/5): Good - Big room. The location is quite good, 20 minutes walk to Ortigia. No problem with free parking close to the appartment. Good breakfast - coffee and pastries in a nearby cafe. The host didn't answear the messages. Only sent dredefined information about check-in and check-out. The fee for stay was taken by Cafe.Agora, without any pre-warning The room was illuminated from the corridor and the inner courtyard, without curtains, so it was not dark in it, you woke up when someone walked along the corridor because the light was on, and early in the morning light came from courtyyard. The bathroom is for your exclusive use but is not connected to the apartment, you had to leave the room. Very hard pillows, it was uncomfortable to sleep.
• Luis (8/5): Very good - Spacious room, nice bed, bathroom wqs also very spacious. Small inner terrace with a couple of chairs. Very clean. Basic breakfast included in a bakery one block away with quite good fritatta The following I did not dislike, but I'm listing here uncommon things that a traveller may need to keep in mind. (1) The bathroom is great, but is external, literally next door and you get the key to keep it private. (2) I never interacted with any staff, my key was left in a safebox and to be checkout I was asked to leave the key at the bakery where breakfast is served. That meant no one charged me, I suppose they will take payment from Booking.

• Debora (10/5): Exceptional - We were very well received! The room is very spacious and clean, and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean and spacious. It's not too far from the peninsula, so it was easy to walk there. Breakfast was at a different place, but it's only about a 5 minute walk; there weren't many options, but it was good.
