• Sarah (5/5): Moyen - Apparemment refait à neuf et bien situé. Odeur de cigarette et d’humidité insupportable. Soit disant pour un établissement non fumeur. La douche moisie Infiltration d’eau : les peintures n’ont pas été refaites. Manque total d’isolation : on entend les voitures en permanence car l’appartement se situe sur une route très passante. Si les fenêtres étaient changées avec en plus un bon coup de propre le logement pourrait être très bien. Mais en l’état il est trop chère pour ce que c’est.
• Peter (3/5): Lieber nicht buchen - Der Kühlschrank war komplett zugefroren, Putzlappen lagen rum. Die Tür zum Studio war eine einfache Zimmertür die ständig klapperte. In dieser Unterkunft passt gar nichts, am allerwenigsten das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Dommage pour le reste, c'est un logement qui aurait dû potentiel La propreté du logement était plus que médiocre assiette avec des restes de nourriture dans le micro-ondes, frigo sale, vaisselle sale, douche et lavabo également. Sucre étalé dans la penderie. Placard envahit de fourmis,

• Klaus (1/5): Wir empfehlen die Wohnung nicht weiter!!! - Die Wohnung war nicht sauber. -Schimmelflecken im Schlafraum, vor der Küchenzeile, sowie an der Dusche -schmutzige Küchenzeile, Trockentuch7 -keine Teller vorhanden -Komplett vereister Kühlschrank -laute Klopf-und Bohrgeräusche in der Nacht, vermutlich von einer Hebepumpe -kein warmes Wasser am 2 Morgen

• philippe (4/5): Vraiment pas terrible ,, je ne reviendrai jamais ! - L’emplacement est bien .. mais rien d’autre à ajouter !! Très mal insonorisé ! .. nous étions là pour la nuit à l’occasion du semis-marathon de Namur.. impossible de fermer l’œil avant 1h du matin !! Du bruit dans le couloir sans arrêt , on entend parler à travers la porte d’entrée .. et j’en rajoute pas plus car c’était vraiment pas reposant !! Bruit de vaisselle , de dispute , rire .. bref vraiment pas génial !! Sans parler de la sécurité, aucun détenteur de fumée dans la chambre , raccord de prise du frigo plus que douteux ! Dégât des eaux au plafond.. nosu avons réservé une chambre avec terrasse , les escaliers très dangereux sans rampe pour se tenir et arrivé en bas sol extrêment glissant ( j’ai vraiment failli faire une énorme chute tellement le sol était glissant ! Et je vous parle pas du décors de la terrasse .. je préfère joindre une photo! Aucun entretien !! Je ne reviendrai jamais dans cet établissement !!

• Herve (3/5): Pas bon - Problème d’isolation phonique, la qualité de la fenêtre n’est pas bonne donc on entend énormément la route, impossible de dormir après 8:00 du matin. Douche bouchée, depuis longtemps puisqu’il y a une ventouse pour la déboucher directement dans la douche, la température de l’eau dans la douche n’est pas réglable car il y a trop de calcaire ! Deux serviettes tachées. Une tasse, un verre, trois assiettes, aucune décoration. Sous le lit beaucoup de poussière et deux paires de tongs d’anciens locataires.

• Marvin (8/5): Séjour agréable à deux lorsque l'on a besoin d'un logement pour un évènement dans la ville de Namur. - Espace suffisant pour deux personnes. Propre et bien équipé, lit et douche agréables. Très bonne option pour un court séjour à Namur mais il ne faut pas être dérangé par la marche à faire jusqu'au centre de la ville. La serrure de la porte d'entrée ne permet pas de la fermer facilement à clé, il faut généralement forcer. L'évier de la salle de bain a des fuites occasionnelles, bien que gérables.

• cathy (5/5): - Une assiette de nourriture d'un ancien locataire était encore dans le micro ondes (avec poile de moisissures) précisez que la cours extérieure que pour l'appartement 2 et les autres ont rien! Ouvertures des fenêtres plus grande (moment de grande chaleur) mais oufff ventilateur (merci)le voisin faut pas faire attention sinon il fait FUIRE

• Nadege (5/5): Grande déception - Les volumes, grande chambre Annonce disant parking,. Nous avons dû nous garer à plus de 300 mètres du logement. Dans la salle de bain, la douchette tient avec un gros scotch orange donc inutilisable. Et cerise sur le gâteau, à peine parti, nous avons reçu un mail nous accusant d'avoir emporté le linge de lit et qu'il fallait le rapporter sinon paiement de pénalité. Hors, c'est notre propre linge de lit que nous avons pris, voilà, bref , ce fut une grande déception !

Sehr gute Lage mit schönem Blick über den Fluss Einige Kleinigkeiten trübte das Bild, deshalb nicht die maximale Note. Die Dichtungen in der Dusche hatten dunkle Flecke und die bewegliche Dusche war provisorisch repariert.

• Nadya (6/5): Pleasant - Location is good. It was pretty clean, and good view. Pay attention that view is not the key moment. Busy road goes exactly near by. So as there is no air conditioner you will have to open the windows and get all nose from the street. Besides we couldn't pay with the bank card and as the result got ATM fees for getting cash.

• Sai (7/5): Good place for spending a night or two.. - The apartment had well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and place for parking our bicycles. Over all service was good, the manager immediately arranged for a clean up when we arrived. It was a ground floor/basement room, so a little bit damp. Sound isolation was very bad, we could literally hear when someone from upper floor was filling water or taking bath. Initially the room was cleaned for check-in when we arrived, and there was no one for reception. We had to call the manager, who then sent someone to clean up the room for check-in after 1 hour.

• Malo (10/5): Perfect - We had a wonderful Wednesday at the Riverbank Guest House. The environment is beautiful, you can see the Meuse River, the room is clean and free tea bags are provided.
